There truly is an awesome double view! I loved the space itself and would definitely come back here if coming back to Florence. Location is great
• Martha (10/5): - We absolutely loved this hidden gem! The location, room, and breathtaking views made our stay unforgettable. It truly felt like home for our family of six — the kids could relax and watch TV while we parents enjoyed some quiet time. It’s not right in the busy heart of Florence, but still within easy walking distance. Definitely worth the stay! The main issue we experienced was in the building outside the apartment. There are no windows, and the hallway lights turn off automatically after a short time. When that happens, it becomes completely dark, and we often needed a flashlight to use the stairs safely. Inside the apartment, the bathtub is quite high, which could be a bit slippery when getting in or out.

• lugolgini (9/5): Lovely apartment in a beautiful location. - Beautiful apartment overlooking the river. It was very comfortable for our party of 4 (2 couples) and close to everything. Vivian and Cristian are very attentive hosts; when we couldn't locate the iron, they dropped one off for us. We did find it eventually, behind a 'secret' door in the dining room:) The apartment has everything you need, except a washing machine. That would have made it perfect.

• Mario (9/5): Perfect, would stay there again when we come back. - Great location with stunning views, and a well kept apartment that really feels like Italy. The mobile AC really helped for the hottest 36+ deg days, but the apt stays surprisingly cool even without it. Christian and Vivian are very nice and attentive hosts.

• Bennett (9/5): Absolutely loved the accommodation and Florence. Highly recommended. - The location of the apartment was superb and the views of the Arno river breathtaking. From the other side you could see the Duomo and the back of the Santa Croce Basilica. We had a lot of space which was great. Cristian was very helpful with all his advice and check in was easy. A couple more pillows would have been great.

• Charlotte (10/5): Exceptional - We were 2 couples staying for 3 nights.. Beautiful apartment with stunning views & excellent location. Walking distance of bars, restaurants, shops, supermarket, river & all the sights. You can see many beautiful sights from the apartment windows too. Very easy to get everywhere on foot. We even walked from the train station which was a lovely walk through Florence taking about 30 minutes.. Apartment was very spacious with a well equipped kitchen & welcome pack. Beautifully decorated, clean, quiet with comfortable beds. We all slept well! Cristian our host was very accomadating & helpful. Excellent communication through out. Came to greet us & sent me recommendations for restaurants, bars & gelato. All were excellent! Restaurants near apartment were both fantastic. Roof top bar at Hotel Continental is well worth a visit for a special occasion. So is watching the sunset from Piazza Michaelangelo.. I would recommend this property for a wonderful stay in a beautiful city. Thank you Cristian & Vivian. We hope to be back! If not we will certainly send friends!!

Located near popular places. 10min on foot you could reach there. Spacious rooms!! Nope. /// tips for the guests... Just, the ceiling light of the building entrance.. is needed.
• Horia (9/5): Florence in an apartment - The double view it exists for real! Waking up every morning with the image of Florence at your window is something memorable! The position is excellent! Close to everything! 5 minutes walk from city centre! The interiors are exactly like in the pictures of presentations! I t was a little bit cold. But the will start the heating this days. Anyway you have conditioning air!
• Salma (8/5): Very good - Beautiful place with beautiful views from multiple rooms. It was much more spacious than we had expected with multiple dining areas, a nice sized living room and plenty of storage space. The location was great, close to the river and many restaurants. Overall, a very comfortable stay for a family. It was a little far from the train station, so something to jeeepnin mind if you’re arriving by train. The walk is at least 25 minutes. There were some mosquitoes - though this is something I’ve seen in reviews for many other apartments in Florence.

Close to the city centre and within easy reach of shops, restaurants, and tourist sites. The property is on the top floor, lighting in the communal hallways is very poor, so don’t forget your torch

• Joanne (7/5): Really enjoyed Florence and would return, fantastic city. - Location was good. Spacious property. Clean. Easy self check in, got in earlier than expected. Noisy road outside when sleeping in front of property. Two rear bedrooms were quieter. As past holiday property owners, we would have expected a small welcome gesture like a bottle of water or milk after travelling all day, especially with the cost of the stay.
