• Radim (7/5): - Pokoj byl velmi čistý, jedinou kaňkou byla špinavá houbička na nádobí. Apartmán je blízko centra a dá se do něj bez problémů pěšky dojít během pár minut. Zatuchlost z koupelny, které se nedalo zbavit (nešlo vyvětrat a není zde žádný větrák). EXTRÉMNĚ vrzající postel, která nás s partnerkou při sebemenším pohybu budila, takže jsme se za 4 noci ani jednou vyspali.

• Jindřich (8/5): Apartmán v centru Malagy - Apartmán je v centru, vše je dostupné pěšky. Ubytování v přízemí s oknem do ulice. Zařízení odpovídalo fotkám na booking. Na velikonoce jsme museli přitápět klimatizací. Nedostatečné odvětrání vlhkosti z koupelny. Ručníky stále vlhké.

• Eva (7/5): - Poloha bola priamo v centre, všetko na pešo. Je to lokalita, ktorá sa na prvý pohľad javila dosť nebezpečene, ale bolo to v pohode.. Ide o apartmány, ktoré su v lokalite, kde bývajú domáci. V blízko bol taky miestny obchod a aj supermarket. Wifi fungovala v poriadku. Nepáčila sa nám posteľ, strašne vrzgala a zápach, ktorý isiel zo sifonu z práčky a aj zápach z kúpeľne. Všetko je počuť od susedov.

• Marena (5/5): Für den Preis zu teuer - Es gab genug Ablagemöglichkeiten und Kleiderbügel. Im Kühlschrank gab es Wasser, das war nett. Die Wohnung ist Parterre direkt an der Strasse. Deswegen konnte ich nicht lüften und die Wohnung war dunkel und etwas klamm. Nach dem duschen war alles feucht.

Čisto je i vrlo udobno i komunikacija sa vlasnikom je prošla odlično, baš je ljubazan.

• Olga (5/5): Nice apartment without good enough facilities - The apartment is at a good location, nicely decorated, clean and overall well-equipped. There was little hot water, only enough for a five minutes shower, which was really unpleasant. The electricity went out one evening, although was sorted in half an hour.
• Helene (9/5): - Großes Zimmer, sehr ruhig, aber nur weil die Nachbarn ruhig waren, sonst hört man sehr gut ,wenn jemand duscht oder spricht. Aber wie gesagt, Nachbarn sehr ruhig oder abwesend , deshalb war es ok. Manchmal hat es im Badezimmer sehr nach Wasser gerochen Die Lage ist eigentlich super. Weit genug von dem unruhigen Zentrum und trotzdem nah genug, um zu fuß ins Zentrum oder ans Meer zu gehen. Alles war vorhanden im Zimmer
• Lena Petuhova (10/5): - Perfect location, everything within walking distance. A corner shop nearby and big supermarket like 3 mins on foot. We didn't need the keys, as we got the codes to enter the building and the owner was kind enough to send them earlier than the official check-in time. We also had some snacks for breakfast! We weren't sure how the shower functioned. We had a feeling that the amount of water was enough for one really hot shower and not enough for the second one. The water was like lukewarm.

• Noelianns (6/5): Ubicación ideal, cama muy ruidosa - El apartamento es coqueto y muy completo. Estaba limpio y tienes todo lo necesario para el día a día. Nos pareció un detalle bonito que te dejan una cervecita para cada uno, café y algún detallito más de comidas en la cocina. La ubicación es ideal. En menos de 10 minutos estás en el centro. Nos movimos sobre todo andando y fue una maravilla. La pega más grande es la cama. No es que sea incómoda como tal, pero al estar durmiendo con tu movimiento se menea muchísimo y hace un montón de ruido, por lo que al menos a nosotros nos despertaba cada dos por tres. Se siente un poco de humedad en el ambiente de la habitación, nosotros tuvimos la ventana de la habitación abierta el mayor tiempo posible para ventilar y no hubo problema.

Kostenlose Nutzung von Regenschirmen und Selbstbedienung an Hygieneartikeln, Sonnencreme etc waren sehr praktisch für nur mit Handgepäck Reisende. Waschmaschine und Trockenmöglichkeiten waren auch perfekt für kleines Gepäck. Beim reinkommen leichter Plastikgeruch und nur ein Fenster zum Hinterhof mit Fenstern direkt vis a vis. Teilweise fragwürdige Nachbarschaft bzw Viertel.
• Kamila (8/5): Cena odpovídá kváitě. Doporučuji pro páry na krátkou dovolenou. Majitel komunikuje přeš Whatsup a vsup do ubytování je b - Vše čisté, v koupelně dostatek mýdla, kdo nevozí. A pro mě velmi důležitý fen. Polštáře byly pohodlné, klimatizace fungovala na teplo. Okolí působilo ne moc bezpečně. Všude na chodnících byly psí exkrementy a navštívili jsme v období Vánoc z okolnich domů řvala do rána hudba a sousedi byli velmi hlasití. Při vstupu do budovy zapáchají silně odpady a matrace na posteli je velmi měkká. Příteli nevadila, mně ano.

Not very safe street, electricity problems, water is leaking under washing mashine, so we didn't use it, could be oven, not sufficient communication. It's also easy to get a sense of the apartment from the photos, especially without looking closely, because most of the photos are of a loft-style apartment.

