Guest Reviews
- Jon (10/5): - Navona View is spacious, clean, and in a great location. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our family loved the large couch where we relaxed together at the end of the day.
- Margaret (10/5): In the heart of it all! - We were in the best location. It was spacious and the beds comfortable. Being able to do laundry after 7 days of traveling to 2 other prior cities was great! The stairs can be challenging, but it’s the price you pay to stay so close to the action.
Her yere, her yöne yürüme mesafesi. Navona meydanına bakan binada en üst kat. İçi zevkli ve modern döşenmiş. Her türlü ihtiyacın düşünüldüğü bir daire. Roma'ya gitmeyi düşünen tüm dostlarıma tavsiye edeceğim. Sizler de mutlaka değerlendirin. Fotoğraflar gerçekten birebir eve ait.
- Verity (10/5): -
- Alan (9/5): Great apartment next to Piazza Navona. - Beautifully done very large apartment in a great location. Easy access to buses to get to the colosseum, Vatican, Termini. Easy walking to Piazza Navona, Campo di Fiori and Trastevere. Lots of stairs, 62! If you like the exercise it's fine. It is noisy in the area until midnight or 1am. It didn't bother me, but it did bother a couple of our group. The heat only comes on at night.
- Justine (10/5): Old World Charm in the Heart of Roma - Fabulous location - central, safe and secure. The apartment is enormous and well-equipped with everything to make your stay comfortable. Our host was attentive and ensured our stay was exceptional. We appreciated the flexible check out. Beds could be more comfortable. Shower was tight.
- Daniel (10/5): Great apartment in amazing location - Location, comfy bed and very classy apartment The stairs were a lot
- Suzette (6/5): Centrally located - This apartment is in a very central location and has a large full kitchen and washing machine. Because of the central location it is very, very loud in the evening. So loud in fact that it feels like you left your windows open even when you haven't. Because of the busy Piazza downstairs there is noise well into the morning hours. This can make it very hard to sleep. Also the beds are very hard and not comfortable, which is such a bummer after a long day of running around Rome. Also the bathroom showers are a little lacking. One is extremely small the other is just an open bathtub with no enclosure so you have to dry everything up after use. Keep in mind that there are a ton of stairs to go up and down to get to this apartment. It's really something that you need to take into consideration before booking especially when having to get your luggage up and down the stairs. I believe there are seven to eight sets of stairs.
- ornella (10/5): I will definitely stay here again - Location was great. The apartment was absolutely gorgeous. Have paper towels in the kitchen. Have a garbage can in the bathrooms.
- Emma (8/5): Amazing location and huge apartment - Such an amazing location. The bedrooms, living and bathroom spaces were all huge and the ability to wash our clothes was a bonus. The manger was friendly and helpful Given the central location, it was very loud and hard to sleep at night
- Sumanth (7/5): Good stay at Navona View – modern, spacious, and the friendly host truly made us feel cared for! - My stay at Navona View was absolutely fantastic – a perfect base for exploring the heart of Rome!
Location: 8/10
The property is right in front of the Senate House (Curia Julia) in the Roman Forum area, making it an incredibly central and vibrant spot. It's super convenient and walkable to all major attractions, with great views and proximity to a bustling market nearby. That said, the area gets very busy, parking is nearly impossible (even cabs struggle to stop for a few minutes), which is typical for such a prime historic location.
Property & Facilities
Recently renovated with all modern amenities – everything feels fresh and high-quality. The apartment is spacious, featuring a large living hall with a huge TV, a fully equipped big kitchen, and comfortable settings overall. The host was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the stay. The only downside is no elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs.
Overall, an amazing 9/10 experience – highly recommend for anyone wanting to immerse in Rome's historic charm! everything seemed ok, expect for the fact that we need to lift up our luggage all the way up/down.

- Catalano (8/5): Large spacious apartment centrally located near attractions and restaurants - The facility is in a great location that is very convenient to local attractions, restaurants and shops. The space is large and can easily accommodate two couples while hosting a few guests in the large spacious living room and kitchen. The apartment is on the third floor of the building, we knew this before renting, but did not realize how many times we went in and out of the apartment during our stay. The lack of an elevator would make this a difficult location for anyone who can not handle lots of stairs. WiFi was inconsistent and kept cutting out during our stay making it hard to do any work.
- Lifset (8/5): Would stay there again - Clean and convenient Landlord, not very responsible
- KWON (10/5): - 매우 넓고 위치가 너무 좋았습니다.
- antonia (10/5): Just Perfect - You can’t find better place in Rome - perfect location, perfect host, perfect room and beds…
If me or any of my friends goes to Rome, we will stay here!
Thank you very much for everything!
