- Maria (10/5): Having the entire apartment was a luxury! Eva was an exceptional host and we felt well taken care of during our stay at - Great location, spacious, clean, well equipped, accessible host Nothing to complaint about.
- Armin26 (10/5): - Very beautiful apartment on the Camino portugueś. Perfectly clean, very comfortable beds and perfectly equipped kitchen. And the highlight is that basic items for breakfast are included. Nothing to complain about.
- Rebecca (10/5): - It felt like home away from home. It was just those little added things, Camiño bits all over. The best place we stayed all Camiño 😊
- Koch (10/5): -
- Laura (9/5): Wonderful home, would be great excellent for a family, near but not on the Camino. - Very comfortable, lots of space, convenient to pharmacy and grocery. Away from the Camino just a bit, restaurant not serving food when we wanted.

- Shelley (10/5): Spacious and comfortable - This is a charming family home right on the Camino trail. As we'd been walking for five weeks from Lisbon, we were very happy to break up the last stretch from Padron to Santiago. This place had everything we needed for a very comfortable night's stay. We were able to cook our own dinner in the well equipped kitchen. There was plenty of hot water, and it was spotlessly clean. We loved the homely decor and personal touches. It had beautiful views to the west from the bedroom windows. The owner was very helpful and communicated well. There was also good wifi and a stamp for our credentials.
- Karen (7/5): Spacious traditional home. - Very nice host that communicated rapidly and well. One of the bathrooms is not functioning and needs repair.
- Alena (10/5): Best stay on Camino! - - many rooms
- bathtub!!
- each to checkin and check out
- kitchen!! All perfect
- Debra (10/5): Very reasonably priced. Eva (contact) was a very helpful! - Lots of room, wonderful, large kitchen. Had to continue to pour water in blue toilet so it would flush.

- Karen (10/5): - Beautiful property with comfy beds and Aa wash machine. Also was close to a grocery store which was great. Nothing
- László (10/5): - Nagyon kellemes családias hangulatú apartman mindennel felszerelve! Úgy éreztem magam mint otthon! Köszönjük Éva! Bármikor visszatérnénk!
- Adam (10/5): A perfect paradise in Teo. - The accommodation was brilliant! We wanted to break up the Camino, and this was the perfect spot. It was very clean, very comfortable, very spacious, well resourced, and the host (Eva) was amazing (even dropped off coffee without us asking because it had run out). Close to the Camino trail, close to a restaurant, close to supermarket in the event you want to cook. Very accepting of luggage transfers. Would stay again if repeating the Camino! Nothing!
- Ruairi (10/5): - A lovely spacious and comfortable apartment in a perfect location just off the Camino. Easy check in and check out and an absolute bargain for the overnight rate for the facilities on order. Great place to stay. Would also recommend the Cafe Bar Raña nearby for its food, beverages and friendly welcoming staff.
- Laureen (10/5): - Charming house, right on the route of the Camino. Eva is very communicative and kind!
- Suzanne (10/5): -
- Greg (10/5): Eva always tales good care of us. This was our second visit! -
- Kaylene (9/5): - Great place to stay half way between Ppdron and Santiago on the Camino. Plenty of space for a group of friends. It actually has 2 bathrooms, which was a pleasant surprise. Close to small supermarket. Be aware this closes at 2.30 on Wednesdays. It's on a main road, which is very noisy until about 11pm. After that it was fine.
- SUZETTE (9/5): -
- Jorge (9/5): -
- Suellen (5/5): Hostel like stay but booked as a regular lodging! - Not much On a very busy noisy Main Street, no hand towels in bathroom, coffee machine was not working properly, no bread knife, had to pay 4E for wash machine(is this a hostel lodging??—keys were in every room to lock door), outlet plug in first bedroom made lights go out in the room, over bed reading light in second bedroom did not work(battery?),beds hard, toilet flush mechanism in blue bathroom very loose, no toilet paper holder in bathrooms. Would not rent this place again. Old and not updated.
- Katia (10/5): Casa curata e pulita - La casa è spaziosa e molto pulita.
- Anwar (10/5): Great place - Very clean
- Russell (9/5): - Spacious apartment. Lots of windows for airflow in the summer. Close to a couple restaurants. Eva was great to communicate with.
- Juan Manuel (9/5): -
- Maira (8/5): Great option if splitting the last day Camino Padrón to Santiago - Casa Aurora has a prime location for those on the Camino who want to split the last day on to Santiago from Padrón. It has a washing AND dryer for 4 Euros that's a wonderful option. Spacious, airy, quiet, clean, homey, just a great place to stay if on the Camino. Supermarket, pharmacy nearby. Owners communicate very well and expeditiously. Across the house is a well supplied gas station. Two bathrooms, three very comfortable bedrooms, great value!!🌿 Not a lot of options relatively nearby for restaurants, maybe at 400 meters. We bought some basic cooking items at the gast station.
