• Guest (10/5): - We were so comfortable at this property. There was so much room to spread out and relax. It had everything we needed and was very clean. We’d book again without hesitation and we’ll be recommending!
• Evangelos (9/5): Apart from the difficulty to find a parking , all else is great. - Great facilities Difficult to find a parking. The apartment is close to a trade center . While it is excellent for shopping, eating , having coffee at local shops , it is not recommended for families with luggage's to carry.

• Anonymous (10/5): This loft is perfect for a stay a little outside of Athens. - The location was great for visiting the local college nearby. It was clean and decorated nicely and so easy to deal with the property managers who sent information clearly on how to get in apartment when it was ready by using a lock box code. Photos are exactly what you stay in and it was quiet and clean. :)

• Verina (9/5): Overall it was a great experience, we would definitely go back, we would just expect a bit more caution regarding the cl - The location was amazing, in the center of Agia Paraskevi. The photos are very representative of reality, which is rare and the design is modern and unique. The staff were very organized and helpful. They made the process of check-in and check-out very easy and everyone was very polite. It was not as clean as we would have wanted to. The bathroom was decently clean, but places like the stairs or the closet could have been better… I would rate the apartment with a 10 If it was a bit more clean…

• Özkavalcıoğlu (7/5): Comfy Stay in Athens - Superb interior design and lighting. Great location. Very safe neighbourhood. Spacious home. High speed internet connection. Many TV channels, Youtube, Netflix, etc. Comfortable beds. Attentive host. There isn't a WC on the top floor where the beds are and the stairs are sort of dangerous to use particularly at night time. When you arrive at the house for the first time (particularly at night time) it would be pleasing to find some cold water in the fridge and perhaps some snacks on the counter. It is difficult to get fresh air because there is no balcony and the two windows are at the street level and you need to keep the shutters fully closed due to the sun and people walking by. Perhaps a tent system and an upwards opening of the windows can resolve this problem. Kitchen and bathroom items can be enriched.

We loved our stay and would highly recommend. Also a very nice area, close to the university and airport. The metro is a bit of a walk (20 minutes). We did the walk when we arrived but then used Uber to get us to the airport which was not that expensive Everything was great

• Ioannis (10/5): Great flat, nicely designed, super clean and having all the required space for a family of 2 adults and 3 kids to stay! - The property was really easy to locate, it was super clean and tidy, with all the available space and facilities for a family to stay over comfortably. The host was very helpful from the beginning and always available to answer any questions. I definitely recommend it. If you arrive by your own car, you may need to consider where to park nearby the area as it can get busy in surrounding streets in terms of available spaces to park.

Many shops and restaurants in the area. - We enjoyed the neighborhood and especially the location of visiting anyone attending the American College of Greece. This loft is lovely and spacious. I wish there was a way to keep the bathroom door open to help with the steam. It is a heavy door that needs something heavy to prop open the door.

• Anonymous (9/5): This unit was conviently located and a good value. We liked that it is NOT a tourist area but in a regular neighborhood. - Nice property. Convenient for 4 adults. Nothing really. I switch the bathroom door handle.
• Indre (10/5): Amazing experience in a fresh and modern loft apartment - When I first saw the pictures, I could not believe that the apartment could look so good - but it looked exactly as presented and even better. I have lived in many apartments, booked via booking.com, but this one was exceptional, very clean, very fresh, very modern and stylish! I loved the idea of creating a loft among some cute small shops. It is away from noisy streets, thus it is very quiet during the night. On the other hand, it is surrounded by shops, including a grocery store, and some really nice restaurants nearby, so you can have anything you need. It seemed a very safe and clean area. The bus stop is also a minute away, a metro station less than 20 mins away on foot. I chose this apartment, because it is close to the airport and to the Demokritos university campus. There are 2 TVs (one exceptionally large with Netflix), microwave oven, oven, stove, large fridge, water boiler and coffee maker, lots of shelves in the kitchen - feels like home. Upstairs (yes, there is a second half-floor for the bedroom) you'll have a large closet, wardrobe with iron and lots of space for your clothes. There is also a desk and a couple of shelves for storing your things. The beds are extremely fresh and comfortable, I think there are at least 8 sleeping places in the apartment (one huge double bed, two sofa-beds and two sleeping armchairs, but you should ask the owner). The bathroom is very cool and modern with a multi-functional shower. I was very impressed by the modern lighting in the apartment, it is really cozy with all the dim lights. There is a great Wifi and two air conditioners to keep you cool. All works perfectly, I am amazed with the quality of the accommodation. Will definitely come back. And last but not least, the owners are amazing, keeping in contact before and during the stay. Again, I am impressed such nice places exist :) It was a wonderful experience - nothing to complain about. The surroundings are very nice, there are some private houses with beautiful flowers (oleanders and other) everywhere. There are also some cute cats around that greet you every time when coming home. There are stairs in the apartment, but if you have family members who would have difficulty climbing upstairs, there are at least 4 sleeping places, a kitchen and a bathroom downstairs - so do not worry. You can come with your entire family. There are several places to sit in the apartment, with small bar and a very cool wooden-resin breakfast table. Location-wise, there is also a very nice pastry shop a minute away, where you can get some amazing breakfast and rich dessert. Around 5 mins away there is a community square, where you can sometimes listen to some public concerts (absolutely no noise from that in the apartment). There is also a church near that square, where you can listen to some quite impressive bell music each hour (I suppose, because I only heard it once when passing by). So again, a wonderful pleasant experience.

Woul like to have more than one big towel per person for 3 nights. One big towel per person is ok for 2 nights the most. That would be all.
