• Jonathan (10/5): Beautiful apartment in quiet area. - Nice quiet location away from the crowds. Beautiful apartment, spacious, clean, airy and well laid out. Large bedrooms, comfortable beds. Large living room and separate kitchen. It was possible to move around and make breakfast without disturbing everyone. Everything you need for an extended stay. Nothing. As long as you don't mind being out of the centre (Although theres a ferry nearby or a lovely walk to the centre anyway).

• Celine (7/5): A great place to stay - The apartment was beautiful and in a perfect location between the Gardini and the Arsenale. There is a boat stop right outside the location, and the neighborhood is very quiet. Facilities were well maintained, and the interior design was quite beautiful. The host was very helpful with any questions that came up and responded very quickly. The shower drain was not cleaned properly, so our first task was cleaning it of other people's hair because it would not drain.

• Judy (9/5): Fantastic Apartment, Perfect Place to Explore All of Venice :o) - The communication with Elisa was excellent, allowing our arrival at the apartment and access completely trouble free. The transport system is easy to navigate and the apartment was very close to the boat/bus stop. The nearest boat stop finishes at @8.30pm but we found that with a bit of a 10 minute walk we arrived at a booming area of restaurants and some shops. The nearest boat stop to this area carried on much later in the day. The fact the apartment was at the opposite end of the island to the main train and bus station allowed us to enjoy far more of the island and explore more areas. There are two different boat routes to the apartment and by using both services on different days you get to enjoy more of the wonderful views of Venice. We will definitely come back and use the same apartment, it's perfect for a family stay in Venice. Nothing to dislike, but if possible a route/walking description as to how to find the later boat stop (we used Arsenale) and the nearest cafe's would be helpful x
• Andrew (10/5): Lovely and quiet place on the outskirts to enjoy all Venice has to offer - A lovely old style apartment with old style manual shutters, with lots of charm. Set in a very quiet location it is great to come back to after the busy areas of Venice, and yet everything is within reasonable walking distance. Lovely kitchen and 2 big bedrooms. Very helpful and responsive host who organised a private boat taxi for us (expensive, but by far the easiest way to get to or from the airport). TV only has local channels, no streaming, so no Youtube or Netflix, not exactly a big thing since most of us have these on our phones anyway, and the wifi was excellent :)

• Strojny (10/5): Exceptional - I highly recommend the apartment!!! I was in Venice with my girlfriend for the weekend and we are mostly impressed with the service from the lady who owns the apartment. Extremely good contact, she was very helpful in every issue, from arrival to leaving the place. She even took care of ordering a taxi for us leaving early in the morning.

• Blanka (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very big and clean. We had everything we needed for a stay with two kids. Clean sheets, towels, kitchen utensils etc. It’s situated at the end of Venezia- island, so you have to count 20 additional minutes to reach it from St. Marco. The nearest boat station is only 1 min walking distance, but it takes time to float around an island and it’s sometimes more convenient to walk 10 min (from Gardini Biennale) or 20 min instead of waiting for a boat. The apartment is very comfortable, but without coming back and forth during a day. For a sleepover is perfect.
• Kiril (8/5): A nice play to stay in Venice - The host Elisa was very helpful, providing info for everything you need to know. The location is very close to the boat station. The apartment is clean and has a functional kitchen.
• Staef (10/5): Great flat in a quiet area - Beautiful flat, very comfortable and spacious. It is in a quiet area of the city so you can rest. It is very close to the boat stop, in case you want to get there by boat. It is very close to an area with restaurants and pizzerias and to a very green area of the city, where children can play and have fun. Although it seemed to be far from the main attractions, once you get into the walking rhythm you realize it is a perfect place, far better than the central options. Would definitely stay there again. We do not have any complaints, just a small warning. If you travel in winter and you come in the evening, keep in mind that the flat will be a bit colder, but once you turn on the heating it should resolve until the next day. There are also enough warm blankets. We find it perfectly normal that the heating shouldn't be on when there is nobody in the flat, because that is a waste. Just to be clear, this is not a complaint, we believe the flat is great!

• Jordan (9/5): Superb - Close to the water tramway station and at the same time located in a quiet and peaceful part of Venice, with no tourists around. Groceries, tabacchi and restaurants in close vicinity.
