• Divya (10/5): Amazing - The location was perfect! Very close to the main attraction! The rooms are spacious too! Staff was super helpful, they communicate with us before our arrival and allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment earlier than our check in time. He even recommended some amazing restaurants to us! Very helpful and kind! Nothing I can think of!

• Bernardo Jafeth (10/5): Excelente ubicación y un apartamento muy amplio, ideal para familias numerosas. - Es un excelente lugar, muy espacioso para una familia muy numerosa, Anastasia quien es la persona que nos recibió fue muy profesional, muy responsable y nos apoyó con todo. Sin duda en otra ocasión si volvemos a Barcelona elegiremos esta opción por que sobre es muy buena por la calidad/precio que ofrece. La ducha de uno de los baños es muy pequeña.

• Sylwia (4/5): Skuszona pozytywnymi opiniami, zarezerwowałam. Z pewnością nie wrócę - Lokalizacja jest Ok. Blisko Sagrady i sklepów otwartych 24/h Obiekt był w słabym stanie, nie wygląda już jak na zdjęciach. Ściany są brudne, kanapa oraz stół też takie były. Na plus wyposażenie kuchni (szklanki, ekspres itd). Łazienki- podczas używania prysznica zalewało się całą łazienkę (drzwi nie były szczelne). Sam check in dość dziwny- pojawiła się dziewczyna nie wiadomo skąd, wpuściła nas do mieszkania a następnie spisała protokół i zażądała 30 euro za późne zameldowanie mimo, że ustalałam wcześniej o której pojawię się po klucze i nic nie zostało na ten temat wspomniane. Po mojej odmowie dania gotówki była zła i kilkukrotnie powtarzała że muszę zapłacić i że i tak za to zapłacę więc lepiej żebym zrobiła to teraz. Generalnie bardzo dziwna sytuacja.
• Stefan (7/5): Große Wohnung in guter Lage, die allerdings renovierungsbedürftig ist. - Vor allem die gute Lage in der Nähr der Sagrada Familia. Außerdem waren viele Schlafräume vorhanden, so daß jeder ein, wenn auch zwei sehr klein waren, Zimmer hatte. Dee Balkon und die Größe der Wohnung war sehr schön. Das Mobiliar war teilweise schon sehr abgenutzt. In der Küche war die Arbeitsplatte aufgequollen und stockig. Die Spülmaschine war defekt. Die Zimmer waren teilweise sehr klein, ebenso die Küche. In einem kleinen Schlafraum war der Wlan-Router. Die Duscharmaturen waren z. T. defekt. Grundsätzlich braucht die Wohnung eine Generalüberholung.

• yufan (9/5): 地点优越，距离5号地铁口步行5分钟。 - 公寓出门右边就是圣家堂，左边是有名的粉色医院，步行到圣家堂6分钟。公寓楼下有个巴基斯坦人开的24小时超市，生活方便。4个房间，可以入住6人，2个卫生间，但有一个卫生间很小。公寓晚上入住需要缴纳10-30欧的额外费用
• Elisa (6/5): Aspettative non rispettate - Appartamento nuovo (anche se con evidenti problematiche di mantenimento), posizione strategica a due passi dalla Sagrada Familia. Molto comodi i letti. Avevo alte aspettative da questo appartamento che purtroppo non sono state rispettate. Anzitutto, assurdo il fatto che è stata aggiunta una tassa di 10 euro poiché a causa di un ritardo dovuto al ritardo aereo, mezzi di trasporti e al traffico di Barcellona abbiamo chiesto di spostare il check-in di un'ora (dalle 13.15 alle 14.15), avendo comunque avuto la premura di avvisare del ritardo il prima possibile (mezz'ora prima dell'orario concordato). La ragazza che ci ha accolto durante il check-in non è stata particolarmente affabile e cordiale, inoltre non è riuscita ad indicarci/consigliarci locali in cui poter mangiare. Insomma, non una bella accoglienza. Le camere solo molto anguste e finestrate malamente. L'appartamento non è insonorizzato, infatti dalla strada si sentivano i rumori delle macchine e la musica. Ma la cosa peggiore, a parer mio, è che l'appartamento indica a disposizione degli ospiti un kit cortesia ( costituito da 1 SOLA saponetta per due bagni) e sole 3 bottigliette d'acqua, quando gli ospiti erano 6. Sarebbe meglio, non inserire tra i servizi offerti un qualcosa che alla fine non si garantisce a pieno. Il tavolo ha solo 4 sedie. L'appartamento è sicuramente vicino alla Sagrada, ma personalmente consiglierei di alloggiare in un'altra zona magari più comoda per raggiungere tutte le altre attrazioni (che sono distanti dalla sagrada).

