• bartel (10/5): Exceptionnel ! - L'appartement est idéalement situé dans le quartier de Triana. Il est design et totalement équipé. Le plafond est superbe ! Toutes les petites attentions apportent vraiment la touche finale. Ne vous inquiétez pas pour la baie vitrée, il y a un volet. Un grand merci au propriétaire pour son accueil chaleureux et ses bons conseils. Nous le déconseilllerons simplement aux enfants car il n'y a pas de vitre à la mezzanine. Le wifi est pauvre mais déconnectez et profitez de la superbe ville de Séville.

• Rivas (10/5): - La experiencia ha sido excelente. La zona es muy tranquila y perfecta para disfrutar de Sevilla, con todo lo necesario a pocas distancias. El alojamiento estaba muy limpio, cómodo y bien cuidado. La atención por parte del anfitrión ha sido impecable, siempre amable y disponible para cualquier duda.
• Diana (9/5): Recommended - Located in Triana, a friendly neighborhood, shops and cafes around, market, supermarket nearby and a mall around 7 minutes by walking. Nearby to the city center crossing the bridge The place is clean, organized, has nice decoration, and spacious. Wi-fi works well, easy check-in instructions. Large and comfortable double bed. I would stay again. On winter, the apartment gets quite cold, but it has heating, which I appreciated, so not a complaint. The street was being repaired and a bit noisy early morning. There's a little mold between the bathroom tiles and under the shower stall; this is quite easy to clean and will make the bathroom look bright. The sofa needs to be washed.

• Michael (9/5): It was a very nice stay . We felt secure with friendly neighborhood shops and cafes. - Location was great . Good access to transportation, groceries, dining, and attractions. The hosts were very accommodating and a good source of information. They were english speakers as well and available when needed. They were respectful of privacy. The street was being repaired and noisy but no traffic was a plus. The sleeping loft required extra attention for safe & secure feeling but really no problem.

• FB___ (5/5): Bien...pero MAL - Fácil acceso y cercano al centro. Instalaciones muy correctas y todo bastante nuevo. Techo típico de antaño. Había hormigas, aunque esl oyede pasar. El primer día me quedé con la barandilla de subida en la mano y nadie vino a arreglarla. La comunicación con la propiedad es nefasta. Un whats al que no contestan. Les dije que la TV no iba y sigo esperando respuesta. Les dije londe la barandilla y aunque me dijeron que enviaban a alguien de mantenimiento no vino nadie. En la TV, No hay antena y van con un FireTV que se queda colgado y además estaba en alemán. En el baño, no hay colgadores de toallas. Y el WC está pegado al lavabo y coml seas mínimamente grandote te sientas tocándolo. La cama está en un altillo, y si vas con niños, CUIDADO!!! porque la barandilla es sólo un trabesañk superior y uno inferior, minimalista y de diseño, pero esto es imposible que haya pasado ninguna inspección. Ah! La luz de arriba sólo se puede encender y apagar desde arriba, con lo que por la noche, tienes que dejar la luz de abajo encendida, subir para encender la luz, bajar para apagar la de ajo, y volver a subir...o eso o subir con la luz del móvil... En fin, que por un lado muy bonito, pero tiene muchas carencias. Para colmo final, el cecino de arriba encendía un ventilador por las noches que hacía un ruido infernal, y claro, como la cama está cercana al techo, parecía que tuvieras un motor en la cabeza...insoportable!!!

• Patricia (4/5): Apartamento con encanto, pero necesita mejoras. - La ubicación del apartamento es excelente y la decoración está muy cuidada, lo que a primera vista genera una buena impresión El apartamento tiene un problema de humedades. El olor era tan fuerte que resultaba difícil estar dentro, y además este tipo de condiciones no son saludables, especialmente para personas sensibles o con problemas respiratorios. El anfitrión, eso sí, fue muy atento y me ofreció rápidamente reubicarme, pero la alternativa estaba en una zona completamente distinta, lo que desvirtuaba el propósito de mi viaje. Agradezco la disposición, pero creo que este tipo de problemas deberían resolverse antes de alquilar el alojamiento.

• Hugo Miguel Vieira Ramos (8/5): Agradável surpresa - Localização, é mais afastado do centro histórico mas é de fácil acesso e rápido a pé. É um estúdio agradável. Tem quase tudo o que é necessário para cozinhar. A água quente não durava muito tempo, tive de tomar banho de água fria. Devia ter um exaustor, ao fazer a comida disparou o alarme de fumo.

