This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Charming Lavapies Town in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Otherwise, they will need to submit a signed release form along with a copy of the parent's or legal guardian's passport. The property can provide a template of the authorization form upon request. Only temporally reservations are allowed, not short stays. The house is not rented for tourist purposes, since they are temporary rentals. Please note that this property IS NOT A TOURIST APARTMENT. Tenants must sing a temporary rental agreement upon arrival. This contract respect in all its clauses the conditions of your Booking reservation. Please note that for reservations lasting more than 28 days, electricity and gas consumption will not be included in the rent, the bill amount will be borne by the guest. The Charming Lavapies Town apartment does not have an elevator. Please note that if your arrival day coincides with the same day you made your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for check-in before 5:30 pm.