- Michael (10/5): Lovely and comfortable casa for pergrinos on Camino. - Having the whole house to ourselves. And the patio where we could sip wine Nothing. It was all good.
- Wendy (9/5): A nice stay close to Santiago. - Very clean and comfortable. Nice to have windows open and fresh air with views of the countryside from the back. Communication was great. Proximity to Santiago was great (7.5 miles to walk the next day). It’s in an area where there aren’t many pilgrim-friendly services. Grocery had very limited supplies. The decor is dated (the toilet is blue! Ha!) but everything was clean.
- David (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful spot to stay, wonderful apartment
- Carolyn (8/5): Large house in Teo - We liked the proximity to the Camino and convenience store (gas station) across the road. The house was very clean, beds comfy, good shower, etc. It was very dark in the kitchen and hard to see the oven dials. We had to use our phone flashlight to see.
There is a lot of road noise on the kitchen side of the house.
- Simon (8/5): Very good - It’s a gorgeous property There’s not much around - a couple of cafes and a petrol station
- Daniel (8/5): Great, very close to the camino. Great recommendation for resturant. - It was very close to the Camino. It was very close to the restaurant that grew its own beef. No hand towels.
- Amy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good -
- Julie (9/5): Close to Camiño and lots of room for stay - Very comfortable beautiful flat, it has all the kitchen equipment for longer stays, all was very clean and comfortable I did not like the 9:00 am checkout time, and the additional cost of 4 euros to do laundry
- Lee (8/5): Very good - Well equipped and spacious apartment. Excellent communication and directions from host..100 metres from Camino route Right on the main road so the lounge and kitchen are a bit noisy . Not a major issue and bedrooms all on the quiet side of the house
- Stuart (10/5): Great place on Camino - We liked the decorations and layout. Even though it’s right on the main road, bedrooms are quiet at the back. Lots of space and great hosts. Roomy kitchen with excellent counter space. Super close to Camino (2 mins). Note the neighboring supermarkets close early Saturday and are closed Sunday. It’s 3 km walk on busy road to a large excellent supermarket with a great selection. Nothing
- Tracy (8/5): Perfect stop before last Camino stage - A nice overnight on the way to Santiago! Comfortable beds and warm shower, our host graciously provided coffee! The place felt a little cold, and uninviting? Right on the main road, but bedrooms quiet and most comfortable.
- Ana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kimberly (6/5): Big three bedroom house with all amenities - Good location, lots of space, big kitchen with all necessary equipment, bottle of water in fridge on arrival was much appreciated! We had no electricity when we arrived and didn’t return until 3:30 am. While we understood the problem was widespread we didn’t know this until following day. Would have appreciated the host checking in on us, and even when power was restored they were not responsive.
- Jenny (10/5): Exceptional - Eva's and Aurora's house was the perfect place to stay for our last night on the Portuguese Camino, with about 10-12km to go until Santiago. The apartment is spotless and beautifully decorated with a lot of personal touches. It is conveniently located across from a 24-hour gas station store, two blocks from a grocery store with everything you need, and across the street from a pharmacy. It has much better access to all these things than the only albergue in town, which is a 10 minute walk. (Pro tip: get some good oranges from the grocery store and make freshly squeezed orange juice in the machine provided in the kitchen!) Thanks for a great stay.
- Lori (10/5): Exceptional - We loved our stay in Casa Aurora. The washer and dryer were a definite plus.
- Jose (2/5): Very poor - We stopped at this house on our way to finish El Camino. After a couple of days, I received a call that they were missing a "blanket," implying we took it, outrageous... how are we going to take a blanket meaning more weight and on a sunny day of spring through el Camino to Santiago where we had another stay at a Hotel. In 10 days, this was the only property with such awful behaviour. Horrible management from the staff.
- Joanne (8/5): Very good -
- Duncan (10/5): We were walking the Camino great location would highly recommend - Everything Nothing
- Tayla (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, beautiful house, plenty of room and very clean
- Steven (10/5): Great stay. Comfortable clean home with all the amenities - Convenient location and furnished nicely. Able to do a load of laundry and have make some breakfast before heading on our way. Power went out twice during our visit. Was told it happened before but men unable to locate problem. Tripped main circuit breaker but we turned it back on.
- Brodie (10/5): Full house, washer and dryer bonus! - Close to Camino, made last day a pleasant 2.5-3.5 hours into SdC, about 12km going by the markers. The Casa Aurora is a complete house with 3 bedrooms, full kitchen, washer/dryer (€4 great deal) and 2 bathrooms, separate lounge. I arrived later in afternoon so I missed the restaurant which closed at 5:30 but I bought some pasta and sauce at store and had a glass of wine at the bar. Great spot to be closer to finish line if you are coming from Padron (I came from Spiritual Way boat, so very early day and long walk after boat, but was happy next day to have short walk to cathedral)
- Ed (10/5): Exceptional -
- Janice (9/5): Superb - Clean and comfortable. Host was very responsive, helpful and easy to communicate with. -
- Wendy (9/5): Superb - Host was very helpful and available, great location: 1 block off the Camino and close to a great cafe and small grocery store. Lots of room for hanging around in some bad weather.
