• Jane (10/5): excellent central location, spacious bedrooms, comfy beds, excellent host. - Great location, very quiet inside the apartment, no noise from street at all. Comfy beds, air con, 5 minutes to train station.

Staff cordiale e gentile ci ha dato l'appartamento prima dell'orario di ceck-in. Abbiamo scelto la struttura perche avevamo bisogno di un'ascensore avendo una neonata con noi, purtroppo c'è solo un montacarichi che puo portare 1 o 2 persone. Avevamo un passeggino e abbiamo avuto un po di difficoltà. Inoltre il montacarichi non funziona dalle 23 alle 6 di mattina. Purtroppo c'era un po di polvere sui mobili.

• Rogerio Eugenio (10/5): - Apartamento maravilhoso, muitíssimo bem localizado. Dois quartos e dois banheiros era exatamente o que precisávamos para uma viagem em família. Chuveiro com pouca água e ralo do chuveiro que demorava um pouco para escoar toda a água.
• Biagio (8/5): Comfortable Accommodations - An air-conditioned, spacious apartment with an ideal location (close to station) and a good view. The beds were very comfortable. There was no elevator service after 11 p.m. This is problematic as most restaurants have later seating times. There were some cosmetic issues (stains on kitchen floor, walls) and some repairs needed (second toilet, shutters in bedroom, exhaust fans)

• ying (10/5): 佛罗伦萨宝藏公寓 - 公寓有两间独立的卧室，而且中间隔着书房，不会互相打扰，很方便休息。 公寓总体比较新每间房间都可以看到百花大教堂，早上会被教堂的钟声唤醒，很特别的体验。 床上用品整洁且舒适度很好，地理位置很优越，距离中央市场只有两百米，距离圣母百花大教堂步行可达，距离火车站和机场轻轨都是5-600米。 入住方便，房东提供的入住指引很清晰。 有些很小的细节需要日常维护检查，不过无伤大雅，总体入住是很舒适便捷的。

• Artur (9/5): Extra miejsce na zwiedzanie Florencji! - Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo duży apartament, plus za dodatkowy gabinet do pracy z biurkiem. Na przeciw sklepy, na dole tratorie jedna obok drugiej. Klimatyzacja jest dostępna w każdym pokoju ale niestety praktycznie w ogóle nie chłodzi - w nocy pomimo otwartych okien przy braku klimatyzacji jest nadal bardzo gorąco.

• Zafar (7/5): Good - The weather was warm when we’re there but the AC wasn’t very effective. A little bit of flexibility in check in and out times would have been nice but the cleaner was at our door 10 mins before our check out time! Felt we were being rushed. Host wasn’t available via phone until check in time - which lead to some confusion. Also would have been nice to get a heads up that the baggage drop is a paid service in the check in instructions.

• Duncan (10/5): Perfect place for my daughter and I. - Lovely King Size bed, perfect location and easy walking distance to all the sights and restaurants and train station etc. quiet as well as it looks out on to the back of buildings and not the street which was busy. Very very small lift! So Stairs used all the time as flat on 3rd floor.

• Aylin (7/5): Good - The apartment is on a very central street, very good located, walking distance to every where. There were 2 constructions in the building, we wished we knew when we booked. The constructions started at 8.15am in the morning. You can not stay in the apartment because of the drill noise. I wished kitchen would be more clean, pans are in bad situation you can not cook anything. Wish there was a coffee machine in the apartment.
• Iren (9/5): Superb - Comfortable apartment with big rooms and nice view to the cathedral. Great location close to the center, restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. There is garage nearby where you could easy park a car/ additional tax/. Easy self check in and check out.
• Edward (7/5): Great central location and view, lovely bedrooms - Well laid out comfortable bedrooms, lovely view towards the Cathedral No lounge area, nowhere to sit together other than uncomfortable kitchen chairs. No kitchen utensils or cutting knives (the weird blunt one that slides out and a penknife don’t count) - so don’t expect to be able to cook.

• Noelle (8/5): Beautiful clean apartment with a view of the Duomo! - Location was good. A little walk to the city center, but there are good restaurants close by and the Central Market that has a large variety of food/restaurants to eat. Loved that it had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and there was an AC unit on the wall in every room of the apartment. It was so nice to come back to a cool apartment after a hot day in the city. This apartment is actually on the 4th floor of the building. The bottom floor is considered the ground floor, and then they start counting up from there. Thankfully there is a small elevator to help get luggage up and down.

• Susan (10/5): Bright and clean apartment near Duomo - This is a typical cozy Florentine apartment with small bathrooms and small kitchen and a bit pricy due to the summer season. The difference is that this newly renovated, updated apartment had wonderful views, small outdoor balcony, big windows, the ideal location and office space. Very clean and new which is lovely. I would definitely stay here again.

• Mladen (10/5): Absolutely wonderful and spacious apartment at the center or Florence. - Absolutely fantastic location, close to the train station, in the center of Florence and close to everything. The place is large and very comfortable, we really enjoyed staying at the property. Fantastic view of Duomo and Giotto’s tower and lovely Florence roofs! There are few restaurants underneath the balcony and windows so have some kitchen exhaust coming up through windows.

• Flaviahomz (7/5): Pleasant stay in a spacious apartment with unusual layout - Spacious apartment within walking distance of the historic center with a view of the Duomo’s cupola. The lift, although tiny and slow, proved handy, especially for the luggage. We also appreciated the flexibility of leaving our bags until our afternoon flight. The flat's layout was peculiar, featuring large bedrooms but lacking a proper living room. The designated sitting area, a sofa in a small room between the 2 bedrooms, went unused. It would be nice in the kitchen to find a bottle of water in the fridge and have the open packages of leftover coffee, sugar, etc., replaced. The en suite bathroom lights were not functioning, apparently an issue already known from previous reviews for at least two months; however, the manager claimed he was unaware. Overall, we would appreciate better maintenance and more attention to detail.

• Pauline (8/5): I would stay again - Good location not a long walk to the main tourist attractions. Nice building 2 bedrooms one ensuite. Didn't use the kitchen facilities but looked good. It has a lift for one person, you cannot move in it but it's better than walking 3 flights of stairs... Didn't get the code to the outer building was always ringing random numbers to try to get in. May have been our fault we will know if we stay again to get this
• Anna (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing location and unexpectedly large apartment minutes away from the train station and city center. The balcony had a beautiful view. The kitchen is nice but could be hard to use if you actually planning on making meals there.
• Stephen (8/5): Great location - The location is perfect - very close walking distance to everything in Florence, including the historic sites and train station. From your balcony you have a great view of the Dome. The room has everything you need - full kitchen, two bathrooms, three bedrooms if needed (although one is a futon). TVs in the room is a nice bonus - most places in Italy from my experience don't have this. The best part about this stay is the location. The beds are too soft and the apartment is a bit outdated. Small upgrades would make this apartment top notch. With its location it would be a 10 with some upgrades. Also no common area is a bit inconvenient but nothing they can do about that - smaller kitchen but has a table in it.
