Der "Vermieter" wollte uns dann eine teurere Unterkunft andrehen, was wir natürlich nicht gemacht haben! In älteren Kommentaren wird deutlich, dass diese Masche schon seit mehreren Jahren so gemacht wird! Unbedingt die Finger von lassen, wir standen auch vor dem Haus bei der angegebenen Adresse, es ist verwaist!
• Joseph (9/5): - Over het verblijf kan ik weinig zeggen vermits ik, wegens een technisch probleem daar, naar een andere locatie werd doorverwezen. Daar kreeg ik een mooie, ruime kamer met een prachtig zicht over Limassol. Ik kon vanuit mijn bed de zon boven de zee zien opkomen. En met ruime faciliteiten zoals een uitgeruste keuken en wasmachine. 's Nachts was het zeer rustig. De geluidsisolatie tussen de kamers was in orde. Qua openbaar vervoer zit je zo'n drie kilometer van het centrale vertrekpunt. Een huurwagen kan wel interessant zijn. Parkeerplaats genoeg.

• Andrew (6/5): Pleasant - The price was one of the best for the walking distance (about 35 minutes from the busy centre). The room is quite spacious. Furniture in good condition. There is a private bathroom and toilet. It was difficult to get the key at check-in. The room lacks soundproofing and internet. Other people in the building were extremely noisy until 3am. And at 7.30am construction workers came and started hammering and drilling into the walls on the scaffolding around the windows, within 1-2 metres of the bed. We didn't sleep well.

The appartment had no toilet paper (half roll for 4 days and all the people inside). I have been contacting the manager to get an invoice for work and he ghostes me. I don't recomend at all.

• Matthew (5/5): Ok for young male budget travellers - The location is a short walk to the beach, the Archaeological Museum, and the Botanical Garden, but a long walk to the old town centre. The facility was clean and sunny. The kitchen is fully equipped and large. The price is affordable for budget travellers. The keys to all the rooms in this converted flat were available in an unlocked mailbox on the street. Anybody walking by could have access to the flat, anybody within 15 minutes could have all the keys to all the rooms in the flat copied. Nothing happened, but I was very nervous and not comfortable with this arrangement. I suggest buying a keysafe! I would only recommend this to young male budget travellers. Also, the entrance to the property is not at Mahatma Gandhi 9, but around the corner at Massaliotidas 39, keys in the mailbox. Communicate with the property manager via telephone/WhatsApp.

• Mclean (4/5): Did not stay. Would not recommend due to area no parking - I am unable to give accurate review as I did not stay in the property as planned. I did speak with the owner to confirm direction I did not find him friendly was impatient but I felt it was language barrier 🤷‍♀️ I didn’t stay as the area was not good. There was no parking lots of cars and people hanging around . I didn’t feel my car would be safe I would have had to park where I couldn’t see it. I felt anxious and vulnerable in the area as a lone traveller . Personally I wouldn’t stay there . You get what you pay for!!

• Kirill (5/5): The room is goos for its price and place. But there are some questions to cleaning. It also would be great if host sum u - Good location for this pice. Close to sklavenitis supermarket and in ten minutes from local beach. Very friendly host, so it was difficult to criticise this place for me) It was kinda dirty when we arrived: we found some hairs in our bed. It was look like the bed linen was not even washed. No adapters were found. A lot of dust on the floor. Even widows were opened and ac was still working when we moved in, so it was looking like previous guest just left room before us without any cleaning. It also would be great if host provide some rules and instructions of common zones usage and service: how to keep clean bathrooms and take out the trash. The toilet flush was not convenient, i spent half an hour to wait for full tank and still tried to flush. And be ready to sleep with ants, they are permanent residents.

• Isabelle (7/5): Good - Clean and spacious in the individual apartment. Nice and helpful host. I feel it wasn't clearly explained that this is shared accommodation. I expect to get a small private apartment or simple hotel room for that price. There is an individual and spacious apartment with its own toilet, no kitchen sink and very basic shower, that I got for an extra fee in the end, but this also does not reflect the market. I will not go again.
