• Christine (7/5): Schöne Lage, aber nicht zum lange bleiben - Schönes Zimmer mit Balkon direkt zum See und der Hauptstrasse mit viel Verkehr und Kinderspielplatz davor und Musik von links und rechts. PP direkt neben den Haus. Lärm pur, Musik von links und rechts, ev weil Weekend war. Die hier lebenden Hunde verfolgten meinen Hund. Viele Katzen. Nicht wirklich ideal für Hundebesitzer. Ebenso die steile Treppe zum Zimmer. Abfall überall in jeder Ecke.

• ZBIGNIEW (4/5): Nie jest to obiekt godny polecenia... - Ładna lokalizacja, bo vis a vis jeziora Szkodra przy deptaku i molo, z widokiem na góry! Parking w cenie przy hotelu. W pokoju wygodne łóżko, bardzo duży taras i czysta, nowoczesna łazienka. Przede wszystkim przez cały pobyt nie doczekałem się nikogo na recepcji!! Trudno się też było porozumieć z personelem gastronomii w restauracji na dole w jakimkolwiek języku! Za pobyt udało mi się zapłacić dopiero po wielokrotnych naleganiach nazajutrz, tuż przed wyjazdem, a i tak potrzebna mi faktura nie była przygotowana, więc na słowo honoru wyjechałem do Sarandy na drugi koniec Albanii i dopiero tam telefonicznie przysłano mi zdjęcie rachunku i po kilkukrotnych następnych prośbach, kolejne zdjęcie tegoż rachunku na maila, najpierw trzymanego w ręku, a w końcu zdjęcie tego rachunku położonego na stole!! Tak nie powinno być, lecz "z ręki do ręki" rachunek za zapłatę, powinien być wydrukowany natychmiast! Telwizor w pokoju kompletnie nie funkcjonuje, za to personel twierdzi że mam do dyspozycji you tube, więc po co ten sprzęt jest w pokoju?? Poza tym w pokoju nie ma wiele miejsca, tym bardziej dla 2 osób:( Odór w pokoju po przybyciu był tak nieprzyjemny, że musiałem kilka godzin wietrzyć pod nieobecność, aby było do zniesienia:( Na śniadanie nie było żadnego bufetu, lecz jedynie zestaw serwowany, bez masła, czy margaryny, zaledwie omlet, kilka plasterków salami i chyba koziego sera plus ogórek i pomidor. Na szczęście panie współpodróżujące oddały mi część swoich porcji, więc mogłem się najeść:(

Our room had a very spacious terrace with soft furnishings, which was very comfortable to sit on. The room itself was also spacious and nice. Breakfast was good. The entrance to the room was through a back corridor where restaurant goods were stored. The service was rather sluggish.

Curat, baie mică, dar cu ce trebuie, parcare păzită, restaurant cu mâncare ok (carnea putea fi un pic mai prăjită, credeam că sare ceafa din farfurie). Salata in schimb a fost excelenta, ceva de sezon, au ei ceva cu brânză cu mucegai, pepene și măr. Au și bere la restaurant. Nu-i wow, dar merită încercat.

• Johan (7/5): Er zijn in Albanië heel veel betere hotels met bovendien een betere kwaliteit/prijs verhouding. - Een groot terras voor de kamer met zicht op het meer. Dicht bij vele restaurants. We bleven 3 nachten. Geen ontbijtbuffet. Ontbijt werd klaar gemaakt : omelet, komkommer, tomaat, salami, kaas. Je had recht op een fruitsap en één koffie. Een tweede koffie was betalend!!! De derde ochtend vroeg ik of er wat variatie in het ontbijt mogelijk was. Ik kreeg het antwoord dat die vraag ook al aan de hotelmanager was gesteld en dat die het “te moeilijk” vond om dat te organiseren. Kamers : 1e kamer was niet opgeruimd toen we er de eerste dag aan kwamen. Als je er niet om vroeg, kwam er ook niemand om de badkamer te kuisen of propere handdoeken te leggen… Kortom, een hotel om op doortocht hoogstens 1 nacht te verblijven.

Sehr nettes Personal besonders Toni Das Hotel liegt super zentral und wir hatten auch einen guten Parkplatz Man konnte sich sein Frühstück nicht am Buffet selbst holen man bekam einen Teller fertig gestellt.

