- Aaron (3/5): Bro-tel from hell, not again. - Leaving This bro-tel comes with an amazing workout center whether you like it or not. A sweat (I hope) stained couch, a cheap Ikea bed with out a bottom sheet, 2, 5€ Ikea pillows smashed to hell and reek of sweat, broken shower spray holder, frozen over freezer (no maintenance) 16-20 wine glasses but no corkscrew to be found. I could go on but why. I think this apartment has ruined apartment stays for me on Booking. Bro is renting his personal gym.
- Antoine (3/5): - Lit casser à notre arrivée

- Damiani (9/5): Exelente apartamento. - Apartameto completo, simples, bem equipado e muito limpo. Suporte do duche partido.
- Aisling (8/5): Great location for visiting Brussels expo or King Baudouin Stadium. - Loved the proximity to the King Baudouin Stadium and the Atomium. There was no direct public transport route out from the city. We took an uber.

- David (8/5): Pleasant stay which met needs ( near stadium and bonus of gym!) - Quite location, large ground floor apartment with sufficient kitchen facilities. Easy walking distance to King Baudouin stadium. Gym in corner of room might disturb some people-great for someone like me who has weight -trained for years. Good communication from Antonio-clear instructions and easy access. Some minor improvements/repairs needed-no kettle (used own travel kettle), shower head holder was broken, bottom sheet for bed was frayed.
I found the bedroom with no window a little claustrophobic, but that's a design of the apartment
- T. (8/5): Very good -
- Chantal (10/5): Good, near the Brussels expo - Clean, fast communication
- Aravind (8/5): Had a great except we had to contact host for the wifi and heating instructions. - It was clean and comfortable. Was able to find the free public parking. Heating instructions are not clearly given anywhere and had to contact the host. For the wifi instructions, we were referring the sheet placed in the property where it says we will find qr code in lower right shelf door but it was apparently upper right shelf. That was very confusing and had to contact the host for wifi.
- Stevie (7/5): Challenges behind the Atomium - I stayed at the same place some 7 months ago, and I have some new observations. Surprisingly, mostly about the location.
1) There is a direct bus to Esplanade, the closest bus stop to the apartment from the Zaventem Airport. The ride is long, 45 minutes, but it takes you door to door for EUR 2,5 (normal Mobib cards are not valid, as it is a De Lijn bus).
2) The district's main street is actually not far away, it's one or two stops with the 83 bus, or 10-15 minutes walk. There is a night shop (open until 1 am), there are several cafés, bars and snack bars. The Christmas decoration was unique and beautiful.
The apartment is still okay, it's spacious and full of light, the bed is comfortable. The furniture or the bathroom is far from luxury, but agreeable. The kitchen is well equipped. The attention to details was not as great as it was the last time. The main light in the bedroom did not work, one of the kitchen drawer handles was broken, the shower holder in the bathroom was also broken - minor nuisances.
I experienced two problems that are not related to the host's responsibility, but were annoying.
1) Out of the four nights I spent in the apartment, two nights were without heating and hot water. Allegedly, the huge building's shared water boiler ran out of fuel. The owner was communicative during this period and sympathetic, but it did not solve the problem. He offered a discount next time I'd stay with him.
2) There were heavy rains while I was there (not uncommon in Brussels at this time of the year), and the access road from the street became almost impassable: some parts changed into mud, other parts into lakes. Crossing with dry feet was a challenge. Again, this is not the host's responsibility, but definitely has an impact on the quality of your stay.
- Rogerio (8/5): I would rent again this place, but if you bring girls could be bad interrupt people in the bedroom. - The location is not so far from Atomium, and there is a train station beside there. The place is good and has furniture in good conditions. There’s no sink in the toilet, just in one bathroom in the bedroom. We have to use and enter in another room to wash the hands.
- Kristina (8/5): Very good -
- Romir (8/5): Good apartment near Atomium - Good place to stay in Brussels for reasonable price. The apartment is ok for up to 4 people, it provides kitchen, bedroom and living room with sofa that sleeps 2. It is located near Atomium - you can walk there easily. The building is very quiet. Free parking is possible in the street.
- Stevie (8/5): One with a fully equipped fitness corner - It was a good stay. It was easy to collect the keys, and, generally all communications with owner were smooth. It's funny to be so close to the Atomium that I used to consider as a "faraway spot" when I lived in Brussels. But public transport is effective in Brussels, so I was in the very center of the town in about 40 minutes. And it's a fairly green neighborhood. Inside the apartment it was simple but comfortable. The bed and the bedlinen were of high quality. And in which short term rental apartment do you get a fully equipped fitness corner? The location is not extremely comfortable if your business is the city center or the European quarter, but it's manageable. The direct neighborhood lacks a good shop and a pub: the closest cornershop is some 10 minutes' walk away. I experienced one real problem: water pressure was rather low when I visited and it made taking a shower somewhat difficult.
- Ester (10/5): Great stay - It was a great apartment for our stay, we had a convention nearby and the location was perfect. There's a big supermarket near and you can reach the center by public transportation in about 20-30 minutes.
Commuication with the host was easy and quick.
The apartment itself is super nice, the kitchen is fully equiped with everything you may need, the bed is comfortable and the shower and toilet are on separate rooms which was really convinient.
Would recommend and would stay again.
- Roxana (9/5): Superb -
