• Roselyne (6/5): Très déçu de notre séjour et fatigué de manque de sommeil. - L’intérieur du studio,pas loin du métro. Le bruit , le logement au rez de chaussée d’un rond-point beaucoup circulation. Le pire est la voisine qui rentre à 22h30 est vous entendez tout, conversation téléphonique,télé,douche, le réveil le matin à 7h le matin. La vaisselle poêles usées.casserole le fond est complètement usé. La douche est une odeur désagréable d’humidité. Le micro onde est aussi dans un état inutilisable. Rentrée une journée plus tôt à cause de tout cela

• Ara (9/5): Muy buena estancia y atención. - Era exactamente como en las fotos y estaba muy limpio. Tenia de todo y, además, la persona a cargo tuvo el detalle de dejarnos entrar antes del check in y dejarnos tiempo para salir aún pasando casi una hora del check out. También fue muy atenta a cualquier mensaje y pregunta que enviamos durante la estancia. La ducha no tenía dónde colgar y la cama chirriaba en algunos puntos.

• Muhammad Ali (9/5): A good stay. Recommended for future - Clean, comfortable and spacious for an individual traveller. The pictured and description matched the reality. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The host is super nice and friendly. Extremely difficult to find parking in the area. The property is without an air conditioner.

• Chantal (10/5): Perfecto - El Apartamento es ideal para unos días , tiene todo lo indispensable, muy limpio! Y además muy cerca del metro ! Todo un acierto!! Nada que decir
• Peggy (6/5): A long way out of town? Not really! - A new location for us as we visit Bilbao regularly. Although on the edge of town, it was interesting to see, there was a lovely park nearby, the supermarket was across the street and the metro and tram just behind the supermarket, so everything we needed was there. The apartment had everything needed. All the instructions for access were clear and when we needed help, the staff were helpful. On the last day we lost our hot water (which they said was due to problems since the 'apagón') but since they had sent someone out to work on it, it would have been nice if they had asked us because we didn't realise there was no hot water until late and then no one was available to ask what had happened. Still no hot water the next day, and although these things happen, an offer of some rebate would have been nice.
