Inbouw Magnetron stond gewoon op het aanrecht i.v.m. een defect van het stopcontact in de inbouwkast. Div. stopcontacten waren niet werkzaam. Koekepannen waren niet bruikbaar. Hierdoor een nieuwe koekenpan moeten kopen. Bij het poolbiljard ontbraken 2 ballen en 4 keus waren onbruikbaar (opmerking: Dit is 2 dagen na melding netjes hersteld) Communicatie gaat via meerdere lijnen waardoor de verwerkingstijd redelijk traag gaat.

• Dana (8/5): Estancia genial - Estuvimos muy a gusto. Viajamos dos familias con niños y estuvieron genial. Casa espaciosa con billard, mesa de ping pong, piscina climatizada. Tal como se ve en las fotos. Urbanización muy tranquila. Algo apartado del centro de Playa Blanca. Pero con coche todo lo necesario a 5 min. Nos faltaron un par de toallas y nos las trajeron enseguida. Hubiera estado bien tener un kit de limpieza para el primer dia al menos. Limpieza en general podría estar algo mejor.

• Jon (7/5): Overall a decent place, but not at the price we paid - Lots of space Outdoor areas lovely Air con in each room Pool table missing balls, only one queue no chalk Table tennis table has seen better days Not enough utensils House leaks inside during heavy rain as drains are blocked outside Request for help lead to a ticket issued on email but no action (except for the leak, which they double timed it over to us, as that one put their asset at risk and was not just a moan about lack of utensils or broken toaster was the impression i got) The ‘host’ is a corporation not an personal owner like other villas so there is no personal touches, only get the very minimal hand soap and one loo roll each toilet to start The pool or hot tub were not cleaned during our stay

• Maria (9/5): Beautiful villa & immaculately presented - Villa was beautifully decorated, light, airy and immaculately clean. Pool was amazing & the jacuzzi made the trip Directions could have included the house "number" for the villa which would have helped with transportation directions. The kitchen could have been more equipped & a welcome pack would have been nice, even if chargeable. We do like to help keep the villa clean but no supplies were left.

• Danielle (8/5): Spacious villa with good outdoor spaces. - Our multi generational group of 6 enjoyed 1 week at Villa Saona. The Villa is well laid out and spacious and we made use of the different indoor and outdoor spaces. The Villa was clean and looked as shown online, which is always a relief. There’s a lovely covered bbq area which was a great place to get some shade in the afternoons and we loved the table tennis and pool tables, and they were a fun highlight of the week. It was great to have the air conditioning in the bedrooms. The pool is small but adequate and there are ample sun loungers and seating options. We felt that it was a good location in order to get the space a Villa offers, but being able to access restaurants etc. The taxi rank is on a nearby street and you can also walk to the restaurants, bars and shops in around 30mins. Also there’s a small shop 5 minutes walk from the Villa which is open 10am to 6pm daily and one another 5 minutes up the road which is open until 9pm. So great when you need a couple of things. When we booked we were glad to see ‘heated pool’ listed, however we only found out a few weeks before our holiday that this was an additional cost of €175. This should be clearly listed as an additional cost prior to booking. The towels were not great (especially when the Villa itself is so nice) and they smelled like they hadn’t been dried properly. There was one bath towel, hand towel and pool towel per person, and no others in the Villa. A couple of spares would have been appreciated. The travel company who managed the booking were reluctant to share the Villa number, even when we called from Lanzarote airport as our airport transfer wanted to know before setting off. The lady we spoke to just kept telling us to use the GPS and questioned why we needed this. It took quite a lot of convincing but in the end she told us extremely reluctantly. It was very odd, as knowing the Villa number makes it much easier to find. We had a great week and we enjoyed the space but having experienced rentals with welcome packs or even just 1 dishwasher tablet to get you started, it felt a little mean spirited. We had to buy cleaning sponges etc. as nothing is provided, not even hand soap in the bathrooms. So, small details on an overall positive experience.

