marie anne (2/5): Nous n'étions pas attendu malgré la réservation, très longue attente pour accéder a une chambre sale - L'emplacement est très proche du parc Europa Park La chambre était sale, poubelle non vidé des précédents voyageurs, draps mouillés : lit non fait salle de bain sale : présence de poils / cheveux et autres
Anne (6/5): Bon endroit mais peut mieux faire - Très chouette appartement avec une terrasse jardin, biergarten attenant, accueil par le personnel du restaurant très sympa, gare juste à côté mais pas dérangé par le bruit. parking. Nous ne sommes restés qu une nuit. La table cuisine était collante, tache de chocolat sur le banc et parterre. Vu l’état de mes chaussettes après la soirée le sol ne devait pas être très propre.
Thom (5/5): - Rooms were clean and big and appeared to be recently refurbished. Great location to get to Europa Park and the adjoining train station with trains direct to Paris. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were more hostel-like than apartment-like. Comfortable enough but very basic with no internal communal areas or tea/coffee-making facilities. Food in restaurant was very basic.
Ritika (10/5): Nice Place - Very nice apartment very clean and the food in the restaurant was delicious. The schnitzel with fried potatoes was delicious. Very friendly staff. Food is delivered directly to the apartment. We'll be back.

Maxime (9/5): Superbement spacieux - Grand appartement, proche de Europa-Park, deux chambres, cuisine équipée , salle de bain, l'hôte nous a accueilli à l'heure convenue par message, le départ s'est fait sans contact en fermant la porte avec les clés à l'intérieur Il faisait trop froid en décembre pour profiter du balcon :p
Sabrina (1/5): Erwartungen nicht erfüllt... - Gute Parkmöglichkeit. Da wir außerhalb der Check-In Zeiten kamen, sollten wir einfach zu den Zimmern gehen. Dort sollte der Schlüssel stecken. Bei zwei von drei gebuchten Zimmern, hat es funktioniert. Bei einem hat der Schlüssel gefehlt. Dies konnte irgendwann geklärt werden. Per Telefon konnte man allerdings niemanden erreichen, außer die Mailbox. Die Zimmer waren ok, aber 9 und 1 waren nicht sehr sauber, siehe Bilder. Die Fernsehprogramme in 8 haben nicht funktioniert. Aber das Schlimmste, wir hatten alle nasse Bettwäsche und mussten ohne Bettdecken und Kissen schlafen. Selbst die Spannbetttücher sind zum teil nass gewesen. Von 14 Bettwäsche waren 10 nicht zu gebrauchen.
KTO (2/5): - Es gab keine Kochutensilien. In der Beschreibung wurde angegeben, dass es TV-Zugang gibt – im Nachhinein haben wir jedoch erfahren, dass es im gesamten Haus keinen einzigen Fernseher gibt. Außerdem wurde die Unterkunft als „Apartment“ beschrieben, was nicht der Wahrheit entspricht: Es handelt sich lediglich um einfache Zimmer in einem Haus. Es gab nur eine Gemeinschaftstoilette und eine gemeinsame Küche – auch das wurde in der Beschreibung nicht erwähnt. Mein Kollege und ich haben uns nach 22 Uhr in normaler Lautstärke auf dem Flur unterhalten. Daraufhin kam der Hausherr und zeigte sich verärgert darüber, dass wir uns unterhalten haben. Er wies uns in einem etwas strengeren Ton erneut auf die Nachtruhe ab 22 Uhr hin.

claire (8/5): Comfortable for family Europapark visit - Convenient across from the Europa Park Train station. Very modern bathroom. Keys retrieved from the restaurant (it says reception but there wasn’t one yet) and we found a nice bakery nearby where we had breakfast. The dinner at their restaurant was basic German fare, we loved the Asian restaurant the next evening though which is a 10min walk. In short good practical and comfortable stay with family.
mireia (7/5): Sin servicios adicionales. Solo habitación para dormir - Instalaciones muy nuevas y todo muy limpio. Llegamos a las 18:15 y aún estaban limpiando el apartamento. Como queríamos estar en Rulantica a las 7, nos dieron las llaves y dejamos las cosas dentro mientras estaban limpiando sin poder hacer uso ni del baño. Llegamos luego casi a medianoche y pudimos ver q a parte de sábanas, toallas y jabón, la equipación del apartamento es cero. Ni siquiera unos vasos para poder beber agua del grifo, ni cafetera ni hervidor de cortesia. Se publicita como apartamento pero es una habitación sin ningún otro servicio. Además, el restaurante del edificio no abre hasta 11:30 y no hay ningún bar cercano para poder tomar ni un café.
