Melendrez (1/5): No respetaron mi reserva de habitacion, buscar alternativas. - No habia nadie en recepcion, tener que llamar y que te digan no hay habitaciones que esta completo, es fatal despues de haber realizado una reserva de estancia.

Anna (1/5): Uważać! Pomimo rezerwacji hotel sprzedaje miejsca innym. - Nic. Przyjechałyśmy do hotelu na końcówkę karnawału. Spokojne, bo miałyśmy zarezerwowane i potwierdzone miejsca, 4 noce, bezzwrotne - tymczasem miejsc nie było. Zostałyśmy wyrzucone z hostalu i musiałyśmy szukać czegokolwiek, żeby nie spać na ulicy! Jechałyśmy długo autobusem z Cuenki, internet nie działał, a hotel już o 12 w dzień napisał: "nie ma pokoju" nawet bez słowa przeprosin. My odczytałyśmy to dopiero wieczorem po przyjeździe i pół nocy szukałyśmy czegokolwiek do spania. Z powodu karnawału nie było łatwo . W związku z tym po co są te rezerwacje i booking? Nawiasem mówiąc później sprawdziłam i przynajmniej na tę pierwszą noc hotel miał na bookingu wolny pokój ! A nas odesłał na ulicę!! Skandal!!!
