• Arsen (9/5): Понравилось - В целом, обычная миниквартирка, полностью оборудованная, отличный вай-фай, смарт ТВ, шикарный балкон-терраса, 3 этаж. Симпатичный квартал, прям у церквушки. 5-7 мин пешочком от метро. Самостоятельное заселение посредством мобильного приложения (Akiles, лучше закачать заранее). Приличная сантехника, на кухне всё есть, не хватает разве что микроволновки. Посуды, правда, бедновато. Крохотный санузел, в котором не помешала хотя бы пара крючков, крутая и весьма узкая лестница на этаж. Если вы считаете себя крупным человеком, вам точно будет тесновато. Церковь действующая, поэтому колокола каждую четверть часа по разу, и в ровно часов соответствующее количество бом-бомов )) плюс школа под окнами. Если за тишиной, то это не сюда. Если не пугает, то отличное место!
• Przemysław Żak (10/5): Wrócimy ! - Świetne, klimatyczne miejsce, słoneczny taras na którym można zjeść śniadanie. Apartament ma to coś. Dzwony kościoła co 15 min, 3 szkoły dookoła apartamentu. Nie jest to jednak szczególnie uciążliwe, a dźwięki po kilku chwilach stają się tłem.

Le scale per raggiungere il terzo piano sono strette, ma sei in vacanza: non sono da fare di corsa con valigia!

• Liāna (8/5): The apartment was very clean and well-equipped, with everything needed for cooking and a comfortable stay; the location - The apartment was very clean and had everything needed for cooking - dishes, utensils, appliances, and even a coffee machine. The bathroom was also well equipped with a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. There are many supermarkets nearby. The metro station is about a 5–10 minute walk, and you can easily reach the center of Barcelona in around 15 minutes. The beach is also close, and the promenade is perfect for walks. Check-in was very easy — it’s very convenient that there are no physical keys, everything works with codes, so you don’t have to worry about losing keys and can arrive at any time, day or night( The host is not available 24/7, but after around 7–8 pm an emergency contact number is provided) There is no microwave. It was quite cold (probably because it’s off-season). There is air conditioning and heating available, but the floors were very cold, so it’s better to bring slippers. It might be a good idea for the host to provide some basic slippers for guests. There is also a church nearby, and the bells ring every hour (sometimes even more often, including at night). It didn’t bother us too much, but it is quite noticeable.

• Giovanni (6/5): - La casa pulita e accogliente Molto carina la vista e un terrazzo dove d’estate si può anche mangiare fuori Il bagno molto piccolo e c’erano a disposizione 1 asciugamano grande è uno piccolo a persona.,e essendo d’inverno nn si riusciva ad asciugarli.,Chiesto allo staff di poter avere un asciugamano grande da doccia in più visto che eravamo in inverno e non si asciugavano ,risposta negativa.Per quanto riguarda posate,c’erano solo due posate,2piatti,2 tazze,e 2 bicchieri,magari qualcuno in più nn dispiaceva,Notare che c’erano solo 2 rotoli molto piccoli di carta igienica.Nell’arco del mio soggiorno non ho mai visto il personale.per entrare è tutto tramite app. Vi auguro che non vi si scarica il cellulare perché se no dormite fuori.

Hay supermercados cerca, lugares de comida a pocos minutos y, a 3 minutos a pie, un bar colombiano con excelente comida. Se pusieron en contacto conmigo siempre muy rápido y fueron muy amables. Después de llamar continuamente, alguien nos respondió. Nos hemos ido un piso más bajo. Total. Cristina es muy maja, pero hemos pasado mal. Porque veníamos de Alemania, y solo necesitas descansar. El piso no es de 8.9 en Booking. Está lejos de esta nota. El balcón estaba sucio. Al final acabé limpiando. El aire hacía un ruido y no podías dormir con el. Imagínate sin aire in August. La eglesia ….fatal. El ruido de la campana: cada 15 minutos. Muy mal. Seguro no vamos a repetir.

• Leist (8/5): - Die Unterkunft hatte einen schönen Balkon, auch war das Meer gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Die Küche war knapp ausgestattet.
• Cserni (7/5): Great location! - We very quite satisfied with the location of the accomodation. It was easily accessible by L2 metro line and was within Zone 1. The apartment was surrounded by shops which made our stay there very comfortable. The kitchen was underequipped, even for two people. The few utensils and plates we had were also dirty when we arrived. We were provided little cleaning supplies and items such as dishsoap, handsoap and general cleaning spray.