• Flor Lilian (8/5): - Muy buena ubicación, el barrio de Triana es muy bonito y lleno de posibilidades. Al ser un bajo hay un poco de humedad, fue lo único malo de la estancia.
• Pilar (8/5): Cumplió las expectativas - Muy cómodo el check in. Zona tranquila. Apartamento moderno. Cama de matrimonio cómoda y grande. Situación muy próxima al mercado de Triana y a calle central con todo tipo de locales para comer o tomar algo. Tuvimos suerte y en la primera vuelta a la manzana encontramos sitio para aparcar. El sofá cama para dormir dos adolescentes no es muy cómodo (igual para niños pequeños si), y no tenía almohada, solo los cojines del sofá que para dormir son duros. Hay una mesa pegada a la pared que no se mueve, más bien parece un escritorio , por lo que cuatro personas ahí no pueden comer.

• helene (5/5): Bien situé pour 2 personnes - Appartement bien situé et mignon avec beaucoup de centre d’intérêt à proximité. Petit restau très sympa dans la rue. Cet appartement et mignon pour 2 personnes. Le canapé n’est pas vraiment un canapé convertible. Il manquait 2 vrais oreillers pour les enfants sur le canapé ( c’est une mousse) nous ne les avons jamais obtenu malgré mes demandes. Elles ont donc dormi sur des coussins décoratifs du canapé. Non hygiénique. La cafetière ne fonctionnait pas . Signalé également. 1 mail me disant je vais me renseigner et plus de communication en 5 jours. Mur abîmé et beaucoup de fourmis ce qui a amusé mes enfants. Escaliers suicidaire car aucune protection au niveau de la mezzanine.

• Anhelina (8/5): Overall we liked it, but there are nuances - Beautiful apartment in general, everything you need is there. The location is great, very central, very convenient. There was a subscription to Prime TV, the first time in our practice we were so lucky! In the morning, ants were crawling on the floor in the bathroom, on the table too ☹️. The walls are not insulated, you can hear everything that is happening behind them. I think the sofa for children was not very comfortable, the pull-out part did not fix and there was no extra blanket for the children, so we had to sleep in clothes. On the second level there was a bed, it was stuffy to sleep there.

• Melis (7/5): - La struttura è molto carina e accogliente, ci siamo sentite a nostro agio sin da subito. La pulizia non è granché, asciugamani macchiati, e divano letto completamente sporco, tanto da avvisare il proprietario dell’appartamento che il giorno dopo ha fatto entrare la dita a pulirlo. Altra pecca, le sedie, avevo chiesto con largo anticipo di farmi trovare almeno 3 sedie nell’appartamento, ma non ci sono state portate, pertanto abbiamo dovuto fare a turni per fare colazione o cenare. Peccato perché l’appartamento in sé è davvero molto carino e accogliente, sono sicura che con queste piccole “critiche” migliorerete sempre di più.

• Imeda Iakovenko (10/5): - Location is good, walkable distance from the city center and the attractions, there's a Torreseville nearby which offers a wide variety of dining and shopping options, the place is clean and spacious, wi-fi works well, check-in instructions are clear and the process of checking-in is simple. Heating works well on the second floor but the first floor doesn't get much heating so it gets a bit cold. Unless you easily get cold, this shouldn't be a big problem.

Tolle Lage, super Busverbindungen, sehr schöne Einrichtung. - Das Apartment ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das Bett sehr, sehr bequem. Die Lage ist bestens um die wunderschöne Stadt zu Fuß oder auch mit dem Bus zu erkunden. Leider war das einzige Fenster, das zu öffnen ist, defekt und dadurch sammelte sich eine enorme Feuchtigkeit in dem Apartment an. Sehr schade! Darum sind wir auch nur eine Woche dort verblieben. Die Feuchtigkeit in dem Apartment. Das Fenster war defekt und man konnte nicht lüften.
• polix0 (9/5): Godny polecenia apartament skąd można zwiedzać Sewillę. - Apartament położony na parterze w kamienicy w historycznej dzielnicy Sewilli. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Czysto, schludnie, komfortowo. Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Zarówno sypialnia jak i kuchnia i łazienka. Ogrzewanie + klimatyzacja. Wygodne duże łóżko na antresoli. Na części ściany można było zauważyć białe wykwity soli. Dwa miejsca skąd wychodziły małe mrówki (Jedno przy schodach na antresolę, drugie w kuchni.

