• DANIELA (1/5): Très mauvaise expérience! Fuyez! - L'emplacement. L'appartement était sale à notre arrivée, malgré le fait que nous avons annoncé au propriétaire notre heure d'arrivée (17h) avec une semaine à l'avance. Donc, nous avons du attendre dehors encore pour 2h afin que l'appartement soit nettoyé. Ne vous fiez pas à la description faite par le propriétaire concernant les équipements. Il n'y a pas ni de machine à laver, ni de sèche linge, ni de l'équipement à repasser,. La cuisine est très mal équipée. La télé est une blague, elle a la taille d'un petit moniteur d'ordinateur. Pas de produit de toilette (seulement un peu de savon liquide). Pour un séjour de 6 nuits, nous avons eu qu'un seul set de serviettes. En plus, elles étaient sales, avec des traces de mascara. Les oreillers de très mauvaise qualité. L'appartement est très mal isolé à l'intérieur, nous avons entendu tous les bruits de voisinage en dessus. Tout l'appartement a besoin d'une vraie renovation. La propriétaire est de très mauvaise fois et malpolie.. Elle ne veut pas nous envoyer la facture du sejour. En plus, elle a déclaré que nous ne nous sommes pas présentés et n'avons pas séjourné dans l'appartemnt. C'est frauduleux ! Fuyez cette location, ce n'est pas du tout le rêve que la propriétaire vante!

Appartamento molto bello e spazioso. La proprietaria molto gentile e accetta animali, cosa non scontata. Niente
• Gyongyver Alma (10/5): - Jó elhelyezkedésű (5 perc sétára a piros metróvonaltól), jó stílusban berendezett, jól felszerelt és tiszta szállás. Légkondi használata nélkül is kellemes hőmérséklet volt június közepén. A szállásadó rugalmas volt, órákkal a hivatalos check-in előtt lehettük a lakásban a táskáinkat. -

• Monika (10/5): Fantastic stay - The accommodation is 40 minutes on foot from the Colosseum. Great restaurants nearby (Il Ritrivo San Giovanni), and the best ice cream shop in Rome (Rivareno Gelato). The apartment is in a quiet street, so I slept like a log. I shared the apartment with a colleague, who took the couch in the living-room. Since there is a short hallway between the living room and the bedroom from which the bathroom opens, separated with doors on both sides, we both had our privacy. My colleague came back usually late at night, but I heard nothing in the bedroom. Host was extremely responsive. When I go back to Rome next time, first I will check for sure whether this place is available.

• Marta (8/5): Great location, good conditions, great value for money. - Amazing location, 2mins walk from the apartment to the underground; the host was super attentive and it was great value for money. The photos are true to what you get! The building is quite old, so the internal walls are thin and you can hear everything from the other apartments/communal areas of the building. The apartment itself is really good and you can see it had work done, we couldn’t hear any noise from the street but we could hear the other neighbours clearly.
• Mileta (9/5): Clean and comfortable - A nice apartment for a family. We got more than we expected - washing machine, dryer, dishwasher - could be very convenient for a longer stay. Very clean. Great location - public transport, cafes and restaurants. Smooth communication with the host. I would only recommend a stronger WiFi.
• Paul (9/5): A family of three, we had a lovely stay in this apartment, enjoying easy access to the many sights (and flavours) of Rom - The apartment is in a great location, a two minute walk to the metro and with shops, restaurants and bars all just moments away. There was plenty of room (my teenage son used the sofa bed), all the facilities we needed, and everything was safe and secure. It was easy to find and the host provided remote access and was contactable via WhatsApp, with rapid replies. We walked to the Colosseum our first day, it took about 30 minutes. on subsequent days we took the metro a few stops. Everything was fine.
