• Balreena Kaur (10/5): Amazing! will stay again - Amazing host ! Very helpful. Location is like a 10 min walk from train station. Nearby family mart. Theres an amazing coffee shop in the neighborhood named “ROCA” insta: ROCACOFFEEROASTERS . For this rooms you need to make the bed urslf, not hard at all. And also for kitchen supply they give everything needed bowls pans everything. The view of the hotel at balcony is superr pretty . The toilet is amazing , the shower is okay not big not that small , got a small tub . Also provide washing machine . Overall perfect i will stay here again. THANKYOU❤️

• Roman (4/5): Avoid room 101 if not traveling solo. - The location is nice. This is the second time I stayed at this property. The first time was great, this time, not so much. Room 101 is advertised as a room with a double bed for 2 people. It is a glorified hallway. Bed too small to fit both of us comfortably, not enough space to properly lay out the futon when there isn't enough space to store the luggage. The shower offers no real privacy, there isn't a bathroom with a sink where you can take your clothes off first, you have to get naked in the hallway and walk straight into the shower from a narrow corridor that also houses the kitchen area and the sink. This room is the same price but significantly smaller in size.
• Agne (3/5): Avoid it if you can - Good communication. Nice, safe and local neighbourhood. There is 0 space once the bed is made. Nowhere to open your big check in luggage - literally. It was not clean - the bed mattress and pillow had so many stains, bathroom bin was full from other travellers, there was other people hair in the bathroom. Though no insects or visible bugs in the apartment. The sheets were clearly washed but still visibly stained from so many uses. The main light switch behind the microwave - took forever to find it. The room was too cold at night.
• Andrew (1/5): Completely and utterly misleading and deceptive. - Location and Price No hotel staff, room smaller than photos, advertised as twin share when there is only one single bed and no room to roll out the bedding kit supplied. Very misleading and disappointing. Shouldn't be advertised as a hotel or twin share.

Pensez à amener de la lessive…. Quartier à peu près calme. Un konbini est à 3 mn à pied. Serrure électronique défectueuse pour mon logement 202. Il a fallu récupérer les clés de secours dans la boîte aux lettres. Même mésaventure pour le logement 203 le 13 novembre pour un couple d’asiatique…. Une grosse flaque d’eau devant l’entrée de mon logement. Cause ? Code wifi indisponible, il a fallu encore le réclamer. Le plus gros problème, est la saleté du logement et surtout du sol . Le ménage est-il fait, j’ai des doutes. Taches sur le sol, le frigo et la machine à laver. J’ai gardé des photos en guise de preuves. J’ai du donc nettoyer le frigo et la machine à laver et passer l’aspirateur plusieurs fois…. Rien de prévu pour nettoyer le sol. Pourtant on paye pour le ménage…. J’ai laissé pour les locataires suivants de la lessive, deux parapluies et du désinfectant intérieur Febreze. Le logement est à plus de 20 mn à pied de la Skytree.

• Eric Jed (9/5): - This was a lot better than I expected. Thought it was too small but when I got there, the small space was very optimal for a solo traveller. It was clean and almost everything that I need are there. The washing machine and oven heater meant a lot. Location was very quiet. I never met any other human being in that building during the full week I was there. 😁 my nightly sleep was perfect. 7 eleven was just a quick 3 minute walk outside. Further you will get a great view by the Sumida River. * I hope they gave higher amount of shower gel. * more towels would be nice but you got a washing machine so its fine * I think they could just remove the TV monitor there. Not needed these days and it takes space * A bit pricy but perhaps its only because its in Tokyo + autumn season