• Ruby (8/5): Good value, clean, central in badalona, easy access to metro, lovely host. - Lovely, well-kept apartment with all needed amenities. Super clean and comfy, host was responsive when we had any questions, really good value for money. We knew that it is right by the church which is a lovely view, but if you are a light sleeper, the bells overnight might wake you up as they ring every fifteen minutes (luckily not really an issue for us, just something to be aware of).

• Veranika (7/5): The apartment is cozy and clean, with a beautiful view, but the neighborhood is very noisy, which makes it hard to sleep - The apartment is just a 10-minute walk from the metro, and it has everything you need — and more — for a comfortable stay. There’s a beautiful terrace with a great view. The owner Cristina was incredibly thoughtful, always available and ready to help. The place was clean and cozy. The biggest downside for us was the location. There’s a church with a chapel right next door, and the bells ring throughout the day and night. We were woken up at 1 or 2 a.m., then again at 4 and 5 a.m. by the sound of the bells. At 8 and 9 in the morning, they would ring for a long time, which really disrupted our rest and made it hard to sleep peacefully. On top of that, there’s a children’s school in the neighboring building, so from 8 a.m. the area gets quite loud. Combine that with the constant bell ringing, and you can imagine how hard it was to get a good night’s sleep.

• Chantelle (10/5): Exceptional - Christina was so welcoming, beautiful views, and an amazing suite, so clean. I would definitely stay here again. Close to the metro, to travel all around the city, Underground 24hour parking not far from here.. Loved my stay! The parking was a bit tricky.

• Ben (10/5): Exceptional - A lovely apartment with a small rooftop terrace which still gets the sun even in early December. It’s quite small but quiet and private and it’s within easy reach of the centre of Barcelona by metro or train. The apartment is located in the historical centre of Badalona. It’s only ten minutes from the beach and close to supermarkets, bars and restaurants along the seaside promenade. Great communication with the host throughout who was very helpful. Highly recommended.
• Beata (8/5): Very good - The apartment was sunny and well-lit, very clean and recently renovated. Nice view from big windows. The equipment was brand new which made our stay pleasurable. Soap, shampoo and washing up liquid available. Well equipped kitchen. The bed was large and super comfy. The terrace with sun loungers was great. Spacious shower. Easy wifi self check-in through a link. No need to worry about door keys. Walking distance from the subway station. Quiet street. No traffic noise. The apartment was great but some little things bothered us, for instance: only one roll of thin toilet paper. I thought it was a mistake but later on I read in the rules booklet that you need to buy more of you run out of it. One more pot for cooking would be great. Only one rubbish bag. Constant noise from a primary school during school days. It didn't bother us much cause we were away visiting. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with steep and very narrow stairs. We did manage but it could be an obstacle with large luggage or guests with reduced mobility. Just a tip for guests: if you want to use Badalona buses it's better to buy a 30-day T-usual card than an 'Hola Barcelona' Card which is more expensive and not integrated with all the public network.
• Filip (9/5): Superb - We laughed with the shower. You just have to try it, it's a bit of a puzzle. The apartment is beautifully and tastefully decorated. I didn't like that we only got one blanket.

• Nika (10/5): TOP location - Everything :) - close to metro station (5min walk) - to the centre 20min with metro (accommodation is in the ZONE 1 - Metro L2) :-) - to the airport we can go at the night with night BUS from the bus stop, which is a 3-minute walk away from apartment (cost 5,10€ all way with one transfer in Pl. Espanya) - close to supermarket and bakery's - nice view - very easy check in (via app) - new apartment with equipment - price / location - terrace - peaceful location (in the night too) Nothing :-) But some people may be bothered by the church and the bell that rings every 15 minutes. Or the morning noise from school. (we did not notice it) There is a narrow staircase leading to the apartment, someone with limited mobility may have a problem with it.

Just to note, the stairs up are narrow and steep and the church bells are pretty loud and constant. The location is very central right next to the city museum. There is space, but I would say best for a couple if you are not solo. Great stay.
