Shona (10/5): Beautiful safe apartment in San Marco Venice - I love the beautiful apartment. The apartment is a walk away from the main square in San Marco. I felt completely safe staying on my own. The host was exceptionally helpful and friendly in every way - every step of the way. The apartment is lovely, light and airy. The apartment was clean and spacious and I would stay there again. I loved the kitchen, dining room area, bedroom, wardrobe, blankets and bathroom. Bear in mind there are a lot of stairs in Venice and stars in the apartment too... a few flights. One of the bedroom cupboards next to the bed was in desperate need of a good dust and wipe with a clean wet cloth. You can't charge people these prices and have a speck of dust anywhere. Also the bin / recycling system was confusing.
Ruta (10/5): The host provided all the information we needed. - It was easy to make our breakfast by ourselves, buying good products from local shops. It was convenient to cook tasty fish from the market! It is strange, that the property does not have an address - no name of the street, numbers of the house and the apartment. When we came to the place following the google link, it was quite tricky to understand which doors were ours:).
Matthew (10/5): Excellent - Jacopo was explicit in his instructions on how to find the place. The place gave you a real Renaissance feel. We are big people so we expected the bed to be bigger. All and all a great stay though.
Afra (10/5): Loved our stay here - highly recommend! - The house is beautifully kept, very quiet but in a lovely neighbourhood. Highly recommend! If we come to Venice again we'd love to stay here again :) It's a little note but the lightbulbs in the living room could be warmer :)