• hector (9/5): Casa 10/10 . Limpieza 8/10 - La casa en sí estaba muy bien, decoración perfecta y para nuestros hijos adolescentes genial el pin pong y mesa de billar. Algún plato sucio, no tener un minino de productos como lavavajillas o gel en los baños .
• Noreen (7/5): Relaxing holiday in lovely Villa - Good size for 8 people. Lovely outside eating area by hot tub. Nice pool area. Comfortable beds Lacks utensils. There were 8 of us in the villa of which 6 were adults yet only 2 wine glasses. The villa could do with extra plates, drinking glasses and wine glasses and also should be plastic glasses for outside area. Also could do with pegs for washing line. Only 5 pegs in the villa. Finally outside lighting needs to be fixed especially by the seating area near hot tub as very poorly lit. It would also help greatly if a key was provided to the silver gate which accesses the wasteland to the left as it serves as a short cut down to the beach but was only open once during our stay.
• Helen (9/5): Excellent villa, huge, would definitely use again just a few little niggles. - Loads of space, loved the hot tub as well as the pool. Asked if we could check in early, told not possible as cleaners needed sufficient time to ensure place ready for 4pm (fair enough), arrived at 4.30pm with car full of shopping, cleaners still there, told us they’d be 20min, it was 5.20pm before they finished (we were allowed to put the shopping in the villa). We played pool the first night, once the balls had been potted once they wouldn’t come out. Messaged daily for three days, first two days were told they’d get back to us, never replied on the third message so we never got to use the pool table again- disappointing as we had teenagers with us who were keen to play, also wondered what would have happened if we had other issues- would they have been ignored too. No toiletries provided - with 3 full bathrooms that’s a lot of handwashing/shampoo etc to take or buy there.

• Elizabeth (9/5): They were great at coming to fix the kitchen when there was a leak we really enjoyed our stay and would book again - Better than it looks in the photos, great space to relax Just needed some basics to make for comfortable living - user manual for hot tub. Salt, pepper washing up liquid the basic amenities.
• Jade (7/5): Good - The size of the villa was great and it was clean. Instructions on how to use the safe, alarm, tv and some Info on the local area would have been handy.
• Magdalena (9/5): Very nice villa - Villa is large, very spacious. We really enjoyed our time there. Pool, hot tub, grill exactly what we expected after seeing pictures. The place was clean with plenty towels and they brought bedding for baby cot just after we arrived. Would recommend and come back again. Just little issues, nothing big (e.g. one light bulb needed changing or billiard cue tips and chalk missing) already let the owners know so hopefully it will be fixed for next guests.
• Gary (10/5): A great stay - The house was lovely.It was very spacious and clean. We loved the pool and all the seating options. The jacuzzi was great as well. The barbq area was brilliant. The location was good. The dishwasher needs a sorting out. It would have been better if some cleaning articles had been provided.
• Debra (9/5): Superb - This is a beautifully presented, modern villa and is fully equipped for 8. There are a number of seating areas that accommodate 8 people for dining and relaxing. 8 loungers by the pool, which was clean and a usable temperature, even in February. Excellent facilities, clean and comfortable. Very spacious, high standard accommodation. Peaceful location and despite there being surrounding villas. Was designed to minimise being overlooked. The villa is in a walled community and there is a gate I the wall just to the side of the villa. We were unable to use the gate as we did not have a key. I did try to contact the owner regarding this and was promised a call back which did not happen. This key would have reduced walking time to the beach or town by around 10/15 minutes and been helpful considering one of our party is 81 years old. This is a "would be better if' observstion, not a complaint. We loved this villa and would not hesitate to stay again.

• Lesley (4/5): Not worth the money will not book with this company again. - Location Blood stains on pillows. Blood stains on mattress covers. No instructions at the villa. Had to google how to use the safe, oven, microwave. Not enough cups glasses or forks or even towels. Had to go out and buy cleaning products to get the villa up to standard. Mushroom spores in downstairs a/c unit, had to clean these out ourselves. Pool shower encrusted with limescale. Pool dirty. Hot tub leaked and had no steps to access it for those with limited mobility. Very lacklustre response from host and management company, they had very little interest in fixing these issues.

Very spacious villa and 4 big bedrooms. Loved the pool table and table tennis table as we had 2 teenagers with us. Barbecue was also fab and lovely big pool We had an issue with the drains in downstairs toilet as when we ran the shower the water came up through the bath with a foul smell. But after a couple days of messaging back and forward they came and sorted it. The pool and hot tub get dirty quickly due to the sand etc in the air so a couple of cleans during the stay would have been better rather than just one

• Stuart (9/5): Great villa, just needs a little bit more to be perfect. - Lovely spacious villa with great amineties. The address should state No. 36 vista lobos as it's hard to find otherwise. There should be some more cleaning facilities and toilet roll on hand when arriving. The Jacuzzi jets did not work on the hot tub.
• Andrea (8/5): Big villa, great facilities - Very spacious, great heated pool and hot tub. Walking distance to town. Villa number wasn't on arrival instructions.
• Stuart (10/5): A fantastic property in a good location for both sides of playa Blanca . - Outside Area/ pool was fab . Villa was spacious and styled well . Comfy Beds and a lovely warm pool. An instruction manual for the safe and appliances would be useful . On the directions that we received for the villa , the number would have been useful as we walked around for a while trying to locate it. There are quite a few villas on the complex all numbered and the sign at the entrance has the layout and location/ house number of them all. This villa is 36 for future guests.
