• Johnny Nourry (5/5): Lieu intéressant que pour son emplacement. - Emplacement proche de l'aéroport de Ténérife Nord. Accès facile à l'autoroute. Proche de l'ancienne capitale Laguna. Le logement est à 5 minutes d'un supermarché flambant neuf où on y trouve de tout. Le logement est situé sur un bar. On peut s'y restaurer si nécessaire. La propreté de l'appartement. Le second lit est un canapé-lit. La literie est de mauvaise qualité. Le bruit et la chaleur des ventilateurs des climatiseurs du restaurant du dessous. Impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre de la cuisine! La vue de la fenêtre de la cuisine sur les séries de ventilateurs n'est pas non plus des plus romantiques. Les équipements dans la cuisine sont très minimalistes. On ne dispose même pas d'une bouilloire. Le frigo Smeg est malheureusement en pitieux état. Les clayettes ne tiennent même plus!
• eilam (1/5): The worst booking experience we’ve ever had - Nothing We travel often and have never had such an awful experience. This booking ruined our last night on the island. After driving 1.5 hours from the south, we went to the address listed on Booking, searched for parking in the rain, and tried to find the entrance. Only after calling the number on the reservation were we told to drive 15 minutes to a restaurant to get the keys. Finding someone there who understood us was a hassle. We finally got the keys, but when I tried to explain how unacceptable it was to make guests waste so much time without warning, especially on our last day with a tight schedule, the woman didn’t understand a word. We drove back to the Booking address, only to find none of the four keys worked. After sending pictures, we were told the apartment wasn’t there at all but above the restaurant we had just left. We had to drive back again, soaked, exhausted, and furious after a long day. The Booking contact was impossible to communicate with, and the restaurant staff didn’t help. I understand language barriers, but if you rent on Booking, you should be prepared to deal with international guests. When I explained everything via Google Translate and showed screenshots of the wrong address, all they said was, “we’ll check why it shows the wrong address.” No apology, no responsibility, no compensation. The apartment itself was awful: deafening airplane noise unless windows were shut, which turned the place into an oven; harsh fluorescent lights making it feel like a hospital; a stinking fridge; no usable WiFi since the “free WiFi” was only accessible downstairs; and strong food smells and kitchen noise from the restaurant coming straight into the apartment. This was by far the worst booking we’ve ever had and completely ruined our last night in Tenerife. Avoid this place at all costs.
