• GEMSEVILLA (10/5): Alojamiento recomendable por su limpieza y ubicación - Nuestra estancia en este apartamento de la Via Cavour fue fantástica. Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente técnico, pero la comunicación fue inmediata: el equipo estuvo atento en todo momento y lo resolvieron de forma rápida y muy satisfactoria. El apartamento es cómodo, limpio y está perfectamente ubicado para visitar Roma a pie. Totalmente recomendable por su gestión y hospitalidad. Nada
• Sofia (9/5): - Apartamento com ótimas condições ao lado da estação de metro Cavour. Perto do Coliseu e de outros pontos. O apartamento está totalmente renovado. Apesar das janelas terem sido trocadas ouve se muito barulho durante toda a noite da rua
• JOSE LUIS (10/5): - La situación, esta cerca del metro y de una zona tranquila para comidas y tomar algo, además de supermercados, etc.. junto al coliseo. Esta recien arreglado y nos dejaron llegar un poco antes de la hora, muy amable. Quizas algo de ruido por el trafico de la calle.

• Warakoon (9/5): Large room, clean, comfortable with a nice location to train station (Termini), easy access to Metro - Very convenient location for visiting historical site. Room is large and comfortable. Very minor point. The second door is a little hard to open but manageable.

• Bjanka (10/5): - Everything in the facility was tailored to the guest and their needs when they come for a few days. I was personally impressed by the hair dryer because it also had a diffuser, curly women will understand me completely! You don't even have to think about an umbrella because there are enough for several people in the apartment :). Daniele was very quick to answer our questions, he is very available. The only thing I can say that is not as brilliant as everything else, is the very noisy street that the windows overlook. I, who have trouble sleeping, thought it would bother me, but Rome is so wonderful and exhausting to walk and explore, that even my sleep was good. So, as negative as it might be, this time I won't consider it a minus... if you close the windows, it's quite bearable (I didn't :) )
• Javier (10/5): Great location, helpful host and excellent flat to stay in - Located next to Colosseum and roman ruins, Danielle the host was super responsive and helpful in whatsapp, very well kept, quiet and decent flat. I defo recommend and would stay again! very minor details like the lift being a bit small and there being some steps to the flat but nothing major. We had a very good stay!

Nos había dejado 1l de zumo, medio litro de leche, café, té, azúcar y cosas para desayunar al menos el primer día, además de una botella de agua de 1,5l que viene muy bien, aunque el agua del grifo se puede beber, está buena. Todo un detallazo. Una cama de matrimonio y un sofá cama en el que durmió el peque que era bastante cómodo. También es cierto que toallas nos dejó bastantes, lo cual se agradece sobre todo por la época en la que fuimos que hace tanto calor que nos duchávamos dos veces al día. Todo perfecto.

He received us with a bottle of wine, juice, and other complements. There are a lot of restaurants close by, markets, very close to the colosseum, Fontana de Trevi, and Termini train station. Would absolutely recommend this place! Nothing to add.

• Marharytach (10/5): Excellent apartment! - If I could rate this apartment with "11" I would do as it's one of the best I've ever stayed! Daniele is very nice host, he met us as soon as we arrived and was at our disposal during the whole time of stay. We were also allowed to do an early check-in which is highly appreciated. Apartment is completely new and you can find there absolutely everything you need, there was also a welcome package: prosecco, juice, milk, biscuits etc which was a nice surprise. Location is very convenient as from one side it's close to supermarkets/restaurants/metro/Termini railway station and from other side Colosseum and other main sightseeings are within walking distance. Next time when I will be in Rome I will definitely stay in this apartment again.

Apartment is perfectly located, 5min walk to the colosseum, roman forum and excellent eateries. There is a wonderful pastry shop downstairs and a deli type Supermarket opposite. The metro station is just across the road too. The Apartment itself was clean, well equipped and the air con was very.. VERY welcome! The bed was so comfortable and the shower was lovely. There is a lift in the building which is perfect for transporting cases up and down when arriving departing...or just after a long day of exploring! The Welcome gifts were well received after a long day of travelling. Overall, Daniele was a fantastic host, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment to my friends and would absolutely return.
