Carla (5/5): - A casa e as praias são maravilhosos. Os quintais também, bem cuidados. Tem o passeio de caiaque, para ir até a ilha da Cotia, bem bacana também. Tivemos um problema com falta de água. Não conseguimos resolver e tivemos que ir embora antes. Contudo, Sergio foi pronto em nos fazer a devolução do valor da reserva. Falta de estrutura de Paraty mirim, falta água potável e muita poeira. Local muito caro, preços elevados.