• Magali (8/5): - Très bel appartement, très propre, belle decoration et ambiance Emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville, aux portes du quartier de triana, son marché, sa rue principale très animée, près des boutiques de céramique, à côté du guadalquivir. Ne pas hésiter à déambuler dans les petites rues autour. Parfait pour un couple Nous étions 4 adultes durant 1 semaine, un peu juste au niveau de l espace. Comme dans le descriptif 1 seule chambre en mezzanine (magnifique), seulement une table basse et 2 chaises. Il faut faire et defaire le canapé lit ts les jours et pas de rangement en bas. La cuisine pourrait être mieux équipée au niveau vaisselle (pas de saladier, passoire..). Malgré tout, nous avons apprécié notre séjour.
• Florentina (6/5): A disappointing stay with poor cleanliness, lack of privacy, and zero communication from the host. - While the location was absolutely fantastic, I had a disappointing experience upon arrival. The room/apartment was not cleaned at all when I checked in, which was quite a letdown. I tried to resolve the issue by contacting the management, but it took over 12 phone calls, WhatsApp messages, before I finally reached someone who could help. It was a frustrating experience, and while the issue was eventually addressed, the lack of prompt communication and attention was unacceptable. If you're looking for a convenient location, very close to the city center, Triana market, coffee shops, this place might work for you, but I would highly recommend they improve their customer service and housekeeping standards. The accommodation lacks proper ventilation, and while the windows face the street, they offer no privacy. You have to keep the curtains closed at all times, which makes the place feel dark and claustrophobic, almost like being in a cave. Upstairs in the sleeping area, there was a strong smell of mold, which even lingered in the towels. In the kitchen, mold was visibly growing under the sink, and to make matters worse, there was an ant problem—ants were everywhere. On top of these issues, I repeatedly tried to contact the host to get the Wi-Fi credentials, but there was no communication. I stayed for five nights, and they never responded to this simple request.

• Noraly (7/5): Compact maar compleet appartement! - De ligging was ideaal. Een fijne buurt. Alles was compleet aan het appartement. Koken was zeker te doen. Wellicht wat meer bestek voorzien. Douche was netjes, bedden op entresol waren ook goed, alles zag er netjes uit. We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. De slaapbank is wel aan vervanging toe. Ik zou hier persoonlijk een degelijker exemplaar voor neerzetten. Voor de kids was het te doen, maar als wij erbij wilde liggen werd het lastig en niet meer comfortabel. Ook de balustrade aan de entresol vond ik niet veilig. Dwarse houten kruizen maken het al veel veiliger en zo ziet het esthetisch er ook nog leuk uit. Het bovenste gedeelte van het voorste raam zou ik wel iets van een rolluik voorzien. Als je het licht binnen aan hebt, kunnen ze vanuit de bar aan de overkant rechtstreeks in je bed kijken.

• V. Raju von En (9/5): Best value in Seville - Stunningly beautiful house and apartment, beautifully decorated and cleaned well. Located opposite a bar where I had the most amazing, surreal experience in Andalucia - the customers and the bartender seem to be flamenco professionals, singing and dancing spontaneously. The door and the bath smelled like strawberry shisha - I love that! People passing by were checking their reflection in the window and some were taking selfies, which was quite entertaining. I'd definitely book this place again, as it's by far the best value I've experienced within a month of traveling in Andalucia. The street in front is frequented by cars and that noise carries clearly inside. The apartment would benefit from a laundry machine and dryer, as the air is moist and the towels won't dry. It took over a day to get a working WiFi connection. Don't leave any unwashed cutlery on the kitchen counter, unless you want ants to appear.

• Chalde (10/5): Cómodo, funcional y en la mejor ubicación! - El departamento está impecable! Todo nuevo y con un diseño exquisito. Los espacios están aprovechados de manera eficiente y tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar. Lo mejor: la comodidad de las camas y la ubicación! Pudimos estacionar nuestro auto, lo dejamos durante toda la visita y recorrimos caminando a TODOs las atracciones. Sin dudas, un 10! Todo perfecto

Les plus : nous avons pu stationner notre voiture gratuitement proche de l'appartement (dans la rue) Netflix & Prime Vidéo Et ce sera encore mieux avec un chauffage sèche/serviettes dans la salle de bain, et un sèche cheveux

L'isolamento acustico eccellente! Ottima la posizione a 10 minuti da...tutto! L'unica critica ma unicamente a scopo propositivo... mancava un asciugacapelli, ma ne abbiamo fatto a meno senza problemi.
