Na realidade tudo foi excelente, o elevador é minúsculo mas com boa vontade, não torna-se um problema. Eravamo vicini alla stazione degli autobus e al centro; colazione un pò scarsa, ma ho sbagliato io, c'era il minimo per farla in casa, di fatto mi aspettavo un'area comune con un pò di varietà nei cibi e qualche coccola in più, ma effettivamente ho prenotato un appartamento e ho trovato un pò di accoglienza con acqua e caffè. Arrivo lasciato a SMS... la colazione e il check in nel pomeriggio alle 16; credo che trovare qualcuno che ti indichi come si sviluppa la città sia sempre un qualcosa in più. Di fatto avevamo il codice d'accesso per la sala comune, abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli, ma non sapevamo nemmeno dove eravamo arrivati e prima delle 16 non c'era nessuno in struttura. Poi sono stati tutti cordiali, ma l'accoglienza è altra cosa.

Federico (9/5): Decoración del edificio muy original en el hiper centro de Santander. Está todo nuevo y muy práctico - Decoración sorprendente en un edificio en el hiper centro junto a la plaza del ayuntamiento. El apartamento muy agradable, práctico con instalaciones y decoración nueva. Nos dejaron un surtido de bollería y panes para los desayunos de toda la estancia. Al ser una zona restringida al tráfico hay que ser rápido a la hora de descargar las maletas para evitar problemas.

Friendly hosts. - Breakfast not applicable as it was self catering., Very easy as apartment is very centrally located and close to all shops supermarkets restaurants etc. Apartment was very comfortable. Really lovely touch to have the breakfast baskets of bread, pastries, jams, coffee pods, tea, yoghurt, milk and water. There was also shower gel and shampoo if you were traveling light. Great if you had a late flight as there were 2 lockers for your luggage and a communal toilet and seating area with TV and fire. There wasn’t anything not to like, would definitely be staying here again when I return to Santender
Beatriz (8/5): Perfecto para estancias cortas - Ubicación excelente en pleno centro. Limpieza, todo impecable. La atención de Bea, personal muy atento en todo momento. Se echa en falta ascensor para el equipaje. El baño ofrece poca intimidad (puerta de cristal traslúcido que no cierra) y el lavabo está fuera, junto a la cama lo que no es cómodo. El desayuno nos pareció que podría contemplar otras opciones más sanas como zumo o fruta,aunque el personal fue atento cuando pedimos más leche. En general, buena estancia, con algunos detalles mejorables.

Location was amazing, facilities in the apartment were really well thought out and useful and the apartment was really nicely decorated. Cooker hob, large fridge, microwave, dishwasher and any useful utensil was provided. Bea as a host was actually the best thing about the accommodation and she was so friendly and helpful we wish we could rate it to be 11 out of 10 Nothing

REYES (10/5): Mejor imposible - Hemos pasado unos días geniales en este apartamento. Desde que llegamos nos sentimos súper a gusto, como en casa. Todo estaba muy limpio, cuidado y con mucho gusto. La ubicación es ideal, perfecta para moverte por la ciudad y disfrutar tanto del centro como de la playa sin complicaciones. Además, el apartamento tiene de todo, no echamos nada en falta. También queremos destacar lo atentos que fueron con nosotros, haciendo que todo fuera muy fácil desde el principio. Sin duda, repetiremos. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

Decoración muy cuidada y tanto la cama como el sofá muy cómodos. La cocina con todos los utensilios necesarios. Alojamiento amplio para la estancia de dos personas y muy bien situado¡Cómo estar en casa!La anfitriona, Bea, un encanto y súper atenta en todo momento. Si volvemos a Santander no dudaremos en repetir. Hemos estado en muchos hoteles y apartamentos pero este es uno de los mejores sin duda.

Se agradecen mucho los detalles que incluyen en ellos para que los huéspedes estemos más a gusto todavía. La atención de Bea fue maravillosa y nos hicieron sentir como en casa. The design is awesome and the apartment was great. It had almost everything you need during a short stay (and even more). The only thing I can mention is that the sheets of the main bed were for some reason sized differently.

GLORIA (10/5): Maravilloso - El apartamento está en el centro de Santander, en una calle a la que sí puedes llegar en coche para descargar el equipaje. Aparcas un rato en la calle de al lado y puedes llevar las cosas al apartamento tranquilamente, luego lo aparcas o en la zona azul de alrededor o en los parkings cercanos, osea que el aparcamiento no es para nada un problema. Además de eso el apartamento es precioso, muy nuevo y limpio, con chimenea eléctrica y todo, muy mono. Te dejan una cestita al principio de la estancia con el desayuno para todos los días. Bea es encantadora, te contacta or wasap el mismo día de llegada y te explica y te ayuda con todo, es un lujazo que te traten así. Nos ha encantado Santander, el apartamento y el trato. Lo recomiendo muchísimo El ascensor es un poco pequeño, pero vamos, es rápido y no es para nada un problema

The maintenance of the property is just amazing, everything is just like new, both in and out of the suite we used (Magdalena). Outmost attention to every single detail. Commination with the property was very fluid both via WhatsApp and face to face. It's been a very pleasant surprise and it definitely tips our list in Santander, which we visit around 4-5 per year. Everything was perfect.

Isabel (10/5): I loved the unique style of the property, it was very central to the old town highlights and the beautiful Santander bay - The property had such a welcoming atmosphere from the cheery, yellow front door to the well appointed suites. Bea, one of the owners, was very communicative and always asked what else one needed, ie. more breakfast treats, directions around town, etc. I would highly recommend staying at the Lemon Suites. My stay was wonderful, nothing I didn’t like about the property.

Elena (10/5): Estancia perfecta: detalles y hospitalidad de 10 - Nos hemos alojado este fin de semana en Lemon Suites (Santander) y la experiencia ha sido, sinceramente, inmejorable. Se nota el cariño en absolutamente todo: detalles por todas partes, una decoración preciosa y cuidada con máximo mimo, y una sensación de confort constante. La temperatura era ideal, algo que se agradece muchísimo para descansar de verdad. Además, la hospitalidad ha sido de 10. Mención especial para Bea, siempre dispuesta a aconsejar, ayudar y pendiente de que no nos faltara nada, con una simpatía y cercanía de las que ya no quedan. Otro puntazo: nos dejaron desayuno y, aun así, el precio nos pareció imbatible. De verdad, no quedan alojamientos con esta relación calidad-precio. El sofá cama es comodísimo y el apartamento es muy espacioso, súper luminoso, con grandes ventanales y de nuevo… lleno de detalles que marcan la diferencia. Un alojamiento que transmite buen gusto, cuidado y atención real al huésped. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo y lo recomendaríamos a cualquiera que quiera disfrutar Santander con una estancia perfecta. Inmejorable.

angelmmh (10/5): Excepcional, lugar para repetir - No se por donde empezar, la comunicación fue correcta, cuando llegamos todo funcionó a la primera y el alojamiento era excepcional, nos dejaron unos detalles de bienvenida, tuvimos un miniproblema que al momento solucionaron. No puedo tener queja. En nuestro caso particular, ninguno.