- Emma (8/5): Excellent and spacious apartment in a very central location. - Great apartment, lots of space and in a fantastic location. Host was very responsive and helpful. It was a little noisy at night, but we did expect that given the location.
- Azra (9/5): It was excellent I will highly recommend and would like to rebook the same if I’ll go to Rome again - It was superb
Everything was very good
Honestly speaking the photos of it on booking.com are not doing justice with it . There was nothing not to like but only one suggestion is that if there was a glass at shower place it would be much better as without a barrier splash of water was easily making the bathroom wet which was not good
- Fay (7/5): Great location!! - The spaciousness Access, stairs with no lights
- Silas (9/5): Maravilhoso!

- Demetria (7/5): House was clean. Third floor and too many steps - Proximity to popular places The place is located on the 3rd floor but there were many steps. Not the 3 plights of stairs one is accustomed to. Am very fit and so were my son and nephew but we all got winded all the time from climbing the stairs.
And honestly, I dreaded coming back each day because I will be a hard climb again.
Toilet seat mismatch. I wished the tub has a shower curtain.
The AC in the living room was not working well.
- Joseph (10/5): - Location is top. Staff is extremely responsive and helpful.
- TAMAZ (10/5): -
- Eric (10/5): Great location and property for families. - The property is gorgeous. Our stay was shorter and didn't really use the property to its full potential (hardly used kitchen) but think it would be wonderful for a longer stay (week or more). The washer/dryer is a nice way to pack light, but a little confusing for an American as it's an all-in-one unit and in Italian.
Location was ideal for reaching many destinations and taxi stand around the corner covered the rest and lots of great restaurants options within easy walking distance, etc. Check-in for us was a bit confusing but eventually got it figured out and was done in a timely manner despite that confusion. To be fair, I had some issues estimating our arrival time with the business of the airport/taxi lines, etc. so may have contributed to that confusion.
The washer and dryer is a nice addition to property but it was a little confusing for us as it's pretty different (and in Italian) from the units we have back home. Eventually figured it out with some help from google translate/chatGPT but a reference sheet with a few common options might be a helpful addition to the property.
- Kim (9/5): Great value for your money - The location was great! If I was staying for a few weeks or longer, this apartment would be perfect!! Better mattresses, more towels.
- Marc (6/5): Clean but noisy . Would have stayed again in October with my wife and another but I think not...Marc - Note enough towels. Ice tray stuck in the freezer. Not enough table lamps and a non-working floor lamp in the living room. We had to move table lamps from the bedroom to the living room as the beautifull cieling fixture is too bright...(needs a dimmer switch) QR code did'nt work, ( No Instructions),and we could not get the TV to operate. And the place could use a little more pictures on the walls to warm it up. The windows are not double pane or low-e and should be replaced as even with the shutters closed the street noise is extreemly load!
- Rachel (10/5): We had a great stay, the apartment was well located and very clean and comfortable. - We were met upon arrival and they were very kind and helpful and helped take our luggage to the apartment. They explained about the Wifi and all the appliances and recommended some lovely restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.
- Jonathan (10/5): Silvio was a very help full person 👍👍👌 - Everthing
- Bo (8/5): perfect location and huge rooms. - good location but noisy, huge rooms with complete facilities. noisy and the mattress is too soft. No cleaning during two nights' acocommodation.
- Yuki (7/5): There are some areas for improvement, but overall I was satisfied. - The location was very good. The room was spacious. There were kitchen facilities, a washing machine(laundry detergent) ,water and seasonings etc. They were very easy to use and convenient. There was only one key each for the outside entrance, the front door, and the power supply, and they couldn't be separated, which was very inconvenient. The shower space was small. The blanket was thin.I was a little cold when I went to bed. The only amenities were shampoo(shower gel). There was no soap for washing hands. No one showed up to check out and the office was not open so I didn't know what to do so I called on WhatsApp but I was worried.
- Rozanne (10/5): Perfect for family with teenagers. - We loved the location and the apartment for our family. It was central to all the famous sites and festivities. The apartment was perfect for us because it had all the necessities we desired if we want to cook and store food. We enjoyed having espresso every morning and also access to washing our laundry. We enjoyed being right in Piazza Madame and Navonna!
- Pavel (10/5): Super - Super place, accomodation. Fully acquipped flat, only positives. Close to all historicals places in beautiful Roma. Communication before accomodation was on high level. Incl arranging transport from/to the airport. Super! Thans Xxx
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional - Great location and apartment? Three flights up...
- Christiane (9/5): We loved our stay and will be back! - Excellent location
Super clean
Very spacious apartment
Professional & friendly check-in with host
- Dan (10/5): Very spacious, be prepared for stairs as property is on the 3rd floor. - It was a very convenient location with many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Lots of space, perfect for our family.