• MADOKA (8/5): 滞在は良いが、金銭の取引に対しては不安要素がある。 - ロケーションは最高でした。 駅やサグラダファミリアから近く良かったです。また近くにスーパーや24時間営業のお店もありました。 部屋も清潔で、バスルームも広く、快適に過ごせました。 前日までに時間変更がある場合の連絡をしないと1時間毎に追加料金がかかります。 飛行機の遅延で連絡することができなかったのですが、追加料金がかかりました。 また、1ヶ月以上経ちますが、デポジットの取り消しがされていません。早急に取り消しをお願いします。

• Constanza (10/5): Excelente experiencia - Muy bien ubicado. Departamento muy amplio, perfecto para una familia. Limpio. Cocina bien equipada. El aire acondicionado y lavadora funcionaron perfecto. Se puede llegar en 10 minutos caminando a la Sagrada Familia. También hay una estación de metro muy cerca. Hay varios minimarket cerca, incluso un Mercadona a 2 cuadras. indispensable en verano. El lavavajilla no funcionaba bien, pero lo comenté al anfitrión y espero que lo solucionen pronto
• Louisa (9/5): Overall a great stay - The location was excellent, close to Metro, grocery stores and restaurants, and Sagrada Familia; communication was good for the most part, and the room was spacious, clean and well-equipped. Fit our group of six comfortably. We particularly appreciated having a clothes dryer. The air conditioning was weak/nonexistent in the bedrooms making it uncomfortable to sleep as we were there during a warm spell. Based on a previous review, we had asked in advance if the air conditioning issue had been resolved and we were assured it was. There were also no drapes in the smaller bedrooms and there were bright lights shining into two of the bedrooms all night.
• Jack (8/5): Very good - Apartment is good size for 5 of us. It was clean and well equipped. Close to metro stations and easy to get main attractions. Also close to a big supermarket and nice to have a balcony to sit and have a coffee. Wish the air conditioning could be a bit cooler, especially in the room next to the front door. Having said that, it wasn't hot but would be better if it was cooler.
• Anna (8/5): Very good - Spacious apartment, with good amenities. Lovely location, close to metro and views of sagrada familia just round the corner in a nice square. Beds were comfortable and lovely shower. We were delayed checking in, which after a long journey with 2 kids was not ideal. We selected our time of checking in when booking but doesn't seem the host saw or was aware of this. However it was not long and the person that met us was helpful. There is abit of noise that carries from street and businesses below (but you are in a city!)
• Amanda (10/5): Wonderful stay at a spacious apartment in a great location. - Spacious apartment in a perfect location!! My family of 5 was very comfortable in the apartment and loved that it was super close to the subway and just a 10 minute to Sagrada Família. Biggest shower we’ve ever had in Europe!! Made our first visit to Barcelona extra wonderful!
• Sasa (8/5): Very good - Property met our expectations. The location is excellent. Nice neighbourhood with lovely restaurants, bars, good supermarkets, public transportation available nearby the property, etc. Also, Sagrada Familia is max. 10 minutes walking distance far. The kitchen is good enough. All rooms are quiet, equipped with very comfortable bads. The host is friendly. We felt that our stay would have been even more pleasant if the property had been a bit better maintained. There is definitely room for improvement.
