• Alejandro (7/5): Insgesamt war es in Ordnung. Ohne das Badezimmer in einem anderen Gebäude zu zählen - Das Zimmer in Preisqualität ist in Ordnung. Ich mochte die Unterkunft nicht, dass man, um auf die Toilette zu gehen, in das Gebäude nebenan gehen musste, und es war zumindest für meinen Partner unangenehm, der schwanger war und jeden Moment auf die Toilette gehen musste.
• Casper (10/5): It was quite a nice place for what I wanted. - I was at a festival (Copenhell) and it suited what I wanted to a decent price. Public transportation was good, had no issues coming and going to and from the festival. There was a double bed which was for me comfortable, a bit on the harder end, but I like it firm. One thing to note, the parking inside the facility is not useable after certain hours, unless you get a guest card, but there is a decent amount of free parking just outside down the streets, so after I found out I didn't have much issues personally to find free parking. That said I did get a ticket, from parking inside the facility, before I knew this was a thing, but I had some help from an office managing the building who helped me a lot and I believe they got the ticket cancelled. One thing that was also very nice that the host was very reachable in terms of questions. The host might want to try to start getting guest parking cards for the guests as there is so much empty parking inside. The room itself had what I needed, a fridge, a bit of kitchenware, I brought some of my own just in case, but I wouldn't have needed it. (plates, glasses, bread cutting knife, mugs, knives, forks, spoons and think there was more but I wasn't using all of it) They even left me some instant coffee, but I brought my own. There was a microwave and you were able to boil water. There is also shopping facilities from groceries nearby, also a bakery not especially far from the location. The people around the facility also seemed nice. Two people from the older generation was so kind of talk to me about the ticket and parking and lead me in the direction of the office, they were really all pleasant people. I didn't particularly like that the bathroom was in the building next door, but I knew that already, so if you are fine with it, then its no issue to live with. There is a fridge so you can easily store water and food. Of course this will still cause a bit of inconvenience, if you are tired in the morning and need to pee, but sometimes you got to step up and do it anyway ;). Besides that the only bad thing is it can be a bit noisy especially if you have to keep the window open because of the summer heat. It wasn't extremely bad for me. It was mostly around 10 am - 12 am or so that you might hear a conversation starting outside between residence or alike. The keys and doors also make a bit of noise, but most of the time where this was a "problem" was during day hours where I did not personally have issues. There was some kind of bird nearby that would do these weird sounds, but again for some reason I only heard this in the afternoon period, I don't know maybe it sleeps at the other times. I have issues sleeping well in new places but I didn't wake up because of noise, more because of this. But I thought I would mention these things to give a fair review of the place. I do think personally as long as you know what this place is like, then you probably will have quite a nice stay, if it fits your needs, don't expect a 5 star hotel, but I think the reviews for this place is too low, considering what I ordered.

• Maik (1/5): Konnten erst die negativen Bewertungen nicht verstehen! Jetzt schon! - Direkte Nähe zum Bus, mit 4a&6a kommt man schnell ins Zentrum. Lidl in der Nähe. Bei der Wohnung, dass man sich den Schlüssel aus dem Pin Code Kästchen nimmt, man ist auf niemanden weiter angewiesen. Per SMS war der Vermieter sehr nett. Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle im Zimmer und Geschirr. Größe vom Bad - befindet sich aber im Nachbaraufgang (sehr schlecht!). Wohnung wirkt schon lang nicht mehr saniert. Betten sind OK aber Kissen sehr weich. Das größte Manko, das Bad ist wirklich im Nebenaufgang! Finde es sehr unpraktisch. Schon alleine wenn man mal aufs Klo muss oder das Geschirr abwaschen muss! Geschirr haben wir daher nicht genutzt, sind lieber essen gegangen.! Zimmer ist sehr hellhörig. Größe ist ok. Jeden Tag roch es am Abend nach Cannabis, dafür kann aber der Vermieter nix! Keine Ablagemöglichkeiten so richtig im Bad. Eigentlich nur die Waschmaschine die im Bad steht und ein Hocker nenn ich es mal. Generell kann ich daher die schlechten Bewertungen verstehen.

The pictures of the room did not really represent the location. Also, it was described that there was parking, and it was not easy to find any parking space

• Leif (4/5): - Det var en dårlig (meget lang og rodet) sms med orientering om nøgleboksen, fik hjælp af en kvinde på stedet. Det fremgik ikke at man skulle ud i det fri og i en anden indgang for at komme til bad og toilet.

Perché non solo è in un’altra porta, è totalmente in un edificio (palazzo) separato. Inoltre non c’è neanche una vera e propria doccia. Se risolvessero questo problema sarebbe tutto perfetto.

Gengið langa leið milli stigahúsa og nota marga lykla. Baðherbergið einnig notað af öðrum. Hreinlæti í gistiherbergi ekki í lagi. Algjörlega óvinunandi gistiaðstaða fyrir eldra fólk.

• Laura (5/5): Okey, maar niet super praktisch - Het was een rustige plek, bedden waren prima en en was een koelkastje, magnetron en waterkoker. Wat wij het meest vervelend vonden was dat de badkamer in een ander gebouw was. We moesten naar buiten, 50 meter naar rechts lopen, naar de deur van een ander complex en daar naar binnen voor de toilet en douche.

• Christian (5/5): Affordable but only really usable to sleep. Good if you plan to visit Copenhagen during the day. Using facilities felt t - Very affordable for Denmark. Functional. Close to Copenhagen city. The bathroom and shower was not accessible from the inside. To use them, you needed to use a different key and walk to another entrance of the building. It was also not stated that the bathroom was shared. So when we noticed other people using it we were quite surprised. Furthermore the instructions on where our room would be and where the bathroom was when we checked in were very poorly worded and unclear. The room wasn’t very clean. The “dinner area” was the same as the breakfast/lunch table. Some things were just different than advertised.
• MiMann (10/5): Alles gut - Angenehme, unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Alles wie beschrieben. Es gibt Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und Geschirr. Bequemes Bett. Wie schon in anderen Kommentaren beschrieben, ist das Bad in einem anderen Hauseingang. Wusste ich vorher und hat mich nicht gestört, also alles gut und zu empfehlen!
• M. Khair (4/5): - Lage und Möbel: u.a. Bett, Kühlschrank, die kleine Bar und Steckdosen. Ein Badezimmer mindestens in der selben Gebäude wäre schön. Es gab auch kein Waschbecken im Zimmer. Es war ein bisschen erschreckend in der Nacht in ein anderes Gebäude auf Toilette gehen zu müssen. Dieses Thema sollte in der Zimmerbeschreibung erwähnt werden. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht ganz.
• Nicole (8/5): - Es war sauber, die Kommunikation war freundlich und unkompliziert. Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer waren in verschiedenen Hauseingängen, was nicht so optimal war. Wäre wenigstens ein Waschbecken im Raum gewesen, wäre das gut gewesen. Das Zimmer war für den Preis unter den genannten Umständen etwas zu teuer.

• Margita (5/5): Pansija vai precīzāk kopnītnes tipa variants - Telpa tīra un sakopta. Lai tikai pāgulētu ir ok. Pats vari pagatavot brokastis ir mikroviļņu krāsns un ledusskapis - viss darbojas. Tolete un duša atrodas citā kāpņu telpā, jāiet caur pagalmu. Naktī jāģērbjas lai aizskrietu uz toleti. Durvis automātiski atraujas vaļā ar lielu troksni.
