- Anders (1/5): - Det var virkelig et dårligt ophold. Der var ikke noget synligt personale, værelset var virkelig støvet, man kunne tydeligt lugte afløbet fra badeværelset på hele værelset. Det var direkte ulideligt at lugte til så vi var kun på værelset når vi skulle sove. Der var ikke noget varme på værelset så vi måtte sove i tykke trøjer for at holde kulden ud. Hvordan kan i tage penge for umenneskelige forhold?

- Malin (10/5): - Väldigt fint och härlig omgivning.Vi fick ett riktigt fint slottsruin. Mycket trevlig personal vid ankomst. Dock lite mindre bra när vi behövde ta med frukosten då dem inte öppnade förrän 8.00 och vi skulle på kronborgscupen samling 8.15. Fick knappt ta med fast vi hade betalat för frukost.

- Frank (10/5): Ideal location, comfy rooms, great staff. The go to place from now on for our annual family visit. - Breakfast was plentiful, staff terrific, rooms smallish but clean and cozy. Location, for us, was ideal given that members of our family (whom we visit each year) live within minutes of the hotel. Hardly a complaint … but having spent our winter months in southern France for many years (to escape the ravages of our Canadian winter) we are accustomed to and would have loved the addition of a small croissant (or tebirkes, since we are in Denmark after all) to start off the morning.
