• Francois (10/5): Un séjour inoubliable dans notre petit appartement du centre-ville. - Situé à seulement 100m du centre-ville, d'une patinoire, de plusieurs arrêts de bus, et d'une ribambelle d'excursionnistes, comme par exemple les motoneiges, nous ne pouvions rêver mieux ! Mais c'est surtout Elena la logeuse, qui va nous laisser un souvenir inoubliable: elle nous a fait le taxi à l'aéroport, caché les valises avant l'heure (c.a.d avant 15h), et accompagné jusqu'au musée Artique. On a attendu dans sa voiture l'ouverture, il faisait -22 dehors !!). .. on cherche encore..

• Ilaria (9/5): Un bel appartamento nel centro di Rovaniemi - Ottima posizione, accogliente, comunicazione con proprietaria eccellente. Siamo stati volentieri in questo appartamento. Fornito di tutto! Non so se fosse in riparazione, ma l'anta della doccia era rotta mancava un pezzo. Di conseguenza usciva l'acqua in tutto il bagno. Abbiamo trovato anche le stoviglie non pulite bene ( coperchio microonde con pezzi di cibo, piatti incrostati) risolvibile comunque con un lavaggio in lavastoviglie..anche se avrebbe fatto piacere trovare tutto pulito.

Fast and easy check in directly at the door with key box. Perfect position right in Rovaniemi center. Many parking slots around. Just don’t like the “open” shower, but it’s quite tipical in Finland. Nice to have a microwave. Very good value for money! Highly recommended! Nothing.

• RIO (9/5): Cozy apartment near city center - Pros: •Close to the city center and shopping district •Bidet (bum gun) equipped toilet •Quiet environment at night Cons: •Check in instruction was a bit tricky (especially for first time traveller to Europe, especially Finland). Hopefully the host could add pinpoint location info and some pictures to make the check in process more seamless for the ease of both host and guests in the future. (It's risky to think that everyone would understand anything considered "basic things" in Finland, considering the potential guest might someone from different part of the globe with totally different customs and conditions. Therefore, providing info as clear as possible will never be sth wrong :) ) •Would be better if the host could provide manuals about the apartment room containing what should not to do (specific rules); details of how to use the washing machine, dishwasher, and the oven (as mentioned above that foreign travellers might not be used to use the common home appliances in Finland, so providing detailed written instruction could somehow save time for each other. Apart from the cons, it was a nice apartment that worth the price.

• MASSIMO (9/5): Da scegliere quando si soggiorna a Rovaniemi. - Appartamento in ottima posizione: centro raggiungibile tranquillamente a piedi. Lidl poco lontani, così come il Santa Claus Village e l'aeroporto. Insomma posizione perfetta. TV gigante con la possibilità di collegarvisi con la rete wi-fi gratuita nell'appartamento. Ottima anche la cucina. Migliorerei le indicazioni per trovare l'entrata della palazzina dove si trova l'appartamento e il materasso del letto troppo 'morbido', e lo scarico dell'acqua nel lavandino del bagno che non defluiva molto, ma nel complesso tutto bene.

Very tidy and well designed. Space utilised at its maximum possibility. Thank you! We like all of it. The only one thing I would do to find it easier is to say is located just opposite the local playground (slopes, ice - skating, etc.)

• Amanda (10/5): Perfecta - El apartamento fue mejor de lo esperado, muy cómodo, céntrico, muy bien equipado, todo nuevo y muy limpio. Además la anfitriona Martha se ofreció a recogernos en la estación de tren y llevar nuestro equipaje.

Even tea, coffee and some food were available to prepare a meal. The place was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly

• cschoch (8/5): Comfortable apartment in the city center - Smalland comfortable apartment jn the center of Rovaniemi. The kitchen is equipped with all essential tools and equipment, with some leftovers (spices, oil) from previous guests. Restaurants and shops can be found close by. Unfortunately, the booking of the parking didn't work out and we had to find space somewhere on the street.

• Izabela (10/5): Just book it! It's fantastic for families of 4 and couples alike! - We stayed in this accommodation 4 nights. The owner arranged a private pick up from the airport both ways. Also to our surprise we had supplies for breakfast in the fridge as we were arriving very late in the night. A lovely touch and very thoughtful! The apartment itself was very nice, cozy, warm and had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. And it is located in the very heart of the Rovaniemi city, bus stop to Santa Claus village opposite the block, lovely restaurants in the walking distance. And sledge for kids available in the apartment too! We would definitely recommend this apartment and we would use it if we come to Rovaniemi next time. The lift was broken for two days (not fault of the owner of the apartment), but we reported this to the landlady and it got fixed and lucikly we didnt have to go down the stairs (its on the 7th floor) with our suitcases.

• Berivan (10/5): Harika - Ev Çok temiz ve konforluydu. Konumu tren istasyonuna 1.5-2 km, valiziniz yoksa 20 dakikada yürürsünüz. Ayrıca tren istasyonundan otobüsle 1 durak sonra şehir merkezinde inip 500 metre yürüyerek de eve ulaşabilirsiniz. Evde ihtiyacımız olan her şey vardı. Çok keyifli bir konaklama yaşadık. Ev sahibi gelmeden önce yazdığımız tüm mesaj ve sorulara cevap verdi. Check-in konusunda da ayrıntılı şekilde bilgilendirdi. Hiçbir sorun yaşamadan eve girdik ve gerçekten kendi evimizde gibi keyifli bir konaklama geçirdik. Ev sahibine tekrar teşekkür ediyoruz. Olumsuz hiçbir şey yoktu.

• Soili (9/5): Keskustassa viihtyisä rauhallinen huoneisto - Huoneiston sijainti on mitä mainioin, melkein keskustan ytimessä, helppo löytää ja lämmin autopaikka oli plussaa. Riittävä varustus, mukava sänky, jos olisi ollut sauna niin melkein täydellinen huoneisto. Maisemat olisi voinut olla miellyttävämmät, mutta kiva kun oli sen verran korkealla että ei ihan ollut toisten huoneistojen ikkunoita näkymänä.