Host was very accommodating and even helped us with our bags up the stairs. He gave us recommendations on where to eat and directions to places. It was easy to find the location, but wasn’t sure how to get into the property. Called the host and he came down to meet us.
- Joanne (9/5): A perfect alternative to a hotel in an amazing location - Location superb. Large comfortable apartment. The host Silvio was great … nothing was too much trouble. I had a problem with my neck and he went out of his way to find a physiotherapist to come to the apartment to treat me. There are eight sets of stairs to get to the apartment which is a problem with large suitcases. Silvio was happy to help with the luggage.
- Ben (10/5): Perfect location, couldn’t have been better!!! Great hosts and size of apartment is brilliant. -
- Monica (10/5): Great stay with plenty of space in the heart of Rome. - Amazing location, facilities and spotlessly clean.
- Robert (9/5): I loved it. - The location was phenomenal. You couldn’t ask for better. Lots of room the beds are super comfortable. Lots of places to eat close by. My wife had a bit of a hard time with the stairs. It’s 60 steps to the property. Just keep that in mind.
- John (9/5): Superb -
- Rob (9/5): Very very good! - Host welcome and assistance with things like transfers, restaurant recommendations etc. Incredible location for visiting time. Secure. The extra bed in the kids room wasn’t that comfortable
- Mike (6/5): If you do not mind stairs, it is big, but impersonal. - Size and location Made us wait on street for over 10 minutes when trying to check in. Even though I communicated at all steps. Did not answer his phone or buzzer. He did help with some bags, (60 stairs) but rushed through info, said he had to leave and shorted me on change for city tax. Found multiple fake finger nails on kitchen floor, so cleaning is suspect. Both bathroom doors stuck horribly, difficult to move. Only one set of keys on two bedroom, AC had to turn completely off when you leave, rather than down. Always a sweatbox when you return. Plastic liner under the sheet made bed very uncomfortable.
- Richard (9/5): Superb -
- Gerald (10/5): A comfortable place to stay with family in Rome - Great property, furnishings, great location! Bottle of champagne in the frig was a nice touch. The property management addressed a couple issues we had well. We would recommend to stay here! The washer/dryer combo. machine did not work well and then broke and we had to find a laundry mat and pay that cost.
- Peter (8/5): Very good -
- Mckee (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (10/5): I would book this flat again - Exceptional location on the piazza di Navona and steps from Pantheon. Silvio and his son are gracious hosts and my two sons and wife loved this apartment.
- Buchynski (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful two bedroom apartment in a great location. There are stairs, they are manageable for able bodied people. We traveled with our 6 month old. The crib provided was safe (to Canadian standards). It was a bit loud, so our sound machine was necessary for our daughter. The manager helped us up with our luggage (there was a lot and it was heavy) also arranged our ride to the airport and helped us down to the van as well. We were all VERY happy with this suite. Thank you for hosting us. There were no facecloths or dishtowels and only one set of (oddly bulky) keys. WiFi was underwhelming and did not work most of the time.
- Khachatryan (9/5): Superb - Beautiful location, beautiful apartment
- Amanda (9/5): Had a great time in Rome. - Excellent location so central and well equipped in the kitchen. Lounge was very comfortable. Owner arranged taxi transfers too which was very helpful. Bathrooms had everything we needed but a shower curtain above the bath would be a nice option.
- Marko (10/5): Exceptional -
- Frank (10/5): Navona View enhanced the comfort and overall experience of a repeat trip to Rome. Superb location. - Location was superb for getting to sights, restaurants, all things for visitors. Easy to walk or catch buses. Facility was exceedingly spacious, much more than a suite or other short-term rentals we have used. Could benefit from a few waste baskets and tips on trash/recycling. We are fit in our 70's and were fine with using stairs to climb to third floor (ground floor is 0); others might have difficulty with stairs.
- Tessa (10/5): Perfect stay for two couples. I wish this was my home! - I loved the size and location! Honestly it was close to everything you needed! Plus it’s only a walk from Osteria da fortunata which is our favourite for carbonara! Nothing not to like! Besides the stairs but we like to exercise so it was absolutely fine
- Jane (10/5): A rare find! - Spacious corner apartment that is sun filled at all times of the day. Well ventilated and very comfortable beds!
- David (10/5): Exceptional - Extremely well located and spacious.
- Brian (10/5): Exceptional -
- Laurie (10/5): Had a lovely stay here in September. It was spacious and had everything we needed! - The location was amazing! There was nothing we didn’t love!
- Carolina (7/5): Good - Fabulous location literally around the corner from Piazza Navona. Very large rooms with lots of outside light. All rooms have AC and there is a clothes washer. On-site host Sergio was very helpful and moved our luggage in and out of the unit which was a big help cause the unit is on the 4th floor by American standards. WiFi was spotty which means the unit's fabulous gigantic TV worked sporadically. Biggest negative is that there is lots of late night and early morning street noise. Especially jarring was the truck that came early morning every morning to collect recycled glass. The crash of hundreds of bottles breaking woke us up each night.
