• peter (4/5): The best thing about the stay would be the location - The location was great and pool was lovely The property wasn’t that clean and there was quite a lot of ants, also the property could do with updating the kitchen.
• Andrew (5/5): The villa was in a nice location but seemed to be neglected and needed some proper maintenance. - Nice quiet area near to the beach and local shops. Swimming pool was nice and cleaned during out visit. Main bathroom shower drain was blocked and kept overflowing this meant everyone had to use the on suite shower during the holiday. The kettle in the kitchen would not turn off and had to be disconnected from the wall to use. There was unsafe plug socket above the cooker in the kitchen hanging off the wall. The lamp in one of bedrooms had faulty wiring which came out of the plug one night when it was used. The table and chairs outside on the patio area were very grubby and not cleaned.
• Ll N (2/5): Falta de limpieza y mantenimiento más por el precio... - La ubicación y la piscina, el tamaño era ideal y los días acompañaron. La limpieza, cosas rotas colchones muy incómodos, carece de muchos utensilios la cocina, el fregadero roto lo habían pegado y se salía el agua, el sofá muy sucio,una de las duchas no tragaba el agua estaba tupido.El piscinero entraba con su propia llave sin saludar ni pedir permiso para entrar y volvió a hacer lo mismo el lunes ya habiendo estado el sábado, ni un hola ni adiós y según el desconocía que tenía timbre, ¿que hubiera pasado si me hubiese encontrado desnuda? o en alguna situación incomoda, imperdonable. Si quiere déjeme un correo y le detallo y envío fotos de todo. Sin olvidar también que no revisan las cosas ya que había en uno de los cajones de la cocina un paquete viejo de palmeritas.
• Dr (5/5): Severe ant infestation on arrival that was never addressed by management team throughout our stay. - Fantastic location. Lovely heated pool at a charge of 25 euros per day on top of accomodation cost. Very nice area of Lanzarote. Not too far away from the strip in a quiet neighbourhood. We arrived to a severe ant infestation throughout the accomodation but in particular in the kitchen area and surrounding the entire perimeter of the villa and around the pool area. We have travelled the world and appreciate that you will find ants ,cochroaches and other pests in hot climates. However there was a disproportionate amount of both ants and cochroaches in the villa itself - 1000s in fact. We contacted the management company straight away who were very good at saying how disappointed they were with the situation and that the manager would come round and treat the infestation. They sent lovely messages of concern the day we complained and the following day outlining that pest control would attend and take action. However nobody ever arrived throughout our 4 day stay but did leave a half empty can of insecticide in a black black attached to the gate. We purchased 4 cans of ants and cochroach killer ourselves which seemed to keep the infestation at bay by the third day of our 4 day stay. It was such a shame as the villa itself although very dated and basic in terms of equiptment was really nice. The infestation needs professional treatment however we were able to contain for the most part ourselves with over the counter pest control. If I were the owner I would be on to the management team about the upkeep of the property. It's in a lovely spot with a great pool however the state of the villa with 100s of ants and a few dead cochroaches in the kitchen on arrival really did set the tone for our stay. We were told we couldn't check in slightly early on arrival as the cleaning team would have been in cleaning the property from the previous guests. With the amount of ants and cochroaches in that kitchen it seemed unlikely the cleaning team had been in on the day we arrived. There were dead cochroaches under the beds which looked like they had been there a while. The other issue we were not forewarned about was the road works outside.

• Lorraine (6/5): Pleasant - Great location and a lovely spacious outdoor area The whole villa needs a refresh, particularly the kitchen where door hinges were loose and surfaces were in need of recoating or replacement, particularly the sink. There were insufficient kitchen supplies to have a full dishwasher load and still have enough to use and we were only 4
• Oonagh (6/5): Good stay but for the price of the villa , improvements in the interior are needed. - The location was great and the pool area was fantastic. The villa has good layout, the host was very responsive and handled all our issues promptly. The villa needs updated.

• Sheffield (8/5): Once I found the place, it was fabulous! - Gorgeous villa, pool and garden. Well equipped kitchen with a fast filter coffee maker! A few minutes walk from the main seafront strip. Views of the volcanic mountains behind, and the ocean in front. Really enjoyed staying here. Didn't want to leave! I was sent the wrong address before arrival so I spent an hour dragging my suitcase up and down the road, making phone calls to the agent in the UK, and calls to a wrong number for the local property manager. Eventually they called me back with the right address. They later apologised by email and say they've corrected the info for future guests. They also planned to inspect the property at 7 a.m. one morning, so I had to email in and request that be changed, which it was. Some cleaning products and food basics like salt and olive oil would be useful so every guest doesn't have to buy all that and then throw it away every time. Wi-fi did not connect at all.
