• Gersjano (10/5): Wonderful stay — exceeded expectations! - I had an absolutely amazing experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful — check-in was quick and smooth. The room was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, with thoughtful touches like complimentary water and quality toiletries. The location was perfect — close to everything but still peaceful at night. I also really appreciated the breakfast: fresh, delicious, and with a good variety. What really stood out was the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality. It made me feel at home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! Nothing.
• Jillian (9/5): Superb - The hotel is in a perfect location to enjoy the water, the beach, good food and drinks, and people watching. It is unclear initially how to check in. You have to go into the restaurant on the ground floor and find someone who can check you in and then wait for them to show you to your room.

• Donald (8/5): Wish we could have stayed longer, lots of great restaurants and beaches to choose from - The management was very helpful, rented a car through them and left reading glasses accidentally in the car after we dropped it off. Asked the owner for help and the glasses were waiting at the hotel the next morning.
• Isajohnsan (8/5): Not what we expected - The hotel is located right on the promenade next to the beach. It is a family business, very friendly and helpful all of them. Special thanks to the owner who came looking for us down town on the night we arrived ( we got lost and trapped in the traffic) and he helped us with parking during our stay, which is a big issue on Saranda . Beds were comfortable, breakfast was ok, but cold. During our 5 nights stay they never cleaned the room or changed the towels, in spite of me hanging the "Please service my room" sign on the door every day. The hotel has no parking of its own, one can park on the sidewalk in front of the hotel, but that is only allowed between 1 am and 5 pm, after that you must move the car.

• Lopez (8/5): Nice room in the perfect location. - Our stay was very pleasant. The hotel is new so the facilities and items are in excellent condition. The bed is super comfortable, which is significant after a day of sun and beach. But definitely the best thing about the hotel is its location, as it is right on the boardwalk a few minutes walk from the bus station coming from Tirana and going to other places and beaches nearby, and few minutes walk from the Ferry Port. Also on the boardwalk is where you find the "action" in Saranda: nice restaurants, bars and meeting points for excursions. We would definitely come back. The hotel belongs to a family and they are all very nice and kind people. However, the service in general should be improved, for example, they should change towels, clean the rooms and replace the soap without having to be asked for it. The breakfast is generally good and appropriate for a 3 stars hotel but they should provide coffee and tea, and if possible implement a system to keep food warm.

• Elias (9/5): Very good location in Saranda - Very good location, the building and the rooms are new (it is still being finalized). Owners and staff are very nice and friendly. Good value for the money. No elevator. Some kind of loud machine noise from the roof that starts early morning (our room was last floor). This room has a window only to the corridor, no sun or fresh air but it is not bad for a short stay.