• Rafik (2/5): Catastrophique : Logement minuscule, sale, équipements dysfonctionnels ! - Rien. 1. Logement loin des transports. 2. Accès compliqué : de nombreux codes inutiles, explications pas claires. 3. Logement très très minuscule. Le canapé est très petit, même pour un homme de petite taille 170 cm, il n’était pas possible de dormir allongé. Ce n’est pas un lit, mais un canapé convertible difficile à ouvrir et pas du tout confortable. Il n’y a pas de place pour les valises. La pièce est très petite : canapé imposant, table et chaises imposantes. Aucun espace pour bouger. 4. Le ménage n’a visiblement pas été fait avant mon arrivée : sol sale, poussière… 5. Linge très sale : draps pas lavés : tâches, poiles… taies d’oreiller très sales. La literie n’a pas été changée ! C’est scandaleux. 6. Télévision défectueuse : télé commandé qui ne marche pas, le son ne fonctionne pas, la télécommande n’est pas fonctionnelle. 7. Le climatiseur fuit. J’ai eu de l’eau sur ma tête pendant que j’étais posé. 8. Le wifi n’est pas automatiquement donné ! Si vous ne le demandez pas, vous ne l’aurez pas. 9. Communication pas efficace : j’ai eu de nouveaux draps seulement 4 jours après. Pas de solutions proposées lorsque j’ai exposé ces problèmes au propriétaire !
• Kevin (5/5): - Je suis resté 2 mois pour plus de 2500€. A mon arrivée le ménage n'avait pas été fait, tout était très sale. Il leurs a fallu 2 jours pour nettoyer, j'ai du payer un hôtel durant ce temps ( il ne m'ont pas rembourser mais m'ont "offert" le prix du nettoyage alors que ça aurait dû être fait avant mon arrivée) et à mon retour, tout était encore sale ( pas autant qu'à mon arrivée mais très sale) Je ne recommande vraiment pas.

• Anna-Lena (7/5): Für 1 Woche war es voll ok, auch mit 2 Personen. - Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber hat gut funktioniert. Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Bildern, es gab eine Waschmachine und eine kleine Küchenzeile. Man muss aber bedenken, dass kaum Platz ist, wenn das Sofa ausgezogen ist! Es funktionierte aber alles. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Unter dem Sofa war sehr viel Staub, auf den Laken und dem Sofa waren fremde Haare, ebenso auf dem Boden. Wir hatten einen Staubsauger, damit haben wir es dann weggemacht.

Апартаменты выглядят свежо и как новые. Спасибо 😁 Заселение было два человека. Рекомендую заселение в таких маленьких апартаментах одному! Но мы это знали за ранее. Было не достаточно полотенцев. На одного человека было одно маленькое полотенце- для тела, лица, головы и попы. Это не гигиена. И не было достаточно постельного белья. Например- на одного человека было две подушки но одна наволочка, одна простынь и один пододеяльник. Мы были 16ть дней.
• reina (5/5): 浴槽がほしかった！ - スタッフの丁寧な対応が凄く良かったです。 冷蔵庫も大きめ、食器、洗濯機、洋服ハンガーなどは揃っています。トイレットペーパーも数はありました。 ベットの寝心地は良かったです。ゴミはいつでも出せるし、外に出るとスカイツリーが真正面に見えるし、コインランドリーも200mの所にあるのが良かったです。 浴槽がないシャワータイプでした。シャワーのみといった表記がほしかったです。他の部屋も見ていたので予想外でした。テレビは地デジが見れません。3週間の滞在だったのでキツかったです。3週間滞在でもアメニティは2.3日分しかなかった。洗濯洗剤も2日分、日用品の補充は無いので、シャワーのとこや、流し台の替えのネットなどないのが残念でした。

• Kukky (8/5): Valuable - Staff is very quick response when i ask for help. The room is cozy and fit for 1 people. Location is a bit far from station but safe. All facilities are valuable. Very close to 7-11 and you can see sky tree view from balcony. No cover blanket and too small towel but i feel safe and comfortable when i stayed in Sumida Dias.
• Khoo (7/5): Good - The room was very well equiped with a lot of facilities provided and prepared. The location was quiet as it's inside resident area. The room was cozy and nice. The sofa bed was a bit broken makes it hard to pull out, and the area above the fridge was not so clean.

