The property is slightly out of town but easily walkable, the path is not super well lit at night and there is no sidewalk into town but I walked it many times and had no issues. It is a guest house on a property and is nice and quiet at night, very peaceful. The host let me use the washing machine for free and there was a clothes line to dry your clothes. Playa negro is a 3 min walk from the property so it’s very easy to visit the beach! I appeared that I was the first guest who had stayed since being opened for the season. It needed a good deep clean as there was grime on the toilet and sinks. There appeared to be mold on the shower curtain. Once it gets a good deep clean, it will be a lovely place to stay!
