- QR (6/5): Good location, but what a disappointment. - Good location. High standard conversion with super modern fittings. Easy Key box entry directions. Lots of hot water and a washer/dryer. Basement flat, so dark even in the English summer. A lot of serious maintenance/cleaning issues. No effective reaction from the agent to deal with the issues. The rear patio doors cannot be locked which invalidates their insurance and yours. The apartment is totally empty so no basic foodstuffs or equipment (salt, pepper, tea pot). the handles of all saucepans and frying pans are so loose that you cannot use them safely. Steep access steps may not be suitable for the less agile. Cast iron gate jams and is hard to open when in the sun. Feels exploitative. Lazy.
- Guillaume (8/5): super emplacement pour visiter Londres - Très bel appartement, qui met tout de suite dans l'ambiance londonienne. Grand, bien équipé, il ne manque pas grand chose. L'appartement est super bien placé, a quelques mètres d'un arrêt de métro sur la District Line, et à 5 min à pied d'un autre arrêt sur la Piccadilly Line, on est très rapidement n'importe ou dans Londres. La rue est calme, mais très proche de tous les commerces nécessaires au quotidien, restaurants, boulangerie, supermarchés etc... l'appartement est au "sous-sol", l'escalier d'accès est un peu étroit et raide mais ça donne beaucoup de charme au lieu. l'insonorisation, notamment dans une des 3 chambres, n'est pas très bonne... même s'ils sont calmes, on entend beaucoup les voisins du dessus parler, marcher etc..