• Naomi (7/5): Good - Quiet location with easy access to the train and sights in Tokyo. Really enjoyed the neighbourhood. Host was responsive when contacted with a question about the hot water heater. Bed was surprisingly comfortable (but very little space left in the room for bags/luggage as the table, chairs, clothes rack and tv had to be reshuffled around the room - they dont fold and you are not allowed to place anything on balcony.) Not very clean- toilet seat was dirty, dust and grime in corners of rooms. Collecting keys and using the hot water heater was a bit challenging and took some time to figure out.

• Krista (5/5): Tiny tokyo apartment - We intentionally chose the location as it was further from the core of tokyo, so we did enjoy being in a quiet and whimsical neighborhood. The bathroom is also good size and nice shower. It was good to have a balcony, with view of Skytree lit up at night. Boiling hot even with the AC on. The bed was a single, so 2 people sharing was Snug. We ended up one of us on the ground with extra duvet. The photos are deceptive in how small the space is.

• Elizabeth (5/5): Passable - The bathroom was clean and shower pressure was good. The room seemed relatively clean (the refrigerator could have used a wipe-out). The location is an obviously residential neighborhood, and a little walk from the station, but it is a pretty good location for getting to a variety of tourist areas and to and from both airports. There is a laundry machine (no dryer) and small detergent packets were provided. There could have been more hangers (for towels in the bathroom and drying clothes). Air conditioner was good. Our room did not have Wi-Fi information posted anywhere. I called the number provided and was given the wrong password. This started a series of text messages first through booking.com and later through email asking me to do the exact same things (reset the router, try the info on the router, try the QR code on the router) and when none of that worked either time I was asked to do it, finally they figured out the password had been incorrect the whole time. This was 48 hours into a 4 night stay. Also we were never able to get the TV to turn on. I mentioned that in my messages and they asked me to buy new batteries for the remote (and did offer to reimburse me). We ended up just not using the TV. In any case, the TV doesn't get any Japanese TV channels (you can use your own Netflix or Amazon accounts, and YouTube), so if you're looking to check out some local TV, this is not the place. There was a sofa bed and it was pulled out and made when we arrived, so we thought we could just sleep like that, but it wasn't pulled out fully, so we spent the first night with our feet hanging off the end. If it seems short try extending the frame (but if you're really tall it might still be short). I get that this is not a full service accommodation, but especially because they do not have someone on-site (or even nearby who can drop off some batteries), I feel like they should take extra care to make sure basic things like the Wi-Fi and TV are working. In our communication there was a lot of please and thank you, but we were several messages in before there was any kind of apology for the various inconveniences. Also, only one key is provided, so if you are traveling with more than one person it might be difficult to do separate activities.

• Khulan (9/5): Place is in a walking distance from Tokyo Sky Tree. The neighborhood was sweet but not a lot of fun activities to do aro - The place was so sweet and clean. Everything was well thought. Linens, towels, sanitary products. Loved our time there. What is liked the most was not having to talk to a person. Self check in<3 Place was a little small but considering the price all was reasonable.

• Aiden (9/5): Superb - Outside of the busiest parts of Tokyo, not a far walk to any of the train stations (11mins), konbinis and grocery stores nearby Photos make it seem bigger then it is but still very comfortable for two with smaller luggage
• Genie (8/5): The place was clean, quiet and cozy. Further, it is close to senso-Ji temple and Tokyo Skytree. - The cleanliness. The peace. The location which is near to Hikifune station. Smaller than how it looks in the picture but still acceptable .

