He especially arranged for us to use the parking lot in advance, waited for us to check in, and kept us informed. She also offered travel advice. You can stay safely and peacefully.

A very comfortable apartment which has everything one could need for a relaxing holiday. We enjoyed the complimentary fruit and mineral water. The kitchen is perfectly set up which gave us an opportunity to vary the restaurant routine and eat "at home" which was a nice change. Communication was easy and fast and we encountered no problem of any kind. Highly recommended for a perfect visit to Plovdiv. Nothing, everything was excellent

• Adina (10/5): - Everything was perfect. Very good for families. The location is close to the old city, ancient teather, old basilica. Everything is reacheable in 10 minutes walking. The apartment is very clean and very well equiped. We found at the location cold water, fruits and coffee. Which was very nice! The owner answer very quickly and grave us all the instructions nedded for self chek-in. When we arrived, the elevator was out of order. But this wasn't the owner fault.
• Sara (10/5): - Se dovessi tornare a Plovdiv, sceglierei di nuovo questo appartamento! La posizione è perfetta, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro storico, in un quartiere tranquillo e silenzioso. L’alloggio offre un posto auto condominiale all’aperto e sicuro che noi abbiamo usato per parcheggiare le biciclette con cui stiamo viaggiando. L’appartamento si trova al sesto piano con ascensore ed è semplicemente perfetto. Può essere scelto anche per una permanenza lunga dato che è ampio e dotato di tutto ciò di cui c’è bisogno (per noi la lavatrice è stata fondamentale!). Lo spazio è arredato con grande cura e gusto. Come se non bastasse c’è un bel balcone da cui si gode una bella vista sulla collina della città vecchia. Ciliegina sulla torta: la comunicazione con l’host è stata perfetta. Deyan è sempre stato disponibile e puntuale, ci ha spiegato molte cose utili per il soggiorno e ci ha consigliato un ottimo ristorante dove cenare. Niente! Tutto più che perfetto

Мястото е прекрасно за краткосрочно наставяне на двама човека. Домакините бяха оставили като комплимент пресни плодове и вода в хладилника. Паркомястото изисква твърде умели шофьорски умения :) Доста е тясно.

• Ales (9/5): Good choice - Quiet, pleasant, nicely furnished apartment. Good location near the old part of the city, about 5 minutes walk. Very responsive owner, thank you for the welcome fruit. Extremely small parking lot, it takes quite a bit of skill to park a medium-sized vehicle. And once you finally manage to park it, you crawl out through the back door or the trunk. The apartment is nicely furnished, but better quality bedding, especially pillows, would have been appreciated. Maybe this is a subjective opinion, but when we travel, comfortable sleep is one of the evaluation criteria.
• Kersti (10/5): Exceptional - We planned to stay for two days. When we got the apartment, we decided to stay for another day. Everything was great. The apartment was cozy, very clean and had everything we needed (and much more). There have been added cozy details. The apartment had a large sunny balcony with a view of the hills of the old town. The location is quiet and peaceful and very close to the old town. The owner, Deyan, sent us detailed and precise instructions about parking, picking up the keys and the location of the apartment. Everything was very easy to find. In addition, there were fruits, water, coffee, tea and various spices waiting for us in the apartment. Deyan communicated politely and we felt very welcome during our stay. Nothing.

Coffee machine and capsules, tea and cold water in the fridge, even fresh fruits were a great compliment. The apartment is new and stylish, many beautiful details. So it is definitely recommended!

• Олександр (10/5): A cozy apartment just near the Old City - Interior design is very nice and cozy, everything was very clean. There's everything one would need, from towels and shampoo down to little things like cotton sticks and pads. The host was caring enough to leave a good amount of fruits in the fridge and coffee pods enough for every morning of our stay, he was also very polite and helpful. The location is quiet and peaceful and just near the old city, you'll have to conquer a steep hill to reach the city centre though, but you'll have to traverse some hilly terrain in this city anyways, which is well worth it! Hot water pressure was pretty low, but still usable, so not a major complain. Parking spot is too small, even parking my 2013 Ford Focus hatchback was challenging, I did need some help to park it properly and still be able to leave the car. If your vehicle isn't wider and isn't overly long (I did still have some space left length-wise), you should be fine though, I believe BMW E46 would still fit in there, but E39 or other 5 series might be very tricky

• Anna (9/5): Marvelous place in walking distance from the old town. Parking lot is a great bonus for guests. - On the surface, everything was just perfect. We found cold water in the fridge and a basket of fruits on the table. The selection of complimentary coffee pods brightened our morning. Spotless facility with a touch of design. It was a strange feeling to be watched. Something like being in a reality show. I didn't try to sweep for cameras and/or bugs, most probably it was caused by the hosts' demand to provide copies of photo IDs for each guest. Weird.
