• Rushantha (7/5): Overall, it was a nice stay. Not disappointed. - Overall, it was a nice stay. We were there for only two days, as we had other plans afterward. We wish we could have stayed much longer. The property had pretty much all the basic facilities we needed. Owner(Udara) was quick to respond to queries. Multiple outdoor security cameras (approximately six) were present around the property; this was not clearly disclosed prior to booking, and the welcome book only vaguely stated they were “for security” without explaining monitoring, response, or guest privacy protections. The Booking.com listing stated a maximum capacity of 12 adults, with pricing based on our booked number of guests (4 adults and 3 children), and did not indicate that bedroom or bedding availability would be reduced unless full capacity was paid for; for our 7-guest booking, the booking page/receipt showed three large double beds and two bunk beds, however after booking we were advised that not all advertised beds/bedrooms would be set up unless we paid for the full 12-person capacity, which was not disclosed on the listing and is misleading by omission. The fridge door alarm beeped almost hourly, indicating a likely maintenance issue. Some toilets lacked proper ventilation, resulting in heavy use of air fresheners. A host or cleaner waiting outside at exactly 10:00 am until checkout felt unnecessary and uncomfortable.

• James (3/5): Overall I am satisfied with the facility - Spacious, clean and pleasant Owner(Udara) was quick to respond to queries Good internet connection - no hand towel in kitchen - no extra toilet paper - no soap/cleaning tablets for dishwasher Note: owner cited that the cleaner employed was new and inexperienced, hence overlooked these items. Suggestions: bbq facility Require more utensils for accomodation of up to 12 occupants.
• Tegan (9/5): Loved our stay here. Will definitely stay again - Big house with lots of space for 2 families to comfortably stay for the weekend! Beautiful garden and great location. Near the beach and a short drive into lakes entrance Squeaky doors throughout and a creaky master bed but other than that no issues at all :)
• Shirley (10/5): Exceptional - Our family had a fantastic time at udara’s place. The house was perfect for kids, with plenty of space and a lovely backyard. Every detail was perfect, from the stylish furnishings to the fully equipped kitchen. It was a true home away from home. We can’t wait to come back!
