• Catelijne (10/5): Ik zou hier wel willen wonen! - Het appartement is werkelijk van alle gemakken voorzien: een volledig ingerichte keuken, wasmachine en droger, fijne bedden en keurige badkamer. Het is bovenal heel sfeervol en met veel oog voor detail door de eigenaar zelf ingericht. Heel chique en keurig onderhouden. Het terras is wat rumoerig door het geluid van voorbijrijdend verkeer. Binnen heb je daar geen enkele last van.

• Hamida khatia (10/5): Perfect ! I would come again with my family - It was a lovely layout, well decorated and very clean ! Everything was perfect, great location and on the main road but without the noise of the passing cars :)
• Julia (8/5): Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung, aber sehr laut - Gut geschnittene Wohnung. Gut ausgestattet. Gute Anbindung zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Rolläden an allen Fenstern. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Air Condition in allen Räumen. Sehr, sehr laut. Selbst mit geschlossenen Fenstern konnten wir kaum einschlafen. Der Straßenlärm ist allgegenwärtig. Dass man die Kurtaxe in bar bei der Nachbarin abgeben musste statt dass es im Preis inkludiert wird war doof, denn wer hat heutzutage Bargeld dabei? Die Kopfkissen waren sehr hart.

• Manish (10/5): Wonderful Stay - The apartment was located just a 5 minutes walk from the tram station that was just three stops away from the Main train station. The host, Mr. Graziano was present precisely at the time of my arrival and even offered me and early check in. He was truly helpful in every possible manner and helped us by answering to any querry immediately and provided anything, that was required/ personally. The apartment was modern, had all facilities in good condition. It was really clean, nicely designed and comfortable in all respects. We truly had a comfortable stay at this property and would like to come back again. Thanks Mr. Graziano for playing a good host. Nothing as such.

• Olha (9/5): Great apartment! - Everything was perfect, the Airbnb was clean, big and not far away from the central station. The communication was also very fast and easy. Im a light sleeper and for me it was to loud from the outside, because the apartment are going to the main street with a lot of traffic and city trains.
• Andreja (10/5): Exceptional - The host welcomed us pleasantly, is available and happy to answer all questions. The app is 3 minutes from the tram station and in 5-6 stops you are in the center of Florence. Everything you need is nearby.
• Yayati (10/5): Exceptional Stay!!! - The property is exceptional! It's exactly as shown in the pictures. The rooms are big, clean and well furnished. The kitchen is absolutely beautiful. Large cooking space with all the utensils, huge double door fridge, dish cleaner etc. Got a lovely balcony with sound proof doors and automated security shutters. The check in process was very smooth. The host is very helpful and goes out of the way to help you with local recommendations. All in all it was a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend to all. Nothing not to like.

• Tricia (10/5): Amazing!!! Totally one of the cleanest and comfiest property and accommodating owner as well - Everything. The entire property is clean, easy to locate, quiet, and comfortable. You can stay at home and not do anything but relax. None, there’s nothing to like.

The appliances are top (I would love to have their washing machine at home :p), exceptionally well located (the city center is very easily reachable by tram, lots of supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants near by).

• Vanessa (10/5): A wonderful apartment a 10 minute tram ride from the city centre - The apartment was wonderful. Very close to the tram stop. The trams run frequently and quickly into the city centre (we found the buses elsewhere in Florence a bit erratic). The apartment had great air conditioning and all the facilities were super. There is a supermarket a 10 minute walk away and a lovely cafe about 2-3 minutes away. It was nice to be away from the centre of town, but be able to get into the main sites quickly and easily. The apartment is on quite a busy road, but it didn’t disturb me ( I am a very light sleeper). Graziano met us at the apartment. He messaged to see how we were getting on during our stay and very pleasant and friendly. We were able to contact him easily if needed. I would definitely recommend this apartment and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had no issues while we were there.
• Luke (10/5): Stunning, modern, comfortable and cool apartment in a great location for an amazing price - Graziano was so helpful and prompt in his communication with me right from the beginning. Everything I asked, he answered almost immediately, with concern. He met us upon arrival at the property, handed us the keys, gave us some advice to do with the area and even set up an extra bed for us as soon as we asked. The place was utterly stunning, everything was so modern, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, had more than we needed (including the coffee machine). Having a balcony was great. The bathroom/shower was perfect. The effective air conditioning was an absolute godsend too as it was in the mid 30s when we were there. Beds were so comfortable. It's only a short tram into everything, and we were grand to walk home at night. We even spent a couple of nights at home with some wine/ a few spritz, watching movies on the TV (which has all the streaming services necessary). I'm still in disbelief that we got this apartment at the price we had it at to be honest. The nicest place I have ever stayed on holidays. Grazie Graziano! Literally nothing, no complaints whatsoever :)