• Chie (3/5): Frustrated guest - Near Tokyo Sky Tree Small room, very tight kitchen, no room for luggage, no room for slippers, and it is too cold for bare feet. Broken Rice cooker, tried to ask for a replacement but it took me too many messages to the host, and still, nobody checked my status and issue personally until I left home for PH. I stayed 10 nights but I was not happy at all with the kind of hospitality they showed to me. Not recommended for long stays.Not even to couples. The shower is so small that I always bump my elbows on the wall.If you stay long,you have to buy your garbage bag as they do not prefer extra.
• Oleksandr (5/5): Passable - Location close to popular tourist sites. Quiet place. The apartment is tiny. The couch is suited for short people under 170 cm.

• Kana (7/5): Good - Seven eleven was very cloth. Quite far from the train (metro) stations. The room seemed very clean when I enter but there is many long hairs was everywhere and on the sofa bed too. So first I have to do was do the vacuum. The room was very tiny if with big suite case will be difficult to open it.

• Bianca (7/5): Good apartment for one person and short stays - The location is really good! Close to the Tokyo Skytree and about 10 minutes walk from the train station. And there is a supermarkt and two conbinis close to the apartment. Laundry machine :) Perfect! Size of the apartment is ok for one person. Easy Checkin Not really clean :( You are sleeping on an expandable sofa and have to build the „bed“ by yourself. Once the bed is built you don’t have enough space for anything. On the sofa were many crumbs I had to remove first. The floor was full of dust and crumbs too.
• Adina (8/5): Good value for money - The place had a separate bathroom with a washing machine which was useful. You need your own detergent and there's a laundromat 3 minutes away in the same street to dry them out. Also there's a closet in the hallway and a balcony where we could store our things and suitcase, so that the room itself could feel bigger. The studio was very clean. While the neighborhood is far from the known touristic places, I found it very nice and calm. You can walk 20 minutes to the closest Tokyo metro station Asakusa. (There are other stations around but not from the Tokyo metro) Like everyone said I was surprised to see that the bed was single. We had to use the futon that was provided since we were 2. A small extendable couch would be much better for the space. The furniture does take up a lot of space but we reorganized the table and chairs to have more moving space in the room. Also we received ~20 individual soap, conditioner and body wash, like at the hotel, for the 7 days of the stay. It would make more sense to just add big bottles in the bathroom. It would be more convenient and easier to use.
• Suree (8/5): Very good - Not too far from the train station. The room was a bit smaller than the pictures show.

• Baatarsuren (4/5): Disappointing - Compact and clean. Staffs were not good. Instructions were wrong and not accurate.
• 킴 (7/5): Good - It was good to have a washing machine microwave, a kettle, and a bath in the hotel. The size of the accommodation is also very good for me alone. As soon as I entered the room on the first day, there were so many clumps of hair and dust in the room, and I was sleeping with a blanket and something like a flea ran around.And it's uncomfortable because it's 30 minutes round trip from the station.. The facility itself is good, but a few things are unfortunate.
• Sydney (7/5): Decent Budget Option - Good location (near Tokyo SkyTree), and overall decent budget option. Clean. Awkward room layout, and it is on the first floor with the window facing the outside with the light on throughout the night.
• Aparna (3/5): Poor - The room provided to us was too small we could barely move around ,it was jam packed to stay with luggage
• Joanne (8/5): Compact but well appointed - Although compact, it had everything I needed. I would have liked to be able to lock the screen door so I could leave the glass door open at night for fresh air.
• Mary (10/5): Okay - Clean The room is very small,well i heard its normal in Tokyo
• Gazi (6/5): 6/10 might rent again. - It had a good location next to the Tokyo skytree with modern facilities. Shower clogged on the first day and it is small for two people to live in.
• Chiara (7/5): Good - The apartment is nice, well located and clean. But we had only a single bed even if we booked for 2 persons. And we did not have the right password for the WiFi.

• Anonymous (5/5): budget friendly with amenities, but also cramped and located a sizeable distance from the city - good facilities apartment was not cleaned properly - hair found in multiple places, stains on bathroom floor. impossible to contact property manager; there were no password details left for the wifi so I was unable to use it for the 7 days i stayed. incredible tiny space especially once you’ve set up the fold out couch.
