- Gordeeva (10/5): - Нам понравилось доброжелательное отношение сотрудников, идеальная чистота. Оперативно решали все вопросы. Свежий ремонт, хороший санузел. Комфортная широкая кровать, матрас, подушки и пр. Вид из окна на красивую площадь. Увы, отель находится на 4-ом этаже, для молодых подходит, но пожилым людям подниматься тяжко, но не критично. Привлекательная цена, комфорт и расположение компенсируют этот маленький недостаток.

- Yeva (8/5): Good value for money with a few reservations. - The location is perfect. The rooms are freshly renovated and clean. The view from the window is amazing. The manager is always ready to help. Everything was good but good to know before booking that: The shower cabin doors are so narrow it would be almost impossible for a plus size person to use. The breakfast setting was also a bit complicated for our group. There's no breakfast area at the hotel so you need to choose your breakfast and the management brings it to your room next morning. The staff wasn't speaking English The reception is a small booth outside the main building.

- Agajan Sahedov (10/5): - The location is really nice place in the city centre and close to everywhere in the city. Room was clean and well equipped. All room staff was working properly. The administrator was not on place and we waited around 10 mins. Only way was to contact the administrator was phone call but as a tourist, we may not have Armenian SIM.

- Boris (6/5): Overall, the stay was acceptable, but we had to pay extra to move from a room that smelled of smoke. - The location was convenient for our family, and having three rooms helped us stay together. Staff responded when we reported the issue with one room. One of the rooms smelled of smoke. When we asked to change rooms, we were told we could move only if we paid extra because the available room was larger, even though the change was requested due to the smoke smell.

- Mathys (10/5): Very enjoyable, worth the money - The location was perfect. There were shops, restaurants and pharmacies right under it. The staff was super friendly and was able to accomodate all of my requests and help me with everything I needed. Unfortunately my room did not have a window, but there was some nice scenery wallpaper, so I didn't feel completely shut off

На час задержали заселение, номер не был готов, душевая кабина протекала, это создавало некоторые сложности. Горячая вода шла не сразу, нужно было подождать. Вход в гостиницу не очень удобный, но без тяжелых чемоданов ок.

- Bembik (8/5): - Все супер, ребята помогли хранить багаж после выселения, номер чистый и уютный. Все что нужно есть, даже тапочки. Можно заказать завтрак, но надо сразу видимо сообщать, если поздно то кухня не принимает заказ. Нет лифта, это немного не радует. Тем кто с багажом не понравится тащить его вверх по лестницам. Но отель в старом фонде, там видимо лифт и не предусмотрен, хотя и сам новый и современный И еще чтото нужно сделать с подушками, они очень плотные. Людям с проблемами с шеей невозможно спать на них, приходится обходиться подручными средствами. Это может быть проблемой для постояльца
- Thamer (10/5): Very modern hotel in the heart of Gyumri - I surprised with this hotel , it is more than excellent hotel , very clean , very modern , very tidy every detail is wonderful, for example the bathroom is 5 stars , the room has an AC and a fridge , the location is on the famous place in Gyumri ( in the heart near every thing) the man in the reception is very kind he helps me to carry my bag because the hotel is in 3rd floor, also the bank card can't read the card so he told me you can pay cash any time when you get the money from any ATM , finally it's a unique hotel you love to stay.thank you Nothing , maybe the only thing that it's on 3rd floor but it's not a big proplem.

- Marco (9/5): Convenient central position - Close to the main square. Clean basic room with no issues. The shower was a little bit clogged, but nothing major.
- Carine (8/5): Good room & location, but staff should be more detail-oriented - This was a great hotel in the city center. Location can't be beat Room was very large & comfy, very sunny too. It did get a little hot tho, as the afternoon sun beats in. Great bathroom and shower. Everything was fine, but they got our breakfast very wrong. They gave us the wrong order (there are 2 options to pick from), which was not major. The big problem came from the fact that I asked that one of our breakfasts be vegetarian. They put meat on one of the dishes, which we assumed was the meat omelet. Instead, they put meat in the other omelet, which I realized too late. Having not eaten meat in over 10+ years, this ruined the rest of our trip, as I was quite sick

Breakfast is served at room, BUT never before 9.30 AM !!! Very disapointing if you wish explore city and surroundings early. Recommend book WITHOUT breakfast, and take it in any of cafés near.

When we arrived at the hotel they asked us to cancel our booking on booking.com to avoid booking taxes. We didn't cancel it. 2. The next morning when we wanted to check out after 09:00 AM there was no one from the management and the doors were locked. I called the phone number several times but no one answered. Then after an hour or two they came and said that 09:00 AM is not their working time. 3. When checking out they said that we need to pay a fine of 5000 AMD because we used towels in the room and it is not allowed (too funny). We didn't pay and they said that they will try to wash the towels and if they are not cleaner they will contact us.

- Titouan (6/5): Quirky, but central - The Chief Hotel in Gyumri boasted an excellent central location right in the heart of the city, allowing guests easy access to the main attractions and amenities. As a brand new property, the hotel was spotlessly clean and well-equipped with all the basic commodities travelers would expect, from in-room furnishings to essential appliances. However, the hotel did present some challenges for guests. It was quite difficult to find, and the room was located on the third floor of the building. Additionally, I had an issue with a leak from the ceiling in the bathroom, which was particularly concerning given its proximity to the electrical lamp.

- Ros (8/5): Value for money with all you need for a short stay at the heart of the city - Location was great just on the main square. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom well equipped, sparkling clean. A good night light under the bed. Great value for money. Access round the back was a little hard to find and climb up three flights of stairs quite a challenge. Room had no windows which did mean it was quiet but it felt a bit boxlike and enclosed.

- Nadya (10/5): My stay was delightful and the hotel served as a perfect base for exploring the city! - The hotel is situated right in the city's central square. The standout feature is undoubtedly its excellent location, making it easy to explore the city center. The rooms have been newly refurbished, offering pristine cleanliness, modern comforts like air conditioning, a fridge, and free WiFi. The bed was incredibly comfortable which guaranteed a good night's sleep, and it was nice to have little extras like toiletries, slippers, a tea kettle, and complimentary water. The staff were friendly and accommodating, adding to the overall positive experience. There are a few things to bear in mind: the hotel is on the third floor without an elevator, so it might be challenging if you're traveling with heavy luggage. Also, there was a quirky issue where the light flickered when I tried to use the socket next to the bed to charge my phone. Additionally, I noticed that the shower takes about 5 minutes before the water warms up, but this wasn't much of an inconvenience, especially with the summer heat. Another point to consider is that there's loud music from the restaurant below until quite late in the evening. It wasn't a problem for me, but if you're traveling with small children, it might be something to be aware of.
