Personel bardzo pomocny od samego początku do samego niestety końca pobytu . Gorąco polecam spędziliśmy z rodziną tam najpiękniejsze chwilę i napewno tam wrócimy. Nie podobało mi się to że byliśmy tam 11 nocy i wciąż czuje ze było za krotko

• Maire (5/5): Passable - The apartment was nice and very modern.The beds and couch were good quality and comfortable. Never met anyone from letting agent until last day. No info. on restaurants or recommendations on local tourist activities provided. No change of bedlinen or towels during a 10 day stay. Apartment was on 14th floor and 2 of the 4 lifts were out of action for much our visit Bar at pool only opened intermittently so there were limited options for refreshments at the pool. There was no area at pool with wind shelter and many of the loungers were broken.

• Ana-maria (9/5): Superb - The apartment was spotless clean, bright and spacious, very well equipped with everything you need ( the big fridge/freezer was amazing) , a lot of storage and very close to restaurants & shops but quiet at night. We were on the 14th floor and the see view was lovely. The balcony was bigger than expected and there was a clothing hanger for drying clothes. A taxi was organised to take us to the airport when we left, which was nice. Make sure you allow enough time to get to the airport, the traffic is crazy from 3pm onwards, it took us 1.5 hrs to get there when it would normally take 30min. We were told......The check in regular hours are 3pm to 8pm so if you are checking in after these hours there is an surcharge ( 8pm to 10pm - €20, 10pm to 12am - €35 and 12am to 8am - €50) the reason being that someone needed to meet us and give us the key. We were notified of this only after we paid when we received a message on whatsapp from the organiser which we felt we should have known this before we booked. We thought a €50 surcharge was a bit too much (our flight was arriving at 2am). I mean is not our fault the flights are at these times right? it's not a bus so we can change and take an earlier one. Anyways, after a few messages exchanges it looks like they had a key box outside the apt door!! where they left the key for us and there was no more surcharge I am just curious why didn't they do this from the start?? The water from the air conditioning system was collected in water bottles on the balcony which were very often overflowing all over the balcony floor, we had to make sure bottles are emptied all the time. Pillow was as hard as a rock so i used the decorative pillow to sleep on. Water pressure in the shower on the 14th floor was quite poor.

• Richard (7/5): Generally very good with minor issues which we worked around to ensure we had a nice time - The location was excellent and there was a lovely view of the sea. The apartment was clean and spacious and suited our needs perfectly. The main bedroom air conditioner hardly worked (so it may need a service) - so I ended up buying a physical fan as otherwise the room would get too hot at night. The living room air conditioner worked well but unknown to us, the water accumulated in a makeshift water bottle on the terrace and we woke up on the third day with the terrace flooded with water where it had overflowed. The Oven knob symbols have completely worn away so we struggled finding the right setting to cook and ended up grilling and burning some chicken we had put in. The complimentary WIFI was intermittent and often dropped off entirely, especially in the mornings. We had to pay an extra 80 euro for parking at the apartment block. The literature could have made this clearer as we were only told we had to pay and how much after we had booked the apartment.

• Kirsty (8/5): Perfect for a quiet sunny getaway. I would go back & recommend to friends - Centre of the town, easy lift access including to the pool/cafe. Spacious for 3/4 adults. Plenty kitchen utensils, mugs, glasses etc. Bedding, towels, kitchen & bathrooms spotless on arrival, the full place was cleaned in a matter of hours after we left our luggage and I would go back if ever in Playa Paraiso again. The local bus was really easy to use, so cheap and handy but you will sit in traffic. Overall the apartment was perfect for a quiet getaway. Only downsides were that the balcony didn’t catch the sun until late afternoon, the pool closes at 6pm (May be seasonal!) and after check out there is nowhere to store your luggage within the apartment block. We happily sat a 2 minutes walk away in a cafe to wait on our taxi.

• Peter (9/5): Superb - Nice apartment and sea view. Bigger balcony than expected which was nice. Good with option for paid parking to ensure a space. Pool is not heated, which is too cold in winter season - but still nice pool area to relax though.
• Helen (9/5): Bedsrooms were comfy but mattress little hard - the apt was superb quiet clean and size . kitchen was very well equipped. little minus was that t v channels had no english programmes or news. the little hut cafe was very nice for tapas and cocktails mid day and evenings. missed having no toilet in the foyer/reception area. apart from that we enjoyed nice walks to nearby beaches the streets have an incline when walking to beach and shopping centres but has made me fitter

• Mariana (9/5): Super relaxing stay in lovely area. - The cleanliness of the apartment, the views and the area. The pool area was really lovely and not too busy . We had a super break. Our host Francesca was so kind and lovely. She gave us great advice as to where to go and things to do... That the pool officially closed at 6pm during the autumn months.
