• Brian (10/5): Loved it and highly recommend - Perfect location. Walking distance to underground. Was well appointed with everything we needed. Bed very comfy. Our host was very helpful. Only a few steps as it was on the ground floor. There was parking but we didn't need it Shower in the bath may be a problem for some
• Chris (9/5): Super large, quiet and comfortable apartment in a great location - Very spacious bedroom and living room, super easy and clear to get access, host was very flexible and kind with our check-in times. Well equipped kitchen, nice warm shower, great central heating, high quality king bed. We did set off the smoke detectors from cooking as we were not able to create airflow through the apartment, pretty minor issue given the overall quality of the experience

• Mark (7/5): Good value for money. Well situated and comfortable. - Location was very good. Ground floor location so no trudging up flights of stairs after a big day out exploring London.10 minute walk to Tescos super store in one direction and the same to a very nice deli on Kensington High Street in the other. We caught the tube most days from Earls Court station which is just a short walk past Tesco.The Warwick Arms Hotel is a very short stroll thru the laneway just across the street. The Indian menu there is very good. The Mohsen Persian restaurant is 2 doors along. The bed was super comfy as we're the living areas. Street traffic is pretty heavy but you hear nothing inside the apartment. Nadine was very helpfull. Had trouble with the telephone one night and she was very reachable via phone. I sorted the problem myself. No issues. Would go back😊 The French doors off the bedroom need some serious maintenance. Not much to look at outback but those doors are really in need of some TLC. The bathroom and kitchen were OK. Nice big bath. Kitchen is well appointed with everything you need. We cooked breakfast and dinner most nights but we weren't much fussed on the dark wall colours in both but maybe that's just us.

• Miron (9/5): Great spot in London - The apartment is great. It is quite spacious, clean and well equipped. We particularly like the washer/dryer which is pretty rare in European flats. Host was great with prompt and accurate communications. Access to public transport is good. You could walk 10-15 to a couple of tube stations or use bus+tube combo with bus at top of the street. Neighbourhood felt safe. Shopping is not too far away either. All in all, a great place to stay for 2-3 people

We booked a weekend getaway for my mom and sister’s birthdays, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The apartment was stunning — the decor was so beautiful and made the place feel super cozy. We had a lovely dinner together in the flat, and the atmosphere made it feel extra special. The location was amazing, close to everything we needed, yet still peaceful. Honestly, there wasn’t a single thing we didn’t like. The service was 10/10, and the hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating.

• Dongsook (3/5): Disturbed - Nice, established neighborhood. Fully furbished house. 1. [Uncomfortable bed] apparently, the single bed in the living room was sunken, caused back ache and my friend had to sleep on her sides. 2. [Late check-out notice] Check-out details including key drop request arrived in my mailbox at 10:08am,less than one hour prior to the listed check-out time, 11am. We had vacated the place by then, leaving the key on the dining table. Later, I discovered multiple disturbing texts and missed calls as though I were still in the house. The disturbing incident ruined a good half of that precious day in London. The caller blaned me for inconveniencing their cleaning lady with the keys. If there are no extra key to this place, I suggest check-out keydrop info be emailed well in advance! 3. [Policy violation] I learned the next day that the caller had rushed to report me to Booking.com for violation of their policy. Though the caller later withdrew the complaint instead thanking us for tidy, orderly stay and not forgetting to ask for a positive review, I am still seething, disturbed by the horrible memory. Booking.com also sent me an apology. 4. [Natural waste] Last but not least, prior to our stay, I received the caller's email where she succinctly asked us to ONLY flush natural waste into the toilet bowl, not even toilet paper! Only later did we learn that such request is not common for upscale London houses.
• Joe (10/5): It was a comfortable, easy and smooth stay - Spacious apartment close to Holland Park. Beautiful balcony for morning coffee. The apartment is tidy, very clean and well maintained. The host was wonderful and extremely helpful. Close to Olympia. Flexible checking. Great location next to High Street. Highly recommend!
