- Serena (6/5): Appartamento nuovo ma Gestione da rivedere. - Appartamento nuovo. Cattivo odore proveniente dal bagno per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Nonostante avessimo prenotato per 3 persone l’appartamento era pronto per 2, il divano letto lo abbiamo preparato in autonomia e mancava comunque un lenzuolo. Segnalato il fatto all’host ci é stato detto che sia una loro prassi far preparare il divano letto dagli ospiti, ma andrebbe inserito nelle condizioni di Booking perché così si é preparati e si può anche non scegliere la struttura. Self check-in. Assenza completa di informazioni o mappe, suggerimenti/consigli su posti dove andare per pranzo/cena. Cucina fredda, senza riscaldamento. La mattina era impossibile preparare la colazione senza indossare la giacca.