Dagli elettrodomestici ai piccoli dettagli d'arredo, tutto da sentire come a casa. Il quartiere:la posizione è comoda perché si raggiunge il centro in pochi minuti minuti a piedi, ma la zona non è delle più tranquille, soprattutto la sera. Il materasso purtroppo poco confortevole: troppo scomodo per garantire un buon riposo

We were welcomed with coffee, croissants, juices, crackers, and other nice treats, which was a lovely gesture. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed — nothing was missing, and it felt very well-prepared. It was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. The location was perfect, only about a 10–15 minute walk from all the main attractions. We would definitely recommend it to everyone. Nothing — everything was great!

• Jan Merta (10/5): Wonderful stay comparing price and quality! We would stay again :) - Really easy access to the accommodation. Air conditioning works very fast. I liked the small treats in the kitchen like small snacks, tea and coffee. If you are planning to stay longer, it is really nice that there is a washing machine with drying rack, where you can wash your clothes and dry them on the rack. Located 5 min from the center. The shower works in a bit weird way, but works.

Coffee is provided for free, as well as food for the first morning breakfast. The kitchen is perfectly equiped and the appart is fit for a longer stay. The cathedral and the fort are 10 minutes walking distance. We felt perfect and highly recommend this place.

De l’eau fraîche dans le frigo à notre arrivée, de quoi se préparer une petite collation si on arrive tard, c’est bien agréable. La rue où se trouve l’appartement, quoique très bien placée par rapport au centre historique, n’est pas très engageante quant à la propreté et la fréquentation.

• khadija (1/5): - The apartment's central location Lägenhetens centrala läge The apartment was very unclean, mold scent and kitchen utensils were not cleaned. The roof was cracked. The hot water in the shower became cold after 15 min. There were tramps in the neighborhood which is not safe. Lägenheten var mycket oren, mögeldoft och köksredskap var inte rengjorda. Taket var sprucket. Varmvattnet i duschen blev kallt efter 15 min. Det fanns luffare i grannskapet vilket inte är säkert.

Appartamento comodo e spazioso, buon rapporto qualità/prezzo - Host molto gentile e disponibile, dato il check-in in tarda serata ci ha lasciato alcune cose per la colazione. Check-in autonomo molto comodo. Zona popolare, poco frequentata da turisti. Pulizia della camera da migliorare.

• Francesca (9/5): Malaga I love u - Appartamento dotato di ogni comfort e fornitissimo sia per la cucina che per il bagno. Molto pulito e in posizione centralissima ( a 10 min a piedi dalla cattedrale). Il sig José é stato non solo super disponibile ma anche molto gentile La via dove é situato l appartamento è in un barrio non pulito e privo totalmente di bar o negozi. É considerato un barrio pericoloso pero a noi non è mai successo nulla e ci siamo sempre sentiti tranquilli lo stesso.
• Mikou (9/5): Super apparemment. - I liked the cleanness and the organisation of the appartment. The host was kind and let us access as soon as possible after the cleaning. The bed was super confortable. The décoration was nice. Netflix was a good thing to have. Finally the appartment is secured by code access and cameras. Necessity to have an oven. And sometimes the neighbours made some noises.

• Mariola (8/5): Ogólnie oceniamy miejsce bardzo dobrze i chętnie wrócilibyśmy tam ponownie :) - Apartament dobrze zlokalizowany – blisko do centrum, co było dużym plusem podczas zwiedzania. Okolica raczej spokojna, ani razu nie czuliśmy się zagrożeni, co miało dla nas duże znaczenie. Mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone – wszystko, co potrzebne do szybkiego przygotowania posiłku, było pod ręką. Jedyny drobny minus to chwiejący się kran w kuchni, ale nie wpłynęło to znacząco na komfort pobytu.

• Rudolf (9/5): In general we were pleased with the apartment and price/value and enjoyed our stay in Malaga! - Close to the historic city centre, everything was in walking distance like restaurants, grocery stores, museums, beach, etc.. - access to the site and apartment was through a code which was convenient and also worked fine during the power outage the neighbourhood was a little bit strange but in general ok. seems to be the rule that people take chairs on the walkway and sit and talk endlessly

It’s very equipped with kitchen equipment and utensils, there is a nice bathroom, the apartment is cosy. We even got some breakfast left for us in the fridge. Very thoughtful of the owners.
• Adam (9/5): Superb - Great apartment in Malaga – highly recommended! Green Rooms is a perfect base – just a 10–15 minute walk to the main attractions. The apartment is very comfortable, with a modern bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen. On arrival, we were welcomed with sweets, wine, and some breakfast items – a lovely touch! The check-in is contactless (everything is done via codes), but the communication with the host was quick and efficient throughout the stay. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. Definitely worth it!

• Tea (10/5): Very good! - The location is great, you have 10 minutes to walk to the city center. Near the apartment there are a few stores, coffee places etc. Apartment was the same as on the pictures, clean and had everything needed. The host even prepared something for breakfast, and left us some water and wine in the fridge. The communication was very quick, self-check in is really convenient and easy. We had issues with the door of the apartment, and the host managed to arrive within 15 minutes to assist. Very positive experience😊 -

We appreciate we were allowed an early check in, as the room was available. The bed in comfy, there is a variety of pillows, including foam ones. There was a weird smell in the room, we had to leave the window open almost all the time, even thought it was January.

It's looked after with a lot of quality and attention, very clean and you sleep well. Absolutely recommended. The breakfast was not perfect, just some snacks and biscuits. There was everything needed to prepare coffee or tea. No bidet. Shower ok, but for washing only family packs of shampoo and shower gel are available, while single-use doses would be better

Communication without problem and very friendly, though no personal contact. Code system. Everything needed is there, kitchenware a bit limited. Small, but nice bathroom. It really is small and smells very strongly of disinfectant.
