The host was always quick to reply, very easy to communicate with, and even gave us some great recommendations. Instructions were clear, and everything went smoothly. Would definitely recommend!

• Michelle (8/5): The apartment is beautiful the area just lets it down a little but i would definatley recommend the apartment and the ow - Really spotlessly clean. Check in was easy and great communications. Beds were really comfy and bathroom was large and well equipped. The smart tv is excellent and plenty of storage space. The double glazing helped to keep some noise out. No noise from other rooms at all. Plenty of towels and bedding. Owner filled the little fridge with fresh water for us and provided soap gel. The street outside was really busy and noisy. There was no cups/mugs for tea/coffee just a kettle. The area outside is not great its quite dirty with a lot of trash everywhere but this is not relevant to the accommodation. Its a little bit out of the way of central area and train station. The apartment is up 2 sets of stairs and no lift
• Nick (9/5): A very pleasant stay in a modern, clean and comfy place near a bus stop not far from the city centre - We found the place no problem, it is well described and marked. I must really point out the approach of the host who contacted me on WhatsApp and in his first message gave me some recommendations for Napoli. After that he gladly replied to my further questions. He also offered two options of paying the city tax - cash or Revolut/Paypal which is very convenient. Next time I'm in Napoli I'll be looking for this accommodation option. I have nothing to mention.

• Ana (9/5): Good place to stay in Napole - Comfortable room and well located. The host was really helpful and take good care of the place. Location is a plus as you can get public transport with only 15 minutes walk from the apartment. The airport is closed, about 15 minutes by taxi. The shower drain was not working properly. A little bit annoyed.

• Stephen (10/5): Enjoyable experience in a good location with great access to the city. - Very comfortable and clean. Easy to access and good value for money. The bed beside bathroom didn’t have a proper pillow but it was fine anyways!!

• Katarzyna (6/5): Pleasant - Very good contact with the owner. We had some troubles with the fuse and the electricity was switching off constantly one day (this was fixed by the owner the day after). We would survive with this, but the people next door were screaming, knocking our door in the middle of the night and making a lot of noise. One night there was also a problem with other guests listining to music very loud after midnight... I reported this to the owner and the music was switched off immediately. But in general it was hard to take a rest in this conditions. Anyhow would recommend for a short stay.

• Vasileiou (10/5): Exceptional - We had lovely time staying in this room , it was very clean, spacious for 3 people , good location , around 30 minutes from galleria Umberto 1 and beverello port, 20 from historic centre. Plenty of shops around and supermarket. Bus stop 2 min walking . The host was very kind and helpful, assist us last moment that we needed to modify our reservation!
• Oberai (10/5): Exceptional - The property was super clean, had everything we needed and close to the attractions. On top of that, the host was super nice, responsive and friendly. The room also had a smart TV which we enjoyed when we were back in our room. We absolutely enjoyed your stay here!

The owner met us from the airport, was very kind and polite to us, we had a great conversation. The host also drove us to the center and showed us where there is good pizza. We have a great time!
