The property is overrated Bad smell in the apartment No place to hang the shampoo and gel The exterior looks pretty old and dated The bed is pretty small The cleaner who seemed to be the daughter of the owner was very nice and friendly They asked us to leave the garbage out and leave the apartment clean … c’monnn ! You overcharge and ask for all this??? We could have rented a hotel/apartment in the old town for a better price Again, we are thankful that the owner was nice enough to come by when we forgot something the last minute.

• Aleksandra (8/5): Very good - We stayed in January 2024, 10 days, 3 adults. 18°C, 1 day rain. The rest of the days are sunny 😎. Lovely apartment with incredible views in the heart of Marbella. The apartment is stylish and modern something like Instagram style 😉. Equipment in an apartment is very good! Everything you need to prepare food. Seriously, you don't buy anything! Iron, washing machine, big fridge/freezer, hob, ironing board, liquids, sponge, sugar, coffee&tea, wine&drink glasses, salt, pepper ect. Like at home! Internet&TV working perfect!💪🏻 Good Ari condition. A comfortable bed in the bedroom and a bit less uncomfortable sofa-bed. Good working blinds with remote control if you like dark rooms it's simply to down blinds. A bit noisy at night from Thursday night till early morning Monday is noisy. If you don't like noisy, drunk people and loud music at night, think about it before booking especially in summer time 😉. Only my suggestion - the apartment is perfect for 2 adults (or couple+child) because 3 adults with 3 different types of activities can feel uncomfortable. Not a big enough space for 3 adults. Of course I realised this before booking. So I can't complain at all🙂. The bathroom is nice but a bit small. Again equipped very well. You don't need to bring your stuff. There are no hooks in the bathroom I didn't know where to put towels or clothes?! Amazing shower with very good water pressure, always with hot water! Ideollo. The apartment is opposite marina, beach and all animations. Close to the old town, bakery, parks, restaurants, pharmacy ect. 2 min walk is corner shop. Everything is around 10 min walk. Uber works very well. The bus station is 4 miles from the apartment. Taxi £6-8 to LA Canadian shopping centre. The host always answered my questions and I met her daughter Marta a polite, nice young lady 🙂. All in all we had a very good time in Marbella and definitely we will be back. I like to recommend it👌🏻! Thank you 🌴. THIS IS NOT THE OWNER'S FAULT, but I MUST MENTION THIS because it is important! LIFTs-very weird and hard to explain! A very big inconvenience, uncomfortable for people with disabilities. The building has 2 lift and 1 lift only works on the ground floor →1st floor! The first lift is at the front of the building and if you want to use it, a second person must go to the first floor and send the lift to you on the ground floor! Gosh first time in my life I met something like this 🤦🏻‍♀️. If you are going to a higher floor, you have to walk a bit meters along the corridor to lift number 2, where you will pass stairs and a balustrade with a wheelchair ramp. I'm writing about this because during my stay in the apartment, I had a problem with my leg and I always needed an lift and a second person to help and send the lift to the ground floor. A very uncomfortable disruption. The rest of the things in the building are in very good condition, clean. Not a big issue but: 🚩 No hooks in bathroom! 🚩 Blunt knifes sharpener needed! 🚩 Noisy at night (especially weekend) 🚩 Quite small bathroom
• Jennifer (9/5): Stunning views in ideal location for access to beach and amenities. - Fantastic views and location right on the main promenade near to facing the beach and marina. It's near bars and restaurants including the street with many tapas bars. You can hear some noise from the bars and clubs until after midnight but the apartment is on 6th floor so this is manageable. The apartment itself is a well-formed studio-flat and has everything required in a modern apartment. Good shower, kitchen, fridge etc. There is a double bed enclosed with glass walls. There is also a sofa bed in main area. So suitable for friends who want separate beds. The only thing we struggled with as two friends travelling was only having one set of keys which meant coordinating to get into flat if doing separate activities. Would be better if two sets of keys available.
