Вокруг масса ресторанов и кафе. Но не смотря на это, при закрытых окнах ,совсем не слышно шума. Многие достопримечательности находятся в пешей доступности.Хозяйка очень заботливая и внимательная. Она встретила нас,а потом мы были с нею на связи,и когда мы уезжали ,заказала для нас такси в аэропорт. Понравилось всё
• Haden (10/5): Stunning apartment in prime location - The Romulus is absolutely stunning. There is an instant WOW when you walk in. Everything was perfect, extremely clean and tidy and spacious. We are a family of four and having two bathrooms was sooo good. The host Darya went above and beyond and waited for us to arrive an hour later than expected. Darya kindly showed us everything in the apartment and provided us with a map and booklet with great suggestions of places to eat etc. There were also extra snacks there for us-which I can’t begin to explain how good that was after our delay as the kids were hangry and needed some food ASAP. All the appliances were top notch and all usable were supplied. Oh I forgot to mention the excellent location! Walking distance to major attractions with the beautiful Coliseum basically at the door! I can’t recommend this place enough! Nothing-seriously it was perfect.

• Gennifer (10/5): The Romulus is a luxurious apartment in the heart of Rome’s best attractions. - The location is ideal. We walked out each morning to a view of the Colosseum and Forum. It is quite surreal. We were an easy walk to most tourist attractions. The Colosseo Metro station is literally around the corner from the Romulus. We were within a 15-20 min stroll from the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Trastevere neighborhood and more. Taxis were easy to get in the area, and everything we wanted to do in the city that wasn’t an easy walk was a 10 Euro fare or less. It truly was the perfect central location for our stay. The Monti neighborhood was lively with so many good shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs, and gelaterias within the immediate area. The beds were comfortable. The showers were great with plenty of hot water. The Romulus is the perfect location for a vacation in Rome. Many thanks to our lovely host, Darya, who helped with recommendations, reservations and anything we needed.
• Lourdes (10/5): Exceptional place. Will book again. - Th AC was amazing and super cold. We are from Florida so cold AC is important. The place was big and the bed comfortable. Exceptional bathrooms and everything was perfect in the apartment. The dryer was not a dryer… the washer was great but the dryer was a dry line . So the clothes took days to dry.
• June (10/5): Fabulous home base for a visit to Rome! - The Romulus was a terrific base for our visit to Rome. Darya was communicative and helpful. We greatly appreciated the opportunity to leave our bags/check in early. The apartment itself was immaculate. It was tastefully decorated, with large rooms and bathrooms. It had everything we needed to make our stay in Rome comfortable. The air conditioning worked great, the showers were hot and strong, and the location was convenient for seeing the sites of Rome. We would definitely stay there again in the future. There was nothing not to like.

Very communicative making checking in and out, easy and convenient. Location was excellent, lots of restaurants and things to do nearby. Metro was close by. It was a little loud at night but that is too be expected in the center of a large city and didn't affect our sleep.
• Sian (10/5): Wonderful stay - Beautiful and spacious apartment with everything you could possibly need for a stay in Rome. It’s located a stones throw away from the colosseum and surrounded with plenty of beautiful streets, restaurants and bars. The apartment itself is clean and tastefully decorated, and we found the beds very comfortable. There were fresh towels, some toiletries, water, snacks and even a few aperol spritz left for us. Darya was extremely helpful and pleasant on our arrival to the apartment and even left a guide with recommendations for restaurants, bars etc in the area. We also tried the restaurant underneath the apartment which was extremely busy and always had a queue - we thought it was great. If you are a light sleeper, I would maybe recommend some earplugs as the apartment is located in a busy area which can be somewhat noisy at times. It didn’t bother my partner at all but it did wake me a few times.

Kitchen/Living with everything you could need and Darya so attentive and caring making sure we had everything we needed and were happy. Excellent overall and we would definitely use again when visiting Rome. Don't bother with the Italian restaurant at the bottom of the stairs. Gets 5 stars on Trip advisor but not sure how! Food overpriced, very average and staff not interested in customers. Go onto main street,over road to cafe on the left , wonderful !

Excellent communication with host who was very helpful including arranging taxi transfer to International Airport. TVs did not have access to streaming services and limited English speaking TV channels.

Nespresso coffee pods to get you started, tea, shampoo, laundry soap, dishwasher soap. a well-appointed kitchen for basic cooking at home including managing things like salt, pepper & olive oil. Two bathrooms with showers & linens. Elevator. The restaurant below is highly rated online and there is always a line to get a table. But it isn't noisy. Air conditioners worked well. Codes to get in the doors at the street and at the apartment so people can separate and not be tied to one key. We thought we'd take public transportation but found the taxis pleasant and accessible from Via Cavour near some gas pumps. It's not an official taxi stand but people are constantly dropping there so you can grab a taxi pretty easily & we had no problems. They were all pleasant, fair & grateful for a small tip. The host asked if we needed anything & I said no...but I should have asked for more toilet paper! We were there for a week!

• Danielle (10/5): Gorgoeous apt full of luxury and close to ALL - Apartment is amazing and renovated with all the latest comforts. Every inch of apt was super clean. Attention to detail was evident in everything from decor to toiletries provided. I have very sensitive skin and was able to use all the toiletries with no issues! Area was super convenient to metro and walking distance to most attractions. The nespresso maker and pods were so wonderful every morning. The AC worked wonderfully through hot summer days. Can’t begin to tell you how the BIG bathrooms with BIG showers were enjoyable after enduring tiny bathrooms in other cities. It has stairs and a small elevator to access apt. Stairs are an easy climb and elevator was always available. Hostess Darya was very helpful and pleasant and easily reached for any questions. She even helped arrange our taxi to airport. Not a big living area but we rarely needed it. Family chose to relax in bedrooms after long days walking.

Super convenient location— 2 mins you’ll see the colosseum and forums and also within walking distance to most other attractions. Two restaurants right at the corner are both fantastic. The host Darya was super helpful explaining everything and introducing a few restaurants to us. The apartment is spotless clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. We especially appreciated the effective AC during the heat wave and the washing machine with drying function. Will definitely recommend. Nothing. It’s perfect

• Black (10/5): This is absolutely the best apartment in which we stayed during our trip to Italy! - The apartment was amazing! It was better than a 5 star hotel! It was super clean and very nicely decorated; very modern. You will be blown away by the attention to detail in this apartment. The bathrooms are beautiful and the lighting everywhere was beautiful! There were motion sensor lights in the foyer and bathroom which helped if you had to get up in the middle of the night. The essential toiletries were provided (and even laundry detergent) and even slippers were provided! Our host (Darya) met us outside and walked us up to the apartment. She gave a thorough tour and explained everything to us (from using the air conditioning/heating, to all of the items provided in the kitchen, to the washer/dryer, to using the door codes). If it's hot when you're there, you will appreciate the air conditioner! Darya even delivered clean towels to us on our third day! She checked in with us occasionally to see if we needed anything and she always answered questions in a very timely manner. There was bottled water in the refrigerator, and wine and breakfast treats for us as welcome gifts! The location is right around the corner from the Colosseum! We only used the metro when we arrived in Rome to get from Roma Termini to the metro Colosseo stop. The apartment is a very short walk from the Colosseo stop. There is a nice restaurant below the apartment (be prepared to wait, but the line moves fast! We ate there 3 times!) We were able to walk to any location we wanted to visit. I highly recommend The Romulus!! If we are ever in Rome again, I will definitely stay here! I don't think there was anything that could've been any better! The host was very nice, the apartment was very clean, and the location was ideal!
