- Thuy (3/5): Staff is not so good. - The breakfast was good, many selections and delicious. The room was clean and big enough for us. The receptionist, who told us there is a room problem, and asked to write our paper instead of make a copy from our passports, then gave us a 3 persons room for 4, we booked room for 4. After declaring that the room was not enough for us, she came and gave us another room, which is enough beds for 4. And thanks to her, we arrived to the hotel at 12.20 and got to bed at 1.15 in the morning. I'm so disappointed about the arrangement in that hotel.
- Kristjan (8/5): Very Good! - Everything you need is there. Location is very good! large and spacious rooms. Balcony is a nice bonus. Overall it was a very pleasant stay! Check-in felt a bit awkward and confusing (when and to whom to pay the cash). A sofa table would be a nice addition in the living room. Also a curtain in the child room.
