Reinhard (7/5): Die Wohnung ist absolut in Ordnung, wenn man mit wenig Gepäck unterwegs ist. - Es war ein wiederholter Aufenthalt in diesem Hause, aber jedes Mal in einer anderen Wohnung. Das war bisher von der Ausstattung her die schönste Wohnung. Erfreulich war auch die schnelle Antwort auf Fragen, auch wenn sie nicht so ausfiel, wie erhofft. Da wir inzwischen mit dem Zugang zum Haus und der jeweiligen Wohnung vertraut sind, war es - im Gegensatz zum ersten Mal - mit der Schlüsselübergabe nicht mehr schwierig. Die letzten Male hatten wir Wohnungen, die in den unteren Etagen waren, was uns wegen des Gepäcks auch sehr entgegenkam. Dieses Mal war die Wohnung ganz oben und das bei einem defekten Fahrstuhl, von dem wir auf Nachfrage erfuhren, dass er auch nicht mehr repariert wird wegen nicht mehr erhältlicher Ersatzteile aufgrund des Alters. Ein Wechsel zu einer anderen Wohnung war nicht möglich, weil alles ausgebucht war.

Birgit (5/5): - was mir gar nicht gefallen hat, war dass ich in Dessau eine Unterkunft bei Wandery gebucht hatte und dafür keine Bestätigung über Booking. com erhalten habe. Per SMS bekam ich eine Benachrichtigung am Nachmittag des Ankunftstages der Unterkunft Wandery. Inzwischen hatte ich eine andere Unterkunft gebucht. Wandery war per Telefon zu erreichen aber nicht per E- Mail. Die auf der Homepage benutzten E Mail funktionierte nicht und Booking.com war nicht zu erreichen. Küchenblock mit allem, was man braucht. Besonders gut in Erfurt: Parkplatz im Innenhof. Es gibt keine Kleiderhaken oder Kleiderschrank, wenn man etwas zum aufhängen hat, kann man es nur über die Stühle hängen. Toilettenspülstein riecht unangenehm.

Shcherbyna (6/5): - Месторасположение довольно удобное. Всё было чисто. Апартаменты подходят отлично для нескольких дней переночевать. Важно так же что имеется парковка. За время прибывания в апартаментах, ночью примерно с 3 до 5 мы просыпались и не спали, потому что сверху, постоянное движение каких-то животных, словно играют в хоккей над головой, и пытаются прогрызть потолок. Это единственное, что не понравилось здесь.

Jano (5/5): - Sauberkeit und Lage waren gut, auch der Preis war dafür in Ordnung. Schlüsselübergabe per Tresor an der Tür. Sehr abgewohnt. Boden und Ausstattung waren teilweise defekt, geschuldet dem Alter. Auch ein neuer Anstrich hilft da nichts. Es ist sehr hellhörig, oft hört man den Fernseher oder die Gespräche der Nachbarn in der Nacht.

Marilyn (8/5): Homely & comfortable! - Spacious and had everything we needed. Had a relaxing night watching a Netflix movie on a big screen. Staff were very helpful, responding promptly to messages. Kebab shop on the next corner. Nice neighbourhood although it was a bit of a walk into the old town. The lift was not working.

Kerstin (6/5): - Die Lage ist super. Innenstadt fußläufig erreichbar. Straßenbahn ebenfalls in der Nähe. Das Apartment war sauber. Der Check In problemlos. Ruhig gelegen. Keine nächtlichen Störungen. Der Sisalteppich im Badezimmer muss weg! Wie kann der gereinigt werden? Ein Handtuch für den Boden wäre besser. Besteck spartanisch, den einen kleinen Löffel haben wir uns geteilt. Das Geschirr- und Spültuch anscheinend nagelneu und ungewaschen. Der Gebrauch also nicht wirklich möglich.

Reinhard (8/5): Alles absolut okay. - Alles okay, wir haben unsere Kinder besucht, die in der Nähe wohnen und haben die Wohnung nur zum Schlafen genutzt. Wir konnten zuerst den Zugang nicht finden, aber das lag wohl mehr an uns.

Juliane (8/5): - Zu fuß vom Bahnhof aus gut in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin. Einfache und klare Anweisung zur Schlüsselübernahme (Schlüssel war direkt an der Tür hinterlegt). Die große Deckenlampe war kaputt. Der Hausmeister konnte diese zwar nicht sofort reparieren, aber war bemüht eine zusätzliche Tischlampe oder Taschenlampe anzubieten. Ein Föhn wäre noch fein gewesen.

Paola (10/5): - Die Wohnung ist super – sie hat alles, was man braucht, und liegt einfach perfekt. Ich hatte ein kleines Problem mit den Schlüsseln, aber mir wurde sofort geholfen. Die Frau, die die Apartments betreut, hat mir in jedem Moment geholfen – immer mit einem Lächeln und der Hausmeister ist total nett. Ich habe keinen Zweifel: Wenn ich wieder nach Erfurt komme, werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder hier wohnen.

Julia (8/5): Erfurt a very interesting town, and a good centre for visiting other places. Self-catering is useful - Contained most of the things to be expected at an apart-hotel, although it was a bit cramped (eg kettle stood on top of the microwave). Staff responded very promptly to questions. Was able to leave luggage early in the day. Quite quiet. Lift didn't work. No hair dryer. Plug in bathroom basin didn't work. Curtain too narrow and not hung properly, so light got in. Only one bedside light could be used at a time because they depended on an extension lead, and only one was provided (unless you took the one that powered the microwave and kettle). Not a problem for one person, but a hassle for two. Some useful things - microwave instructions, dustpan - well hidden. No very nearby shops, which is a nuisance when self-catering. Apparently no public transport going anywhere near the property; a bit of a trek into town - 15-20 minutes on foot.
