• Ido (1/5): Smelly hotel - It was close to the train station It was the worst hotel since we got to Italy, in 2 months this was a horrible experience. We arrived at the plce, no one was there. No one opened the door for us. We called and waited untill he arrives from I don't know where.. The room and the building were very dirty. The stuff was unhelpful and it really felt like they want to go back to wherever they were. The smell was awful and the door didn't stop opening which was so annoying. The only thing was that we got our privet room as we ordered, at least that.. Not gonna go back there
• Fiderica (10/5): Okay-ish stay but does the job! - The property owner/receptionist was very helpful in all of my questions. And the room is okay and gives you all you need. Location is a little sketchy, some parts of room need work like the door is loose but it does close.
• Yani (7/5): Great location, but a bit overpriced and noisy - The location was excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the airport shuttle bus stop at Rome Termini. The building had a unique old-style lift, which was a nice touch. Someone was waiting for us when we arrived, so check-in was quick and easy. The AC worked well and kept the room nice and cool, and there were also fans available the room was too loud — I could clearly hear the neighbors, which made it hard to relax. Check-out at 10 a.m. felt too early, and overall, the rate was a bit overpriced for what we got.

And after they collect fee from us, they tried to cancel our reservation on Booking.com. we didn't know why until they led us to another place not marked on booking.com at all. It was quite scary since we did not know where this place was and it was very broken. The room has no hot water, Broken toilet, broken bed lamps, blocked drainer, unknown stuff under the bed and a very very loud AC that screams 5 minutes every 15 minutes. We could not sleep at all the whole night. Worst experience I ever had. We left the place at 2am without being able to get any sleep at all.

I am not agree with bad reviews on Google maps, seems that people want to get super luxury VIP room for price of hostel. I recommend this place.
• Alberto (1/5): Stay in Roma in this location destroyed my vacation . - Close to the terminal Termini , Neighbord is dirty . Shower is the only good , but you can’t moved it . One bed is couch bed , hard to sleep there , you can feel the frame , the cover is a sleeping bag . I was written to property , nobody answer our claim .i was calling Booking , present our claim , they listen but nothing happened . One of the sconce are out of the wall , wires with power are dangerous to touch . The owner doesn’t care this property , i will not recommended this property . I’m traveling , I’m scare to rent something with Booking , they have responsibility about any rent , they DO NOT nothing .

• Luís (7/5): Good relation cost benefict - The location is very good. About 200m from main rail station, bus, metro and hop on hop off. In front of house the smell is not good because of homeless (only seen one once a time) We listen the cars inside the room, but is a slowly road and with few traffic. The bed is very confortable and with a extra small bed. Huge tv. The bathroom is just enough. The recepcionist help us in every question about the house, street, city. We can left the lugage before check in and check out. Smell in the street.

When we booked we thought it was hotel. table was covered with towel, room wasn't clean enough and at night from outside was coming to much noise.

• Panna (8/5): Áll in áll that accomodation worth the price, clean, good loaction, kind staff - The accomodation was in 2 minutes from the bus station, that was so easy and comfortable to get there. The guy who welcomed is when we arrived was kind and helpful, the room and the whole building was clean, they left cold estet, fresh towels and sampoo for us.
• Charlotte (1/5): Bad - The room was clean enough and the bed seemed comfy. We couldn't stay there, we ended up booking a mew hotel the same night we got to Rome, only managing to stay at this one for about an hour and a half. First of all, it's in a dodgy area and the hotel itself it basically an apartment thing, it didn't feel safe. And to add to it not feeling safe, the man who was there was incredibly unnerving and made my friend and I feel very uncomfortable. We did not at all feel safe enough to spend the night, especially as we're two younger girls travelling by ourselves. The room itself was fine but the shower was fixed with sellotape and some of the walls had gum holding bits onto it. The lights were all wrapped in plastic bags. The whole thing was horrible. 0/10! Do not book this place, the price isn't work it, stay well away!!

• Aasaavari (2/5): It is an average place. - The breakfast was alright. Limited options with no scope of change. That is what the staff informed us. The location is the only thing working for this accommodation. The lock on the room door is weak (even though we locked the door from inside, it could be opened by a key from outside) - and doesn't help one feel safe. Except for where it is located, this accommodation is not great.

