- Anna (10/5): - Absolutely loved my stay at Heiss Hotel. The bed was heavenly and honestly the best pillows I’ve ever slept on. The room was spotless and perfectly maintained. The pool felt like paradise, the breakfast buffet was excellent with nothing to complain about, and the gym was also outstanding. The people at the reception were incredibly kind and helpful, and I also had an amazing massage and facial during my stay. The food is a bit more expensive, but that’s quite normal for El Poblado. I truly enjoyed this gift to myself for my birthday, it was exactly the relaxing and luxurious experience I needed. Would have loved a bette conditionar and some lotion in the rooms. Thats really the only feedback I can think of

- Carla Jane (7/5): Little haven in Medellin at Heiss Hotel - Great little hotel close to restaurants & bars. The gym we went to is right on the block the hotel is too. The staff are so wonderful, every single one we met was delightful. No complaints at all about anything. Honestly no complaints but for those booking would be good to know that Rooms are quite small, beds are small too and not the absolute comfiest, the pillows also didn’t have much fluff in them but there is a pillow menu.. I just need a medium and there was none in between.

- Oriana (9/5): Muy buena ubicación en Poblado - Su ubicación es muy buena en Poblado, está cerca de muchos sitios turísticos y restaurantes. Se nota que es un hotel nuevo, tiene varios restaurantes para comer, incluso azotea. Lo único es que las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas, pero si vas por pocos días está perfecto.

- Holenka (9/5): Increible - Llegue y la señorita de recepción bien amable nos recibieron con una bebida de cortesia muy rica y refrescante lo cual se agradece luego del largo viaje. El hotel muy limpio el cuarto limpio la television es smart se puede ver youtube lo cual se agradece teniendo un niño pequeño. La piscina calientita y hermosa terraza. Un agradecimiento especial al chico de la piscina siempre amable y preocupado por nosotros. Los vigilantes tambien super amables y preocupados por nosotros. La amabilidad el buen trato la limpieza la comodidad la piscina en el último piso todo exelente estoy muy agradecida.

- Nicole (9/5): Fabulous location on the edge of a vibrant city - Hotel amenities were excellent with roof top bar, gym, swimming pool and cafes / restaurants situated on the complex. Staff were friendly and helpful and allowed us to leave our bags behind reception when we arrived before check in. Hotel bar / cafe was on the more expensive side. No fault of the hotel, but one guest experienced an attempt to snatch her phone from her hand by passing traffic at the hotel entrance.

- Jessica (4/5): Fine for solo travelers but bring ear plugs - It was close to nightlife and decent restaurants. The staff was nice and attentive. The room had a good balcony with a view of the city. The rooms were value engineered so there were no separate bathrooms. If I was traveling with a friend or a relative, it would have been a problem because there's no way to shower without being seen naked by whoever else is in the room. It's also too small for the luggage of more than one person. You can also hear EVERYTHING, the TV or music of your neighbors, a child crying down the hallway...

Todo cierra muy temprano para ser zona turística. No nos gusto que en el momento de la limpieza, al volver mi novia no encontró un enchinador que había dejado en el tocador, de marca shiseido. Es algo caro pero igual no esperas volver y que ya no esté.

Al tomar tours iba notando hoteles en similares relaciones de precio mejor ubicados y en calles muy más bonitas. No estaba mal la ubicación del Heiss pero si se sentía un poco el contraste. El personal encargado del buffet en algunos momentos se percibían como malhumorados

- Santiago (4/5): Not what I expected. Location and views are beautiful though. - Location. Quality was disappointing. Noisy (thin doors and walls), low pression shower, room was not perfectly clean, bed was too short (my partner is 1,90 tall, his feet were on the edge of the bed), no black tea or plant-based milk at breakfast, no phone in the rooms to call the reception (only reacheable through Whatsapp) - one day there was only one big towel in the room (we were 2 guests). No parking. There is a parking lot not far though called "Manila". A partnership with them would be ideal for travellers with car.

- Ligia (8/5): - The building rooms small they squeezed 175 rooms but they all have great balconies with great view mine The lobby restaurants bar are to expose it is hard to drink wine in a breeze place I was cold the 3 nights I stayed there, after coming from tours wanted to drink in better ambience also the restaurant had regeton music terrible taste of music.. - Isabelle (10/5): - Wir sind aufgrund einer unerwarteten Verschiebung eines Anschlussflugs bereits früh am Morgen im Hotel angekommen. Wir wollten einchecken und das Gepäck deponieren, durften dann aber sogar direkt ins Zimmer weil es frei war. Wir waren sehr glücklich darüber, vielen Dank. So konnten wir duschen und nochmal ein wenig schlafen. Das Zimmer war super ausgestattet und hatte alles was wir brauchten. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Coole Rooftop Bar mit leckeren Drinks und Snacks. Frühstück mit grossem Buffet war fantastisch.