O ventilador da casa de banho está constantemente a fazer barulho. Não nos explicaram nada no check in, por exemplo, sobre como funciona o estacionamento ou o pequeno-almoço. No pequeno-almoço não se justifica esperar 30 minutos pela comida, o pão era seco e podiam servir alguma bebida a acompanhar.

• Oscar (3/5): No recomiendo este sitio para nada, no volvería - La habitación muy pequeña pero estaba reformada Se pusieron a utilizar el martillo pneumatico para hacer agujeros a las 07:30 horas de la mañana, teniendo en cuenta que es un hotel y la hora no me parece de buen gusto ya que se va a descansar. Esa mismo día nos encontramos una araña de 3x3x2 cm dentro de la habitación, por lo cual el aislamiento no es demasiado bueno si no quieren encontrarse mascotas a media noche. El extractor del baño estuvo toda la noche funcionando sin descanso, y aun que cerrases la puerta se oía bastante. En definitiva después de haber visitado muchos hoteles, este es de los peores que he visto, así que, no recomiendo la estancia. Busquen una alternativa

• Gerard (10/5): très bel endroit et très bel hôtel - un hôtel qui donne sur le lac dans une ville agréable (du moins en début de printemps) et vivante. une belle chambre avec une terrasse (aussi grande que la chambre), bains de soleil, fauteuils, table. le petit déjeuner est de qualité, jus d'oranges frais...et on peut le prendre au bord du lac. le restaurant de l'hôtel est très bien; l'un des meilleurs que nous ayons fréquenté au cours de notre périple de 3 semaines en Albanie des petits détails comme le support de papier toilette...absent mais cela ne change pas mon opinion sur l’hôtel

• Pat-Rick (10/5): - Ich fühlte mich als Gast von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Da ich mir Sorgen machte, das Bike draussen zu lassen hat mir der Vater umgehend einen Platz bei seinem Privathaus organisiert, wo ich das Bike mit gutem Gefühl über Nacht platzieren konnte...albanische Gastfreundschaft pur😃. Das Zimmer war eher klein, jedoch gemütlich, zweckmässig,sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Hotel hat im Erdgeschoss ein Restaurant mit Seeblick und Terasse. Die Küche ist ausgezeichnet und hat eine gute Auswahl an diversen Gerichten und Morgens ebenfalls ein leckeres Frühstück. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder hierherkommen. - alles bestens

We were also happy with the shower room and facilities, the shower was nice and powerful. Along with the wonderful room we enjoyed a meal in their restaurant, which served excellent food.

The cooked breakfast is very good. The check-in process seemed a bit off. 24 hours after our trip we received an email saying we hadn’t turned up despite spending two nights.

The room was very comfortable and he loved having the outdoor patio. We stayed here on our bike ride from Albania to Greece and it was very convenient. Everything was great!

• Angela (7/5): Prima voor een nacht op doorreis - Mooi uitzicht over het meer, met een groot balkon. De auto kon geparkeerd worden op een 'onverhard' terrein naast het hotel, welke in de avond dicht werd gedaan met een hekje. Het hotel ligt aan een gezellige boulevard straat. Als je op doorreis bent, is het prima om hier een nacht door te brengen. De boulevard is wel het enige fatsoenlijke deel, je zit toch best dicht bij de armoede van de bevolking. Het ontbijt was eigenlijk niet echt een optie. Ook zijn de kamers in de nacht volgens mij wel vanaf buiten direct te bereiken.

Byli jsme domluveni na snídani začínající v 7:00, když jsme přišli v 7:05 byl zde pouze jeden číšník a uklízečka, kteří si udělali kávu a nechali nás čekat. Po půl hodině čekání jsme odjeli. Pospíchali jsme na náš výlet. Pozor na to, že jejich hotel má jiný kurz pro euro...

• Zoltán (9/5): - A személyzet közvetlen és segítőkész. Éjfél után pàr perccel érkeztünk, amikor már bezárt a recepció, az utolsó munkatárs is hazafelé tartott már, de látva minket intézkedett és a legnagyobb természetességgel segített elfoglalni a szobánkat. Hálás köszönet érte!
