• isabelle (8/5): Une bonne adresse - Un bon accueil, maison au calme, très simple, situé devant le village et petit dejeuner avec des produits locaux dans le jardin près des orangers en fleurs (avril) qui sentaient très bons. Un bon moment.

Plus, the owners are really generous people so I highly recommand stopping by !

• Dr. (10/5): Wonderful farm experience. - The property is a small farm holding set in beautiful orchards. The owners are so friendly and generous. Everything they serve at breakfast is produced on the farm - the eggs, milk, butter, jam and bread and the elderly owners are very proud of that. If you are lucky you will be given a tour of the orchard. Nothing. I wish I could have stayed longer

Enri and his parents are truly lovely people, very friendly and welcoming, you will for sure feel at home. Enri speaks very well English and is easy to talk to. The surroundings of the house were lovely, with a beautiful fruit tree garden and colorful roses. Perfect if you feel like disconnecting for a day. We loved it so much that we even came back at the end of our trip! Thanks again for making our stay wonderful. -

We visited Tirana, Vlore and Spille but this was the highlight of our trip because we spent a night in an albanian family's house and we could get closer the albanian culture. Would definitely come back. The breakfast was a home made Bio eggs,butter, and Jam from the garden. Just loved it ❤️ thank

The breakfast is sourced mostly from their property with fresh fruit, eggs, or jam. The room and shared bathroom is clean. You won't find better value for this price!

• Jenny (10/5): Exceptional - This was such an amazing homestay. When we arrive, the host gave us some coffee and pomegranate juice along with plenty of fresh fruits from their farm. We sat with them for about an hour, just talking, and he gave us a bunch of good recommendations. The older couple does not speak English, but they were still super friendly.

• Betti (10/5): Exceptional - We fell in love with this place. It is a small villa owned by the most beautiful and friendly family you could ever meet, since we arrived they did everything to make us feel welcomed. Just after we parked our car, they made coffee and tea for us and harvested some fruits from their garden to serve us. We almost didn't want to go to visit the city because we enjoyed the company of the old couple too much! My parents also kept talking about agriculture and because my dad said that he wants some trees, the old man offered to go to a person that sells trees and take some for us for a very low price. In less than one hour he came with everything we asked for more (now proud owners of 2 kakis, 2 pomegranates and 2 olives). Everything was incredibly clean! We were amazed by how perfect everything was (all the traditional bed sheets were freshly washed and ironed). In the morning the breakfast was made of eggs, bread, milk and 3 types of jam the old lady made herself and she told us thay everything is from their garden or local. If I come back to Berat, I would for sure pay a visit again. They thought us so much about hospitality and being good in general. Our biggest regret is that we didn't bring anything to give them as a gift. We highly recommending choosing this place and family! we needed to share the bathroom with the other people (we were 3 rooms in total), but we adapted quickly and it didn't bother us

• Luca (10/5): The real family stay with a family you will love. - A family stay in a country house at a very convenient distance from Berat city centre. It was our first stop in Albania and Enri's family dragged us into this beautiful country and people's lifestyle. It felt like being at a friend's place with his parents taking care of you. The house has been built from scratch by Enri's dad, and there are hens, cats and rabbits in the property. The breakfast is the best thing ever, with km 0 products. There is a washing machine. Enri's mom, like a grandma, even hang the clothes for us, since we were not there. When we booked we didn't realise the bathroom was shared with other guests, and being a 5-person family this can be a game changer, but then we adapted easily. The privilege of spending time with Enri's family was worth it. And, you know what? Our 3 years old kept on repeating he wanted to go back to "the countryside in Berat" to his little cat, throughout the whole trip. That's all that matters in the end. Thank you Enri and warm hugs to your beautiful parents. The shared bathroom might not be ideal for a family. But it was perfectly clean and the guests of the other room available (we took two rooms) were lovely. The position of the electric sockets is not ideal, and this can be relevant when you are travelling. But again, it's really a matter of having a little adaptability.
• Ride (10/5): Country side home stay - Super friendly host and family. With chicken n cats running freely, plus lots of fruit trees. Breakfast marmalade are made from their own grapes, fig and plum. It's an authentic country side home stay!

They were always seeing that I have something to drink and the fruit from the garden was always available. They make you feel as if you're in your own home. Wonderful people. I am certainly going back next year. What a joy to experience real Albanian hospitality in an Albanian hone with no fuss and so much humility. I will recommend anytime. Real value for money. Thank you Maro, Akim and Anri. Personally I would have loved my private bathroom.
• Elias (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing place! Beautiful house and beautiful garden. The fruit and vegetables from the garden were amazing. The elderly couple and their son were the nicest people! We couldn't have asked for a better experience! It was a bit far from the city center, but with the urban bus it is quite easy and cheap to get there.
• Ciars (10/5): A wonderful stay - thank you! - I had a wonderful experience here. My hosts were so kind and caring and went above and beyond for me. They really made me feel like I was at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and had air con as well as a TV. The bed was the comfiest I've slept in for months. The property is beautiful and so peaceful - it was nice to have some quiet after being mainly in noisy cities. It's a little out from the centre, but you can walk / get a taxi or drive (if you have a car).

They made us feel like home and we could truly relaxe and recharge. Their care exceeds every expectations, we were welcomed with their own fruits and selfmade food like byrek, pite, jam and even selfmade butter (Maro, the lady of the house, is truly amazing and does everything selfmade and bio). They always help you out and give with their heart. It exceeded our expectations in every regard, the stay there was one of the most heartwarming and loving experience we had in Albania. We can truly recommend this accommodation, especially when you want a authentic albanien experience in Berat.