- Nancy (10/5): Great night sleep. - The apartment was easy to find and access. Good size and clean. The beds were very comfortable. We loved having access to both washers and Dryer. Easy access from Camino and you did not need to back track to get back on. Market and restaurants were very close.
- Cynthia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mason (10/5): Exceptional - The property was a home away from home. It was a welcoming and cozy rest from a long day on the Camino. The host was very thoughtful and attentive!
- Rebecca (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful, spacious, well maintained apartment. Loved having a washer and dryer. Perfect stop for a Pilgrim on the Camino. So convenient to the Camino and a grocery store. A stop at the Longa Cafe Bar is a must. Wonderful, helpful hosts. Everything worked perfectly. No problems at all.
- Jade (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely to have so much space while walking the Camino. It's just off the Camino track. About a 3 hour walk from Padron without stopping. I walked from Caldas de Reis, probably would recommend breaking up the trip because it was a huge day. Loved being able to wash clothes. Bed was comfortable. Road noise but that didn't bother me. My mum was able to get in earlier for check in and they accepted baggage transfers.
Overall amazing stop and only 12km to Santiago now. Nothing
- Francisco (9/5): Great stay in a Galician house before Santiago! - Right next to the Camino making it a great stop before reaching Santiago. The decor and house is very Galician, really enjoyed the stay. It can be a little noisy with the main road but all bedrooms ara t the rear so no issue to sleep at all!
- Patricia (10/5): Exceptional - Kitchen facilities with some basics like oil and salt and the washing machine. Host was very accommodating to our arrival time.
- Ying-hsang (10/5): A very nice holiday home close to Santiago - Very friendly and helpful host, Eva who has provided much useful information before arrival. The apartment is well decorated and has a well equipped kitchen, which makes us feel like home. The rooms are quiet, even though it's located next to a main road. It's also sparklingly clean. We left a few items in the apartment, and Eva has kindly helped us locate them. Very much appreciated! None.
- Lucie (10/5): Exceptional - This was the best choice we could have made! The house was clean, huge, beds comfortable, in the kitchen was everything we needed and even more. And the best of best was Eva the owner. The care she took to make sure we are comfortable and have everything was outstanding. Thank you again!
- Christopher (9/5): Superb - Clean. Excellent facilities. Groceries just across the road.
- Sharon (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pamela (10/5): Relaxing, comfortable a real joy to stay there. - Beautiful apartment! Host was so kind! Spent the night here before finishing the Camino de Santiago which was a short walk away. It’s on a busy street but you’ll forget about the street once you see the apartment. All good!
- Rita (10/5): Spacious, clean and centrally located on the Padron to Santiago stage. - Centrally located on the Camino stage from Padron to Santiago - nice way to break up a long stage. I booked for 1 person and the host made it easy to add 2 Pilgrim friends. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were a luxury at this point in our walk. Very clean and spacious. Nice balcony with small table and 2 chairs (more chairs could be added). Gas station across the street had all the supplies we needed, including wine (supermarket was closed). Beautiful sunset from the bedroom side. As already state by others - the flat (and balcony) is located on a semi busy road, but the bedrooms are in back and no noise there.
- Laura (10/5): This was our last night before reaching Santiago and it couldn’t have been nicer. - The master bedroom has large windows that open to a gorgeous view of the countryside and sunset; the bed was the best yet in my camino since Porto; the kitchen is equipped with everything one might need- take advantage and make yourself a home-cooked meal; every room had personal touches; comfortable living room; washer-dryer available. nothing
- Karla (10/5): Love the apartment -
- Therese (8/5): Perfect for a night when on Camino. We cooked a simple dinner from supplies at the nearby supermarket which opens late. - Exceptional value for one night for four people. Front rooms were affected by traffic noise but bedrooms at the back.
- Jillian (9/5): Superb -
- Trinca (8/5): Very good - This is a very well equipped large apartment perfect for a group. You may need to dig out the heaters in room off the kitchen to warm each room you use Location is on main highway with constant traffic. If you have no car you will need to cook for yourself getting supplies at mini market in service station across the road. There is a bar nearby but it doesn't serve tapas or meals.
- Margaret (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marina (10/5): Exceptional - hospitality, details, heating in every room, everyrthing was extremly clean and convinient
- Yuraima (9/5): Green house gem perfect stop before Santiago. - The house is lovely back portion of the house has view to the mountains. Just across of the street is a gas station. Perfect to pick up some necessities. Home is maintained clean with washer dryer if needed with full kitchen good water pressure and very hot. Additionally, you’re a couple of minutes to one of the best restaurants I ate during the whole trip. This home is the perfect location to stop the night before going to Santiago. I would however let you know that you will only have small portable heaters and it may be a bit chilly during the winter months, but definitely perfect for spring summer and autumn.
