- Ismail (1/5): Bad - It was the worst stay ever, becaues we couldn’t sleep at night thanks to the sounds of working machines above us , there was no water along 24 hours, we called the staff but there was no respond, and the elevator stopped working and we are living in the 10th floor and we used the stairs although the weather is horrible, the staff were not helpful at all! so we decided to move to another hotel although we still have 2 days available in this hotel but we couldn’t stay at all !