Another good thing was that the owner let us leave our bags in the hotel after checking out so that we could go out before the train. nothing
• Kim (3/5): I would avoid it next time - Free water The host was friendly and kind, but the room was not good at all…It was not looking good as it was on pictures and we didn’t find that fair at all. But the bathroom was a real mess, we were so shocked when we saw a lot of mold on the shower curtains… It was not safe to take shower at all. Also the neighborhood is not so save and looks pretty scary if you are walking during the nights. So we would not recommend this place. Overall experience - bad value for money.

Staff was very responsive and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Ample water for drinking. Window that opened for fresh air. Difficult for a traveler to discern location: Poor signage. Cleanliness: Had a very Strong, unpleasant odor in the bathroom. Sheet on bed, clean but torn. No desk in the room as offered. (cabinet: yes) . Lock on the door to the room in disrepair. Keys: of (3) two were difficult to use. No Kleenex in room and toiletries were just a packet of shampoo/combo body wash? Wall mounted lights did not work, but there were other sources of lighting.

• Martina (6/5): Good budget accommodation - Great location for transport and for walking into the historical centre of Rome. The food court at Termini station is surprisingly good and worth checking out. Staff were friendly and provided a breakfast, which consisted of fruit, bottled juice and a super tasty different pastry everyday. There is also a shared fridge with free water bottles, a microwave and a coffee machine. Could not connect to the WiFi despite having the details entered correctly according to instructions. The room was cleaned but not to the extent I'd expect from even the cheapest accomodation. On night one we found an insect inside the bed but did not find more upon inspection. The amount of dust in the room was absolutely unacceptable and was causing my partner and I to sneeze constantly. In both the main living space and the bathroom there were thick layers of dust on top of ledges, light switches, and the wall hangings. Lastly the room we stayed in had gaps and holes around the window so the noise from the road was quite bad, an attempt had been made to block a large hole with simple-clear sellotape which did nothing as far as insulation goes! Despite the staff were friendly when around, the entrance was rarely manned for quick questions on the go, instead we were told to message or call which did get us the help we needed but felt a bit unnecessary for small requests.

Host Limon was very helpful and positive! He allowed to check in early, regardless that we didn’t agree on that in advance. Unlimited free bottled water was surprise for us! • Ruby (6/5): Good location, mediocre management - The location and the room amenities were good. We paid the city tax when we arrived at the apartment, and the manager was a little bit rude about it. Then, in the three nights we stayed there, the manger knocked on our door four times asking us to pay it again because he forgot to write it down originally. Then he didn’t believe us that we already had paid it and made the whole thing so uncomfortable. We also had a “private bathroom”, but the bathroom was detached and it seemed like someone else had used it. Then one day some people came to clean it and they took all the toilet paper out of it and didn’t replace it.
• Mehmet (9/5): Superb - The room’s photos matched those on the page. Both my companion and I were satisfied with the hotel. It was clean, and the staff were quite attentive to our requests. The booking price also included breakfast, which exceeded my expectations. It comprised an Italian bakery selection, two types of fruit, and fruit juice. So, it was enough for my criteria, until lunch; I didn’t feel hungry. Furthermore, complimentary bottled sparkling water was provided in the hotel. Overall, if you are seeking a hotel that meets these criteria, you will likely meet your expectations. I rate the price and performance of this hotel 10/10! Probably my only negative comment on the hotel, at the beginning if they provided two towels per person (it was only one for per person) it would be nice, but if you requested, they were provided.

I would recommend Beking Rome to anyone who want to spend some days in Rome. Te location was not the best. It seems that Termini is not very dangerous but also not very friendy at night. I would recommend to arrive by taxi to the hotel at night, not walking. To avoid any kind of problem.

• Silvia (9/5): Good place to stay for 3 nights and see Rome. - The room and bath were very clean and we had enough space. Breakfast was tasty , coffee and bottled water free . There is a fridge in the lobby that can be used. We received a map of the city as well from Kabir who is a nice and friendly host . He also gave us an electric kettle on our request . The hotel is very close to Termini , we had around good places to eat, markets to buy some food and a baglocker to deposit bags after we checked out.
