• Baroni (10/5): - Très bien situé à 12min de marche de la gare sur une rue tranquille. Entouré de bons resto, cafés et petites épiceries. À 15min de marche de la Cathédrale Santa Maria del Fiore. Il était midi à notre arrivée, il était trop tôt et l'appartement n'était pas prêt. Par contre, la femme de ménage nous a permis de laisser nos bagages et elle nous a remis les clés de l'appartement. Nous sommes revenus après le déjeuner et l'appartement était d'une propreté impeccable. Tout de suite on s'est senti chez nous. Le lit est très confortable avons bien dormi. La cuisine est complète et avons cuisiné à 3 reprises. Retourner à Florence, nous choisirons encore cet appartement. Rien!!!
• Bianka (8/5): Schöne Wohnung - Sehr nette Begrüßung und eine liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Die Lage war gut, nur 15 Minuten bis zum Dom. Leider ist das Haus sehr hellhörig. Auch ist es aus unserer Sicht nicht unbedingt für eine Familie mit Kindern geeignet.
• Karen (10/5): - The apartment was beautifully clean and well equipped for our short stay in Florence. We didn't cook in the apartment so I can't comment on the cooking facilities. Sara and her mother were very welcoming and Sara was very accommodating and helpful for an early arrival in Florence. Walking distance to the centre of Florence and restaurants. Highly recommend.
• Jérick (10/5): Une très belle et agréable découverte - Accueil très sympathique. L'appartement est un petit bijou dans le style "art déco". Très proche à pied du centre historique Premier étage sans ascenseur mais avec un escalier large et facile.

• Yunkyong (Yoonie) (9/5): i would recommend this place! - it’s quite spacious and each rooms are quite big too. all the furnitures and interior designs were quite nice. a shower handle in one of the bathroom is cute but it‘s not so efficient,,, it’s hard to take a shower without overflooding the floor,,haha
• Julie (10/5): Beautiful and convenient - Very effective air conditioner and nice to have different temperatures in different rooms. Beautiful apartment, nice decor. All plumbing worked. Very convenient but still quiet. We walked everywhere including to/ from the train station. Laundry facility was just a few blocks away. The person who greeted us was friendly and all communications were timely and helpful.

• Melinda (8/5): Our Italian Sojourn - The apartment is a 15-20 min walk from the train station and there are lots of shops/restaurants plus a supermarket close by. The apartment is on the first floor, nicely furnished with 2 bedrooms, a good sized kitchen and lounge area. We communicated via WhatsApp with Sara the host. Florence is a lovely city to visit. Everything was good and we enjoyed our stay.

• Roberta (9/5): Short stay in Florence - Excellent two bedroom apartment in a good location, 10 minutes walk from the train station and about 15 from the centre of Florence. The host met us at the property and gave us a tour of the house, leaving us some water in the fridge and some snacks available. The property has two bathrooms which was very handy. The flat was clean, spacious and had everything that we might need for our stay. Nothing
• Christian (7/5): Good - Very good location, just a few minutes away from the city centre. The owners were very helpful. The mattresses and pillows in both bedrooms should be replaced, as they are quite uncomfortable and of low quality, which made for a poor night’s sleep. That aside, the apartment is excellent and well-equipped with everything one might need.
• Steven (8/5): Friends in Firenze - Location away from the business of the city, yet easy to get to everything that mattered. Comfortable accommodations, classic decor. Great food nearby, Gabriella was an excellent hostess and gave a good recommendation for dining nearby. The caffe around the corner (Samambaia) was outstanding for breakfasts. No information about use of the washing machine. No sharp knives in the kitchen.

• Denitsa (9/5): Stylish and spacious - great for enjoying Florence - Stylish and spacious apartment 20 -30 min walk to the Duomo. The 2 bedrooms were pretty comfortable, each of them having full bathroom. The apartment is 15 min walk from the main train station but in a very calm and fancy neighborhood. The walk by the river to the main sites (Ponte Veccio, Ufici, Pitti palace, etc) is very pleasant. The checkin was smooth and efficient. The host permitted us to leave the luggage prior the check in tine while the apartment was cleaned, which was great. Some of the amenities in the bathrooms were outdated.
• Lay (9/5): A pleasant and comfortable stay in a well located apartment. - The apartment is clean and cosy. Very quiet and well insulated. walking distance to the main attractions. The host Sara was very helpful and responsive to our needs and requests. The flight of stairs up from ground floor to the apartment can be challenging to seniors . It would help if there is a microwave oven in the kitchen. Also, the shower handle in the long bath in oneof the rooms has nowhere to hang , very difficult when showering.

• Dion (10/5): Wonderful hosts and a faultless apartment in a perfect location. - The apartment is very conveniently located to the train station and a number of local attractions. The hosts were very accomodating by allowing us to leave our luggage prior to check in which was most appreciated. Communication with the hosts was excellent. The apartment was impeccable and highly recommended. This would be my go to accommodation for future visits to Florence. Nil - no complaints whatsoever.
• Chi (8/5): Nice big artistic house to enjoy a simple stay. - The property really is an art itself and the host is very nice to prepare our stay. All the paintings inside the house are very nice and artistic. You can enjoy a basic and simple holiday in this big house. It is not a hi tech property and some facilities need update.