- Lizette (10/5): Great place to stay in Rome - Everything is good in this place. Location is close to everything. From landmarks, restaurants, grocery store. The place is very spacious, high ceilings, and clean. Good communication with Gino. I will stay here again. Highly recommended. None.
- Scott (8/5): Very good -
- Anonymous (6/5): Location is great but wouldn’t stay again. - First, the location of this property cannot be beat. It’s steps away from piazza navona and the pantheon. Lots of restaurants and shops at your fingertips as well. Also, the apartment is very large and spacious which was great. Washer dryer was great and the apartment was pretty clean too. There were 4 AC units so it was comfortable from temp standpoint. Sadly for us, it wasn’t ideal for traveling with a baby. As many others have mentioned, the stairs were tough with all the luggage. It was mentioned they would help with bags but no one helped us. Check in was with someone else that the host sent and she pretty much gave the keys and left. There were no linens in the kitchen at all so for us to wash babies things was challenging. Also no other extra linens, just two bath towels and two hand towels. The crib they provided was awful and I was nervous to let my baby sleep in it. I even checked beforehand about the crib and they promised it was safe. The street noise here is a LOT. You’re in the thick of everything so obviously there is a lot of foot traffic but you can hear everything inside the apartment even with all windows closed. I don’t think I would have cared as much if it was just me and my husband but with the baby, I wish I would have known. Oh and lastly, the entrance to the building smells AWFUL. Others have mentioned as well but that’s where the trash is so your first impression when you get there isn’t pleasant.
I think the host was out of town while we were there so unfortunately we didn’t have the same experience as some of the others have mentioned.
- Majlinda (9/5): Apartment is in a great location and super spacious. - Very nice location and very spacious apartment with an amazing living room, huge smart tv and comfy leather sectional.
There are quite a few stairs to get to the third floor, however for us it is not a big deal as a matter of fact it helps with burning all those calories from eating gelato every day. The garbage bags are collected right by the main front door, which makes it not so pleasant when this is the first thing you see when opening the main building door.

- David (10/5): Exceptional - Very spacious
Perfect location
Extremely clean
Great communication
- Vasile (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sylvain (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mary (9/5): As advertised and would recommend - I would definitely recommend this luxury apartment. The apartment is very large, has a lot of space, lots of storage space, 2 bathrooms, the living area is very large with a huge tv and sofa which include recliners, very large kitchen, fully equipped. Laundry facilities are a bonus. Decor is very nice. Sylvio was a nice host, who offered to carry our bags and provided us with an orientation of the area, amenities and restaurant recommendations. Q bottle of prosecco and water are left in the refrigerator for guests. We loved it. It is on the 3rd floor without an elevator but it's worth the climb. The host offered to carry our bags up to the apartment.
The washer/dryer combo is not ideal, the washer is fine, but the drying cycle takes a long time, but there are clothes racks to hang clothes on.
- Edson (9/5): Superb - Excellent location and service No lift for my grandparents. It was hard for them to go up 3 floors of stairs
- Paik (10/5): Exceptional -
- Polina (10/5): will definitely come back))) - everything was great stairs🤫
- Nadine (9/5): Superb - Location was great. Very friendly and helpful host No elevator but worth the short climb up
- Derek (10/5): Excellent apartment in a perfect location. - excellent location, assistance received when needed, very comfortable. towels were a bit thin and sparse (we were there for 6 days) and tv only had Netflix in English, no other channels available.
- Josh (10/5): Great stay in a easy and comfortable location. - This property was in a fantastic location - it was well stocked, well taken care of and had a ton of room. Our stay here was fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
- Saegorge (10/5): Excellent 😊 - Perfect location. it is very spacious and close to most tourist attractions, restaurants and bar. everything was good.
- Omar (9/5): Superb - best location in Rome and very big space
- Jet-setter (10/5): This is an exceptional luxury apartment of size and location, with fantastic kitchen facilities. -
- Susan (10/5): I would highly recommend Navona View as a base to explore Rome. - Very spacious, the recliners were wonderful to relax in after a day of sightseeing! The location was unbeatable. Right next to the Piazza Navona and within easy walking distance to the Vatican City, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, and even the Colosseum.
- Brian (10/5): Perfect spot for us, had a great time, host very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again - very large spaces, great location
- Justin (7/5): Good -
- Irvine (8/5): Very good -
- Anonymous (9/5): Superb - The location is amazing The actual apartment is clean and spacious. The owners are very helpful. We found cold water and Prosecco waiting for us in the fridge.
