• Nicholas (9/5): 4 days at the beach - The apartment was clean, comfy, and modern, with a beach vibe. Enjoyed the terrace with the view over the pools. Walking distance to the beach as well as supermarkets and restaurants, what more can you ask for! The only negative point was the neighbor who made daily phone calls at 06 AM for an hour; she should be a bit more respectful to other guests.

• Neighbour (10/5): February 2026 - Modern clean apartment and grounds/pool are well kept. Close to the beach and all the restaurants/ bars but still a very quiet area. It felt very safe and we were really happy to be supplied with some water and snacks already in the apartment on arrival. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. An information pack would have personally helped us but wasn't an issue as the hosts responded quickly to any questions.
• Maria (7/5): Apartament correcte - La ubicació es bona perque en mitja hora/45 minuts en cotxe arribes a tot arreu. Està una mica lluny del punt álgid de Puerto del Carmen però es molt tranquil per descansar. La cuina està molt equipada (tenir càpsules de café i no haver de comprar-les va ser molt positiu). La decoració del apartament és una monada. L’aigua calenta dura molt poc, les tovalloles de cap i de cos són molt petites, els coixins dels llits convindria cambiar-los. La piscina estava inhabilitada (podrien haver avisat prèviament, ja que, si vam reservar aquest apartament va ser en part per la piscina i haguéssim pogut trobar algun altre més económic sense piscina). El mobiliari de terrassa podría ser més confortable.
• jamie (9/5): Ideal apartment in the sun! - Spotlessly clean. Washing machine, coffee machine, walk in shower. Apartment was light filled and balcony got the sun. Close to walk to the strip but far enough away to be quiet. Really enjoyed the stay and would recommend highly. The manager was very helpful. No dishwasher.

• marcus (10/5): - The host was great, very quick to respond to my question about entering the property. He answered very quickly with detailed instructions on how to enter, The apartment was very clean, very quite, everything you needed , eg cooker etc, Tv is smart so you can login to your Netflix, Amazon etc. The host put bottled water in the fridge and made sure we had the basics eg toilet paper, may seem a small thing, but not all hosts do or have to. It's in a great location, 3 streets back from the main strip in Puerto del Carmen, Beach is 5 min walk, same as the closest supermarket and restaurants. Only thing id say is it didn't have air conditioning, which isn't a issue October to April but may to September could be warm, that said there is a powerful fan in the apartment. All in all our trip in November was perfect and id definitely go back

• Leila (9/5): Really great first floor apartment in good location - We loved the apartment. Good size comfy bed. Modern, spacious and very clean first floor apartment with good equipped kitchen, great shower and nice balcony right next to the pool. Nice and quiet complex, immaculately clean. Pool and surrounding terrace was cleaned daily and gardens maintained. Good location in Tias on the east side of Puerto del Carmen. 10 minutes walk to nice beach and mini supermarket (Spar). Loads of car / bike hire places nearby. Good access to local area via many side gates from the complex. Apartment size great for two, or family of 4. 4 adults might be a bit of a squeeze. No bedside tables but we just used 2 of the 4 dining chairs. Couldn't work out if TV had access to chanels, but no problem for us as we were out most of the time. Pool was a bit cold but it was mid December with unusually cold rainy weather, a couple of days.

• Alan (10/5): WOW, Excellent place to stay! - The owner was very friendly and extremely helpful and any correspondence was dealt with straight away. The location was excellent, parking was no problem, the property was immaculate and very well equipped , easy to find and close to all amenities but away from the hustle and bustle of the main strip, the complex was very well maintained and quiet, We would highly recommend this accommodation and will use it again when we visit nextime Nothing! There is absolutely nothing about this apartment we didn't like.

Exceptionally clean, nicely furnished and well equipped, the kitchen had everything needed, along with a lovely bathroom, it was also great having a washing machine. The grounds & pool were well maintained and it was super quiet. The welcome pack was much appreciated. Thank you Martin for providing such a beautiful clean apartment. Nothing to dislike everything was great!

• Karan (9/5): Relaxing, comfortable and homely! - Great location and comfy and clean. Getting the keys was easy and only a 8 min drive from the airport. Martin had good communication and was happy to help. Great for a calming chilled holiday. It took less then 3 mins to get to the beach front and shops and restaurants. Nothing at all, AC would have been good but most places in the area don’t have it either.

• Niall (4/5): Very poor if we had known about the loud maintenance work we would not have stayed in the complex - The apartment was very clean There was maintenance work going on from early morning till 4 o’clock every day we felt we should have been informed of this before we arrived. The pool area was supposed to be for residents only but there were families from outside using the pool and breaking all the rules but there was nobody to deal with this problem

• Tim (10/5): Quiet, comfortable and great location…. - Just returned from 21 nights at the Casa Adelfa….. The apartment is very modern, well equipped, extremely clean, good sized comfortable large bed, nice balcony which provided an airy view across distant rooftop and mountains. The grounds are very well kept, pool is cleaned daily and areas swept. Good location, going forward towards the sea, six minutes walk to spar and the beaches and the start of PDC strip. Walking back through the complex to the top gate only 100 yards to the bus stop for buses to Arrecife, the airport and Costa Teguise. Martin the host was easily contactable. We did request some slightly larger balcony furniture early during our stay and these were purchased that night and delivered at 10 o’clock the following morning. We really felt supported during our stay and Martin was very accommodating on the day of our departure with regards our luggage - would definitely return… Very difficult to fault the apartment….
